How lucky I am to have found The Pimlico Clinic! Heena seems to have magical powers to restore even the most neglected feet - my damaged toenail was managed and removed at the appropriate time with such care that I did not even realise it had been removed! I really look forward to my appointments safe in the knowledge that I will receive a warm welcome and professional care at a very reasonable price. I always leave the clinic feeling lighter on my feet and reassured that all is well. The clinic is an oasis of calm and also offers a range of products at good prices that really work.

Pimlico is increasingly a village in London, with excellent local businesses. One of these is the Pimlico Clinic. Brilliant and very personal service, with a variety of treatments available. The clinic stays open as much as possible during lockdown to continue servicing its clients. The atmosphere is friendly, comfortable and professional. It is a huge asset to Pimlico.

I am a patient of 16 years standing.The quality of care, most recently from Heena, is such that I realised that looking after my feet involves more than going for a specific ailment. I go 3 or 4 times a year for prevention and treatment. It works extremely well.

My wife and I are patients / clients of The Pimlico Clinic. We have been going there for nearly 30 years. Although some of the professional staff have changed over the years, mainly due to retirements, the care and attention has always been first class. We now see James who is an excellent chiropodist and who has been with the Clinic for several years.

By far the most comprehensive Podiatry Clinic, I have visited in London and I have tried a few! A tidy , beautifully decorated and immaculately clean establishment. Well run and happy smiling reception team. I see Heena, the owner who takes a no nonsense approach to treating the foot problem in hand. Her work is thorough and the chat is always good and I am a big fan of her Medi Pedi.

Small podiatry and chiropody practice in the heart of pimlico. Has been around for ages and had come highly recommended. It has a range of services including nail bed services at not unreasonable costs given its private. They have a host of mainly female practitioners and one male - who is excellent btw. He is very gentle and has an excellent bedside manner. Was really pleased with the outcome.
The clinic it self is in the basement of the building and so down a narrow staircase. They have reopened post covid with the right sort of PPE in place - feels v safe and clean. Receptionist is very friendly and booking was easy. Their website is self explanatory as well. Definitely worth a visit to sort out your feet!!

As always, when leaving the Pimlico Clinic, I feel as if I'm dancing on air!
But as we are (hopefully) beginning to face the end of "Lockdown", I do want to pay a heartfelt tribute to the Clinic's owner, Henna Patel.
I am not just elderly, but also have a problem with two replacement hips, which makes it difficult to look after my feet properly. However, throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent Lockdown, I have been able to visit the Clinic and have my feet seen to in totally hygienic conditions.
And, possibly most important of all, the Clinic made sure that patients were able to rely on all the Lockdown provisions being scrupulously followed, and thus ensuring perfect safety.

I have been going to this hidden gem for years now . A great fan of the clinic ethos and of the owner. The place is immaculately clean and discreet. I am a huge fan of the Medical Pedicure and would highly recommend Heena. She is friendly, approachable and professional. My feet always feel fantastic after a visit and for weeks after.The clinic also has a great Osteopath . Would highly recommend this place ,if you have not yet discovered it.

I’ve been coming here for years and seen both Heema and James. Both are super helpful, friendly and leave my feet like I’m floating around on air for the next couple of days. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Joy and Maureen on the desk are always good for a chat too!

I’ve been a patient at the clinic since 2006 and always found the level of care to be first class.
Heena and James are highly skilled and very capable, and deliver an excellent standard of patient care. I have always appreciated the depth of their knowledge, advice and attention to my feet. They are both very friendly too and I enjoy a quality conversation each time.
Maureen and Joy are very efficient, helpful and friendly on every visit and I particularly appreciate the reminder phone calls the day before.
All in all, an excellent Podiatary Practice. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
