I had skin treatment(Acne etc) with Dr first which was really pleasant and I got some professional advice to improve and look after skin. And I also had microdermabrasion with Rebecca and as a male patient and it was first time doing such staff and I was bit nervous to begin with but she made feel relax to get treatments he gave me many advice and she is knowledgeable about skin, so I definitely going back there to get more help to improve my skin. And I feel it is really professional set up as well. They have own reception well as downstairs reception for all building and they have proper COVID secure ( change mask, wear guard hand sanitizeretc) when enter building.

I have just had my second Roaccutane video consultation with Dr Simon Zokaie. From my first inquiry till now I can honestly say I’ve been very impressed by everything at Linia Skin Clinic. From the Admin team (Rebecca) who is quick to answer all calls and emails with a helpful and happy tone to Dr Simon Zokaie, who is friendly, calm and understanding of my issue (acne). Although I have only been on my treatment for 6 weeks I can easily say that he is already helping me get my confidence back. I had one or two issues arranging blood tests locally (not at the clinic) as I live in Wiltshire and the clinic (Simon and Rebecca) were very happy to help with the questions/ requests I had regarding that. Anyone who is debating using the clinic should definitely give them a try as they will not be disappointed. My only regret is not using them sooner.

I would 100% recommend going to see Dr Zokaie at Linia clinic. He rectified a botched filler job by a poorly trained technician and has since performed two super natural procedures which I’m really happy with. The experience is so much more enjoyable now I’ve found someone I trust! I wouldn’t go anywhere other than Linia clinic now :)

I go to linia skin as regularly as I can afford. the auesthetian is incredibly skilled and well-informed, tailoring the treatments to your own personal skin issues. The products used are excellent and the insight you can gain from asking questions about the process is invaluable. The actual location is beautiful and private, the waiting area and rooms for treatments are comfortable and cosy. In my experience too, the staff have a wonderful listening ear - which they absolutely do not have to do, but that is very appreciated. I have always found the staff professional and helpful and leave feeling like a new person every time, enjoy my visits

I've had acne for most of my adult life. It just goes from being moderate to severe, but it never goes away. I've tried everything from antibiotics to face peels and all the other recommendations. I was never going to give up on living an acne-free life, and when I heard about Roaccutane treatment as an ideal solution, I had to try it. Unfortunately, the waiting list with the NHS was more than nine months long! I was devastated. I searched for a private practice where I could get Roaccutane treatment from but at a reasonable cost. Through my research I came across Linia Skin , and after reading all the glowing reviews, I was a little sceptical. How can someone be so good for that price? I got in touch with them, and to my surprise, they got me a consultation the same week with Dr Simon! I was initially seen in the clinic but as lockdown kicked in I was followed up by video consultation which works as well as receive my prescriptions within 1-2 days delivered to my home address. Dr Simon was fantastic as he listened to everything that I had to say about my situation, and it felt reassuring that they felt confident that they could help me. Highly recommend , being a professional dancer I really struggled with my acne. After constantly getting turned away by doctors I come across Linia. I had been suffering with acne for a long time and had seen my GP so many times and had tried a lot of different treatments, I mean A LOT but non helped. The treatment is sent through a UK pharmacy which is very convenient as I don't even need to go out the house and put myself at risk. I started my acne treatment journey in November 2020 with Dr Zokaie & within these 3 months I have experienced an incredible improvement with my skin. Dr Zokaie’s guidance and support through the Healee app has been very helpful & reassuring as I was sceptical at first about not having a consultation face to face. The medication Dr Zokaie has prescribed for me have all really worked for my skin. In November I had a lot of congestion and texture in my skin, now in February my skin is the smoothest it has ever been and my only concern is the pigmentation, which we are working on. I can’t recommend LINIA & Dr Zokaie enough & I look forward to the rest of my skin journey :)

I suffered from hair loss for months and tried everything but no improvement. I had a consultation with Dr Simon and examined my hair and recommended to have a series of PRP hair treatments with him. I have now finished my third treatment and my hair has shown great improvement. My hair is growing back again and and I no longer have any hair loss. I will definitely recommend seeing Dr Simon and having his treatment f you suffer from hair loss like I did.

