I am disappointed with the library . On google it’s showing public library and when I went there they wanted to charge me £5 per day to use the library. They said it’s only free for PhD student.

It's quite, and not crowded.
The only thing is they take ages to print out your library card and you can't borrow books unless you're a student here.
