I've been seeing Stan Rechcigl for sports massage at both Breathe Covent Garden and Breathe Waterloo for three years now - at first every now and then, to sort out a problem, but now I go to him weekly for maintenance therapy as I train with weights twice a week. Stan is a highly trained and knowledgeable sports therapist, but he also really has a magic touch. He gives massage that's firm and exacting and at the same time calming and relaxing. You'll walk out feeling a different person in both mind and body than you did when you walked in. Highly recommended.

I was going through severe knee pain and my doctor recommended that I see an osteopath. I started my sessions with Andrew and by the end of the second session itself I could see a difference.. I continued for few more sessions and I can say with confidence that my mobility and strength has improved tremendously. He not only taught me exercises to do at home, but would also make it a point to follow up on whether I was doing those:). He is very committed to his work and I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone who requires an osteopathy session.

I visit Breathe because I am a client of the amazing acupuncturist Laura Ichajananich who operates from a therapy room at the back of the vast and very busy gym. The location is central and ideal for public transport. Reception staff are friendly and helpful but management could do something about the 'pong' created by all those exercising bodies. How about pumping scented air throughout so that air smells fresher?

I have visited Breathe yesterday for the first time as my reflexologist Wendy relocated there. Location wise it is not great for me, as based in West London, but would travel even further for a session with Wendy :-) She has been recommended by a friend of mine and after being diagnosed with a serious illness I have decided to try reflexology and see if it makes a difference. Wow it has! She really knows what she is doing and I am convinced that without our weekly sessions I would not feel as good as I do. When you go and see Wendy, ask for the crystals - honestly amazing.

I went to Breathe for the first time as my reflexologist, Wendy, relocated there. I've been seeing Wendy for years and it is the best reflexology I've received to date. She is not only fantastic at her job, Wendy's sessions are tailored to your specific needs. She is kind, respectful to you as individual, and her care comes through in every treatment. I can only highly recommend!

Excellent experience & service. Within minutes of my first treatment, my upper back and shoulders area which has been painful and tight for a while, felt much more relaxed and movement was greatly improved (shock treatment). I made the decision to go for a follow up program, especially considering my working in an office on a daily basis affects also my lower back. Free usage of the gym with these sessions is a bonus, along with the prime location in Covent Garden. Highly recommended.

I’ve always been prone to injuries in career playing football. However, seen visiting breathe London Covent Garden, the staff have not only helped me with my injuries at a very good price but have also given me the knowledge on how to prevent my reoccurring injuries. The knowledge Claudio gave me was not general but explained it in a way that suited my lifestyle. I would give this clinic more than 5 star if I could.

I was suffering from stress and (camera) work related tension and back pain, and after one session with Osteopath Andrew I felt I was walking on clouds the next day. Every muscle felt more relaxed and my joints much less stiff, enabling me to use my body more efficiently. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who has stress on their joints or uses their body for work or even anyone sitting at a desk! He works miracles and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

I thoroughly enjoyed the reflexology session I had with Laura and will be back for more. The session was deeply relaxing and insightful; Laura pointed out a number of things I could do to improve my well being. I can't recommend Laura highly enough.

I had a massage with Stan a week ago and thought it would be rather unfair to keep this to myself...IT WAS AMAZING! being quite an anxious person i was a bit hesitant when booking but i now plan on seeing Stan at Breathe on a regular basis. Best thing i chose to do, warm and friendly environment and positive energies all round. thank you.

I saw Stan Rechzigl for persistent and ongoing nerve pain in my neck and shoulder. After just one treatment Stan was able to work through the pain and helped release the tension in my neck. I was over the moon to discover I could once again sleep without pain and feel much more rested. Stan has helped me a lot and I cannot recommend him enough.

I went for an acupuncture session with Laura Ichajapanich and ended up learning a lot about Qi. Laura is very dedicated in treating you as a whole, she doesn’t focus only in the area that hurts but instead investigates with you why that area is in pain. I’ve been treating pain in the Achilles for years with another practitioner, and never heard of Qi and other stuff. With Laura I am learning how to feel the Qi in my body, looking after my diet and how food has an influence with my stomach and spleen strength. I am also learning Qigong and Taiji with her, and I noticed how my energy and focus would improve if I am consistent in my practice. I would totally recommend Laura as acupuncturist, she has a wonderful calming energy and a gentle touch.

I've had shoulder and other musculoskeletal injuries on and off over the last 20 years and have followed the well trodden path of rest, physio (without much success), cortisone injections (ditto) and surgery. About six months ago I started experiencing shoulder/bicep tendon pain when working out and was recommended to try F2F by P.T. Paul Rose @swfitnesslondon. Based on my previous experience with traditional physio I was a bit apprehensive/cynical, but can gladly say those feelings were misplaced. Right from the start it was clear Claudiu is passionate about what he does and really believes in the technology F2F uses. And I was pleased that he wanted to get to the route cause as well as treat the symptons. I therefore embarked on a course that included laser & shockwave treatments, as well as manipulation and rehabilitation exercises. Along the way and unconnected, I sustained a bulging disc in my lower back and pulled an intercostal muscle. Claudiu wasn't phased by this and adjusted treatment to include these issues. I can honestly say that the laser quickly reduced swelling in my back and speeded up recovery for both. The sessions are never rushed and from what I can tell, for what you get, the cost is very reasonable compared to what some practitioners charge for the laser/shockwave treatments alone. I've been pain free in the shoulder for months now. But, just as important, we also worked on my posture which has improved (which is no mean feat!). This holistic approach of technology, traditional physio and rehabilitation exercises has worked for me. It all comes together by F2F being based at Jubilee Hall - allowing access to a wide range of fitness equipment. I’ve continued to go back for maintenance sessions roughly once a month and I’m convinced they’ve contributed to keeping me injury free and in my view that’s money well spent! If you've been struggling with something chronic or just picked up an injury, I can highly recommend F2F.