I contacted Linia skin clinic hoping for a Roaccutane treatment after failing to get a hold on the NHS dermatology service (the waiting list for Roaccutane is unbelievably long). I researched which clinic was offering the treatment and Linia skin clinic was the only one I saw which were credible and had experience in treating acne. within 8 hours of my email enquiry to them I was already in touch with the team who booked an online appointment with their top dermatologist using their great and easy to use app. The consultation went very well and the treatment process and costs were clearly stated, same as on their website. I only waited one week before the initial consultation and the beginning of my treatment .Since then it has been going extremely smoothly; the team and the doctor are extremely kind, professional and responsive. As I started my treatment during covid I had to get my blood test at the lab, which is easy as its an walk in clinic and I received the medication at home so it’s really efficient. The communication by phone or email is extremely good as well, it is very easy and fast to get to speak to someone. I’m in my fourth month of Roaccutane and I’m really happy with my skin as it has now cleared, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic for this treatment.

I wanted a prescription for Isotretinoin to help clear up ongoing hormonal acne that I’d had for years. Linia provided this and it worked. I started in July during Covid and comms wasn’t great - took nearly a month with a lot of chasing to get my prescription sorted (via multiple methods email, phone, Healee app messages etc). Comms got better over the 7 months I was having treatment. Isotretinoin does work. If I’d had the patience to research other clinics etc I could have got better service for cheaper.

Fantastic service and results from the start with Dr.Zokaie. Has made my experience nice and easy and I highly recommend checking him out. I am currently on a treatment for my acne with Dr. Zokaie. I have been on this treatment (Roaccutane) for around 6 months and I could not have chosen a better doctor to be treated by. Every concern I have is answered by Dr. Zokaie and I am definitely getting my money’s worth at this clinic. When I wanted to get treated for my acne I chose this place because of all the positive reviews I saw, and therefore I am leaving a review to confirm that this clinic and doctor is the place to come to regarding acne.

I don't normally leave reviews but I am so happy with my skin I thought I should write a review to help others in search of having their acne treated. I suffered from acne for many years and I thought I had tried everything there was. But I was wrong! Dr Simon and Linia Skin clinic were recommended to me and I thought I would look in to it as my acne was really getting me down and I was feeling very low and hopeless. from the moment I called the clinic the team were nothing but nice, empathetic and supportive. I made an appointment to see Dr Simon via a video a consultation and he went through my whole history and asked me lots of questions and examined my skin. He was very understanding and and very knowledgeable. We decided together the best option would be Roaccutane for me as my acne had failed on everything else and I had nodules and scarring. He explained the whole journey to me including the side effects and how he would be monitoring me every month with pregnancy tests, blood tests and follow ups. I felt I was in good hands so I purchased a package which included 8 consultations and blood tests. I followed his advice and did my blood test every month prior to my follow up and did a pregnancy test on the day of my appointment which was every 4 weeks, and this was arranged straight after each consultation. I found their video app very easy to sign up to and use and if I had any questions I could just text them on their app and they would answer it. regarding the side effects, just like all others I had some mild side effects but these were all carefully monitored by Dr Simon at each follow up. He send my prescriptions to me after each follow up and I was never left without medication. I have now finished my course of treatment with him and my acne has completely cleared and has remained clear for a few months now. I am so happy and feel very confident with my skin. I feel like a new woman and feel I have my life back again. I think what I paid was worth every penny after all I am so happy now. Thank you Dr Simon and Linia team for making me feel so better. I hope who ever reads this finds my experience helpful and I hope you all achieve a clear skin and feel as happy as I am now.

I have been having Roaccutane appointments with the amazing Dr Zokaie for a few months now and I can’t recommend him enough. He went through the process with me and made everything clear and posted all my prescriptions on time and showed me where to get my bloodwork done. My acne was so bad that I was left with no confidence at all and nothing would work and even if it did it was very short lived. Dr Zokaie started me on the treatment as soon as and no time was wasted. Choosing roaccutane with him was the best decision I ever made and I wish I would’ve done it sooner because I’m so happy with my skin it’s the best it’s ever been. Best dermatologist!

