Can't thank this place enough, from a broken bumper to brand new in less than a week. Barry and the rest of the team were amazing and made me feel like a valued customer though out the whole experience. Honestly Barry was the down to earth person you could want when its to do anything with cars and some amazing cars on the lot to buy. It was almost like I was a car exhibition, lol. Thank you so much for everything and definitely a returning customer if I ever need your help again. :)

I originally took my car in for a remap and liaised with Gabs, he found there was a lot of other issues with the car due to the age of the vehicle. Gabs kept me informed regularly about what was needed and the cost of each job, in the end after all of the issues being fixed and the car put on the dyno it didn't need a remap after all. I found the experience very professional and will definitely be booking in my car in for all the other bits and pieces that need doing. Highly recommend perfect touch, car now driving exceptionally well.

Booked car in for suspension geometry adjustment. I was told to send an email with suspension settings I wanted, which I did. They didn't apply the settings I asked for. It quickly became clear on the phone that they had not actually read the email. When this came to light instead of apologising and fixing it they started arguing with me about the settings! They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they didn't quibble when I said I wasn't paying them. Will not be using them again.

Did some work for me in 2019. On one occasion they replaced a new starter motor. Gave me a courtesy car as they wanted to keep my vehicle a few days . New starter motor failed whilst under warranty and gave me a courtesy car as I don't live close, replaced free of charge with no labour costs. Did a health check and recommended a few things that need attention. Absolutely top class all round, highly recommended!

Very professional yet still communicate to you at your level. Took my V8 Audi for a dyno test and they pointed out several issues which other garages never mentioned, I had no idea I was driving a ticking time bomb. They did a beautiful job on the engine, car runs like a dream. Not only that, the car was washed and cleaned, bulbs and missing nuts replaced and loose bits tightened up, it wasn't included in the bill and I only found out about it weeks later. Top job

Perchased my M6 V10 and put into the hands of perfect touch knowing there good reputation for a full service and engine bearing replacement and to overall the hole car to advice of any further works required to bring the car up to scratch.
Discovering more minor repairs perfect touch completed all minor works along within my original works within budget and in excellent time.
I would highly recommend perfect touch in the future with there quality works and friendly services.
My M6 is running like a dream and driving it with confidence knowing the works has been completed by Perfect touch experts. ????????

I took my 2020 Toyota GR Supra to these guys to fit Rays Alloys and get the engine mapped.
They did an amazing job and increased the horse power to nearly 400 bhp at the wheels on standard factory parts.
I highly recommend this tuning garage.

I've been using Perfect Touch for a few years now, and they are pretty much the only specialist that I trust with my cars.
They are great at tracking down obscure faults, and aren't afraid to work on obscure Japanese imports either.
Great customer service when things go well, and also incredibly accomodating and helpful when the occasional issue crops up, and that's the real mark of a good garage, in an industry where the level and quality of service can vary so massively.
Can't recommend them enough, keep up the great work.

Had a problem with my audi s3 performance wise and gabz was good to get it checked out he went out hes way for me which I appreciate alot getting to the problem and also fixing the problem as well as losing the remap I already had on there and it was a problem which I got done by another company which was poorly done I had to get stocked but also got remapped stage1 and most likely another time i might even get it to stage2 when I'm ready by perfect touch performance which is great enough perfomance is much better I just wanna just say thanks to gabz and the perfect touch team

Excellent friendly service from Gabs and Mario. After a diagnostic check and road test they recommended and fitted a replacement air meter which improved our Jaguar’s standing 1/4 mile time by 1.9 seconds as well as its fuel economy. That’s a result!

Just done my service, mot, brakes, and tyres. The service was excellent and Barry and the team made a great job at Perfect Touch cause the car drives and feels like new.
I can feel an extra grip straight away.
Also knowing that I will be making long journeys they made sure that things are all in order.
I was even offered a courtesy car!

I’ve recently moved to East london so needed to find a new garage. MOT was due, so I decided to do a minor service on my Porsche Boxster. The team were very professional, well communicated and everything was on time, organised. Transparency on services is important to me, as I don’t have a lot of knowledge on cars - so I really appreciate it when engineers/ mechanics take time to explain things to me. Barry listed the findings from the service and advised how I can plan them out as well. Overall, really friendly people over there and I’d be going back again.

My Son took his Skyline R33 GTR to have some engine work and bodywork fixed. Gabs & Claudio have been great in dealing with the car and keeping in constant touch with both me and my Son to advise on every stage of the work being done (needed to have the car for 4 weeks).
The work has been carried out to a very high standard and has resulted in a big smile now the car is back on the road.
More work is to be done and we have no hesitation in going back to see the guys at Perfect Touch to take care of it!

I have been taking my car to Perfect Touch for several years now. They never let me down and it continues to impress me just how much these guys know their stuff! The service and experience is always first class, affordable and they always put the customer first! Went in to have brake pads and discs fitted to my Subaru. Gabs was very friendly and professional. He took me and my son on a tour of his workshop to see the cars they were working on, which we enjoyed seeing.
I spoke to a fellow Subaru owner in their waiting room and he spoke very highly of Perfect Touch, and had been using them for many years.

Extremely professional set up, went to get a car mapped by Roman levesque. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, obviously knew what he was talking about. Think was the manager we spoke to a couple of times, he seemed friendly. Everyone there also looked to be happy to be there and proud of their work!

I recently made a visit to Perfect Touch Performance to have a Power Run on my F80 BMW CP. I was pleased with the reception that I received from them that I also booked my car in for an MOT. They showed me around their facility, explained their concept and the length of time that they have been in the Auto business. Perfect Touch Performance is literally up the road from where I live, so it's a No Brainer to use their facilities for my needs.

I was worried about being ripped off as a lady going to a garage. I called the garage first and spoke to a lovely man who was extremely helpful and invited me bring my car along. I went to the garage and all the 3 people I met where really lovely and welcoming. One of the gentleman checked my car and saw that it had a minor fault which he fixed without a charge. I definitely know if I had gone elsewhere this would not have likely been the case, I would have likely been charged for naught. They are genuinely lovely and ethical people who are not out to rip you off. I will definitely be taking my car back here and spreading the word of their amazing service.

Put a car in for a map, they ended up having the car for 3 months, at the cost of 1600 pounds. Basically they did stuff that I didn't want doing. Also they could work out why the car was not making the bhp it should, so I did alot of looking on the forums, my suggestion to them was the chain had stretched, and my answer was, you leave us to do our job..
I got the car back and after two weeks the chain started to rattle on a cold start up,
I called them to advise them about this and I was ignored.
I will never use this company again.

My CL500 Mercedes had what appeared as numerous spurious fault messages on the dashboard. This was a difficult problem as the messages disappeared and returned on a random basis. I took the car to Perfect Touch and met Gabs who was most helpful and I thought I would just drop off the car. Instead I waited a while and was taken to their workshop which was very well appointed and equipped and spotless.Gabs and his colleague took me through the possibilities and suggested how we proceed. The upshot was they found the fault / faults and I have my car back and no problems. Gabs kept in touch with frequent updates and I am very happy with the outcome. I will be using Perfect Touch Performance in the future for mine and my wife's car despite the fact their business is quite a journey from my home. A really good service.

I was recommended to Barry and the team as I needed a service and works to a Porsche Cayman that I had just purchased. They kept me up to date throughout as works progressed. The advice they gave as to what was needed and what could wait meant that I had full control as to how far I took the works at this time. Very happy to recommend them and will certainly be back.
