Can't fault the service I received. Punctual & professional. Steve clearly understands the industry and is very good at his job with a wealth of experience. Fitted a new string to my Cramer, a family heirloom and gave it a much needed tune. Steve also tuned my pride and joy, a Yamaha C3. Highly recommend and look forward to my next tune.

I had a good tune from Steve, I cant fault it really. Professional and prompt, booking came through very quickly. He had a great insight into my piano and talked about the tone of it in a way that made me appreciate it in a new way after it was tuned.
Had an issue with the dampener rail slipping down, which upon a phone call shortly after the tune he came straight back to fix.
Highly recommended, would use again.

My beautiful old piano had been sitting there unused as it was so out of tune and embarrassing to play. Stephen got it back to concert pitch in no time at all, sorted out some sticky keys too and did it all with great care and expertise and now I can while away the hours again - it sounds SO beautiful and lovely. My piano needed tuning and four or five notes had become stuck. Steve rectified the problem and it seems to me that the whole piano has regained its brightness and is a pleasure to play once again. I'm booked in again for six months' time.

Very rude person, would not recommend you enquire.
I didn't get chance to respond within 24 hours as I was busy at work, so he sent me multiple snappy emails harassing me to get booked.
Then told me I had given him the incorrect address, when I had given him the correct one.
After I felt he was being rude as the customer, he told me that I was talking "Utter Bollox".

Unreliable. Steve did not respond to my email when requesting another piano tune. It appears he forwarded it to a secretary(?) who first offered dates which weren't actually availabe and then after booking, the tuner didn't turn up.
Secretary said it was a problem with their 'IT system'. There's only so much deflection that's reasonable in arranging a bloke with a tool kit to turn up for an hour or two.

Lovely man, professional experience. He explained what he was doing and the piano now sounds great. He had to delay the appointment, which was a little inconvenient, but was upfront about the new time of arrival and easy to contact. Highly recommended.

I had a removal booked in for a week with this company. Called the day before the move to check it was going ahead to be told 'oh I thought someone called you this morning? It may need to be cancelled.' I was told to wait for confirmation and then at 5pm I called them and was told' sorry, I have had issues with my renters so can't do it'.With no time to find another mover over the bank holiday weekend,i have been charged by my previous landlord for leaving the piano behind as the new tenants moved in.
I am also a piano teacher. No piano= no students. I have now lost three days work and cant get a piano mover for another week. I contacted the company to see what they could do and was told to find someone else. Shocking.
