Young Driver Lakeside

I booked this session for my Daughter's 11th birthday she was absolutely stunned. Great staff very friendly ! We Absolutely loved it definitely we will be back ;):):)):

My 16 year old son, 15 year old daughter and 14 year old nephew had an absolutely wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. The whole thing was completely professional (but fun) and the instructors know what they are talking about. I would definitely recommend. Now they are all looking forward to driving lessons.

Its a car park with a few cones around my daughter absolutely loved it but it was nothing like I thought it would be

Absolutely brilliant the ONLY problem with Lakeside is online it has 1 post code and on the booking another? There are no signs as to where the lakeside location is. When driving you ONLY see the go kart signs You need signs around the lakeside area. You need billboards also. There is no excuse as to the advertising. We was nearly late and had to drive in circles. The lack of signs to this location is poor and will lose you money. Especially when people are looking for a empty piece of flat land and not the top of a car park? There are no issues it was A* but your advertising of how to get there and information written is beyond poor. And this is what will contribute in numbers of people being late or missing it all together. Please improve this as it is great for young people.

Came 20 min late , was told that the session will be for 10 min. Completely accepted that. But the next child was running late and wasn't able to make it . Requested to let my child get her remaining 20 min (10 year old, waiting for 2 weeks for first driving lesson, couldn't sleep at night with excitement) THE COLD HEARTED GUY WITH TIME SHEET WOULD RATHER KEEP THE CAR PARKED THAN TO LET MY CHILD GET TO FINISH 30 min. Working with children means to make it fun and make their day. Slightly flexibility won't hurt anyone but can make or break anyone's day. He was doing his job only like a machine.