Im so happy i found Dr Zokaie on Instagram! After a month on the Accutane drug, it has improved my skin drastically. I came to Linia for Roaccutane treatment, and I'm disappointed to say the least. I live in Wales, so I had treatment remotely, which I feel only made things worse. I chose Linia as they seemed very well put together, had good reviews and seemed passionate about what they do. While I can't deny the team are all kind and polite, there was no point during my treatment when I felt like they were considerate or empathetic, which is really important to me. As I had remote treatment, I co-ordinated my own blood tests with my GP, so the £1250 package that I paid upfront only included 9 consultations - prescriptions are not included in the cost and, for me, were upwards of £45 per month. This will vary for each person though and I know that as the treatment went on it would have been about £90 per month as the dose rises. They had little respect for my time, calling at random times during the day rather than emailing, starting a consultation 10 minutes early then calling to check why I wasn't there, or beginning my first consultation late. I understand things happen, but when you're paying upwards of £130 for a video call lasting less than 30 minutes, it's not really acceptable to be messed around. Their organisation was very poor - I was chased many times to provide information I'd already sent through, which was frustrating. I brought this up several times when speaking with Linia on the phone, but was essentially told that they 'have many patients so I should be able to understand why they can't keep track of everything', and when messaging on the app they ask you to use was told 'this app isn't always monitored'. Again, completely not acceptable, and while mistakes are made, that's just rude. The Healee app is quite a pain, and certain things they want you to send through the app and others over email - I was never given any written notes/guidance on this, nor told when to book blood tests in order to get my prescription on time (first they said every four weeks, then every three weeks), so it's pretty much up to the patient to remember all these details and risk delaying their care if there's a mistake. My first prescription had to be sent 3 times before it finally arrived, and at this point I'm fairly sure they hadn't actually sent it out the first two times. I asked for it to be sent through tracked post (which I would pay for), which they declined to do without reason. It took over 3 weeks for the prescription to arrive. Finally, as mentioned earlier, the general care and consideration aspect was really lacking. Roaccutane is a hell of a drug, and the side effects can have quite a big effect on your daily life. The fact that Linia were not at all on the ball just added to the stress of dealing with physical changes such as dry skin, joint pain, and low mood. If I experienced these at the lowest dosage, I don't want to imagine how bad it would have been towards the end of the course when the dosage is basically doubled. Following all of the above, you can probably understand why I decided to halt my treatment with them and request a refund. They obliged without issue, didn't request feedback, just send a typical 'sorry to see you go' email. Unfortunately, my GP messed up my blood results on the second consultation, which wasn't picked up until Linia reviewed them during the actual consultation, which lasted less than 10 minutes, meaning I paid almost £300 for a total of around 40 minutes consultation time with the doctor. Overall, I'm really not sure what I was paying for. The doctor was knowledgeable, but from a patient's perspective was not a great care provider and hasn't contacted me at all in the process of stopping treatment. I spoke with my sister who had this treatment on the NHS, and she was appalled at how bad my experience was, which speaks volumes. I'll be looking elsewhere to continue treatment, and seeing my GP to follow up. Linia, if any of these claims seem unfounded, please let me know and I will email examples over to you. My Roaccutane Journey Before I made this review I wanted to fully complete my roaccutane journey! I’ve never been so happy with my skin even before I had awful hormonal acne! I waited so long for the NHS to start me on my plan and as soon as I was close.. lockdown happened. I found Linia Skin Clinic online and managed to start my journey with Dr Zokaie. We had monthly consultations over video calling and if I ever needed some advice, he was there to support me and give me the answers/ advice I needed. I would like to thank Dr Z for being so reassuring and making me feel happy/ comfortable about my skin! My personal advice for acne sufferers would be TO DO IT! The side effects are of course having dry skin but every one has different sides effects so you have to take the journey step by step. At not one point did the side effects make me regret my journey. I LOVE my skin now! Roaccutane is sent from heaven.

Dr.Zokaie and Rebecca has been amazing during the course of my Roaccutane treatment. Though a majority of my appointments had to be done online due to lockdown, the service provided was still impeccable. Consultations where thorough and my dosage were adjusted to accommodate my symptoms. My experience have been amazing from beginning to end and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was looking for haemangioma removal treatment and gladly came across Linia Clinic on Instagram, the staff especially Rebecca was really helpful and quick to respond all my questions and concerns before I make an appointment. Please note that you have to pay £8 for the PPE on your last session which was not informed in the beginning.

Dealing with acne for almost 4 years really affected my confidence. At the age of 19, I went from having clear skin to randomly getting huge painful spots all over my face.
