I had a great experience with this company. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. There was a delay right from the start getting the part I bought to the UK which I didn't mind at all due to being given very good updates through E-Email telling me about it. I did not mind waiting at all as under the current climate delays are inevitable. They kept me in the loop at every turn and were very sincere about the situation. The E-Mails they sent were personal and sincere and you could tell they cared about it, it was really nice to see it was a human being typing back to you and not a computer and when the parcel came there was a handwritten note inside to top it all off.

The worst experience of ordering online I’ve ever had.
Waited 5 weeks so far for an order I have still not received, says all over the website it’s usually next day delivery, I’ve even offered to collect the item myself and every time I call to discuss the issue they tell me within a few days and have been since I first contacted them after 5 days. I’ve had to cancel many booked slots with garages that was due to fit the part I’ve ordered and still wasn’t given any kind of refund or compensation as they said it can’t be done. After spending nearly £400 you’d expect much better service.
I will never be using them again and will be advising others to do the same.

The products supplied are one of the best products on the market for upgraded modifications.
I ordered a LED e90 angel eye upgrade and got delivery next day which was super fast delivery. After installing them, 1 of my lights burned out as the light itself was faulty. As part of the process, the company have been amazing and requested pictures upon investigation and ordered a new set of products. The team have delt with an unfortunate situation where a expensive product was faulty and as a result delt and rectified the issue.
The product arrived as a next working day. The lights itself are unique and there is no other product on the market which can compete. The price is justifiable but for the price and the product, it is 100% one of the best choices ive made.
The team look after you and dont delay the process. I've been impressed with the journey of a complaint and how they have delt with it. So thank you for all the hard work and effort the team put in during this complex time.

First experience with ML performance was absolutely fantastic, next day delivery even during Black Friday sales! Great price on my product and it arrived well packed with a tracked DHL service. Genuine Forge Parts and fantastic service. Wouldn’t hesitate to invest with ML again for further upgrades in the future, have seen some very poor customer service recently and it’s great to feel looked after, the handwritten note is a lovely personal touch ????

Superb! I ordered some catless downpipes for my 335i. They arrived within a couple of days by DHL and were extremely well packed. The handwritten note was a really nice touch and made my experience with these guys more personal than just buying from a motor factor. Cannot fault their service and would definitely recommend them. So this review I'm writing is based on the parts now fitted rather than the customer service etc. The parts ordered were IE cold induction kit, IE turbo bypass and IE stage 2 remap all for my 2011 audi a4 b8 2.0 tfsi.
The quality of the parts are absolutely brilliant and you can tell they have been designed by people who have a passion for performance cars, you just know they have been made of better quality materials and more care than your generic tuning parts.
Now onto the actual performance of the products, the cold air induction kit certainly sounds great and helps the turbo noise and also keeping the car a little cooler so very happy, turbo bypass is hilariously amusing with its clear whhooosshh sound, again very happy. As for the stage 2 remap this is where I was amazed I am not particularly computer literate but following the simple steps was easy and it took 25 mins from start to finish to do the remap. It has made such a difference, the car is smoother, turbo spools quicker, pulls much harder in every gear but the bit that I am so amazed about is it now feels like the remap is the boss of all the other performances parts like my full system including sports cat, bigger intercooler and the bits from IE. It's like the map rules all these parts and makes sure they all work in perfect harmony, the car actually feels factory when not playing which is a compliment but as soon as want to play it shows its true colours and it impresses me evrytime.
So now onto ML performance themselves, all I can say is absolutely brilliant communication is top notch, prompt response to emails and always super informative and polite. You have to accept that a lot of the Integrated engineering parts come from America so you will have a bit of a wait but it's worth it believe me!!! I will be using ML in the near future and I fully recommend Integrated engineering parts, you pay a little more but you get a great quality product that actually does the job its been designed to do. Purchased the Agency Power intake for the B58 in my 340i, there was a delay due to the covid-19 pandemic as the intake is shipped from the US. Had to request an estimated ETA a couple of times as the item was around 3 weeks longer than expected however there was a hand written apology for the delay in the package and every time I spoke to them, they were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys!

Placed order 6th January, now 11th still waiting on order to arrive.
After 3 weeks decided to call as had no updates to find out the intercooler I brought on their website had been discontinued no idea why they didn't contact me to change my order when I placed it. That got sorted ordered a wagner one instead.
Order arrived (Intercooler, spark plugs & downpipe) after 4 weeks, but no air intake? Called again to ask where it was which was told theres been a delay its still in America... again no communication.
"If all goes well will be with you this week" (by the 15th) which I'm very doubtful.
After spending £940 thought I would have been looked after a little better and wont be using ML Performance again.

I just received and installed my BMW short throw clutch stop part number UG-STCT-2006.
I originally ordered my item through the ML Performance website on 22nd May, the item was dispatched 24th May and the Royal Mail tracking showed as delivered 25th May. I emailed MLP on the 27th as I had not actually received the package, and as I had emailed over the bank holiday weekend, there was some delay in a response from MLP, as to be expected.
When I was responded to, Marshall the founder of MLP contacted me personally to apologise for the delay to my order, and I was then contacted Sam who investigated the error for me.
After little deliberation they posted a new clutch stop for me, this time 24hour signed delivery.
I'm blown away by their level of professionalism and excellent customer service, and I would personally recommend their service.
Can't help the Royal mail getting post out, and it was neither mine or MLPs fault, yet they still took ownership of the issue and dealt with it according. Thanks so much team MLP!
