Louise really has helped me get to a higher level in terms of my thinking and my training. She has helped me greatly in my long distance running as well as helping to place my thoughts and retain balance to achieve better outcomes for me professionally and personally.

Louise was brilliant with calm and professional approach to many different issues I face. Booking was simple as worked around me and seen fast has helped me from just one session already feeling confident and happy to go forward with life feeling fab.

Unprofessional and shockingly disorganised. Paid for a session and booked an appointment with Louise at Life Matters. I was later sent an email at 9pm, a few days before saying she had to cancel and offered several other dates. I was annoyed at the late cancellation, but I accepted this as unforeseen circumstances and requested one of the new dates that were offered. the day before the new appointment she advised me that she has double booked again and will get back to me ASAP with new dates! She never did. Very disappointed. I can appreciate it may be a busy time just before Christmas, but also as a busy professional myself and rearranging my schedule twice, you can appreciate my frustration and annoyance. To top that, she doesn't even get back to customers within a timely manner. Don't waste your time with this company. Lack of people skills, shambolic and just plain arrogant to think their customers don't have busy lifestyles too.

Louise is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and supportive. I am very grateful for her advice and her calm approach.

Loise was very nice and professional and even thou I was nervous about doing hypnotherapy she made me feel at ease and i had amazing results after the first session that even the people around me took notice. would highly recommend
