Although I did not receive service at Aqualibria, I am writing a review based on my customer service experience. I was supposed to have an appointment on a Thursday morning at 1 pm. At minutes to 12 pm, I received a call from Aqualibria that they were running late and needed to move my appointment by 15 minutes. I agreed that it was fine. Then we spoke shortly after as they wanted to know about the first colonic I had (which was done in the States) and which system was used so that I wouldn't need to do a consultation. This was the first red flag because regardless of where I had my colonic before, as a potential first time customer a consultation should happen regardless. Then they called me AGAIN to let me know that the power was out in the building and they needed to move my appointment to 7:30 pm. I thought it was strange that the power was all of a sudden out but that they were still guaranteeing that I would be seen that night. I agreed again that this time was fine. At 5:30 pm they called me and after speaking for the fourth time that day, they finally told me that they would not be able to get me in that day. I have been to many different services at different specialists and I have never had something like that happen. But then I got to reading more of the reviews on the staff, the establishment as a whole, etc. Although I do not think they had any intention on seeing me that day, and my time was wasted I am glad that my appt ended up getting cancelled and I found somewhere else to go. Please read this and all the other reviews on Goole when thinking about making an appointment here.

The Aqualibria team immediately put me at ease in a very calm and clean environment. Knowledgeable staff were attentive to all my needs and the treatment was a wonderful experience. This isn't the first time I have had colon hydrotherapy but I would say it was the best I have found in London to date. I constantly recommend them highly to my friends.

Had an appointment booked for a Colonic, staff seemed professional on the phone. On the day of the appointment it was cancelled 30mins prior due to some issue at the clinic. The staff seemed unconcerned and unprofessional as to my appointment being cancelled last minute considering i had to travel quite far to get there. Expected me to come back the next day and did not even offer to reschedule my appointment to a suitable time to suit myself. Still have not had a courtesy phone call to reschedule. Had the cheek to advise me I would not be charged considering they cancelled the appointment. Very unprofessional.

My first colon cleanse I booked a week in advance giving my debit card over the phone, 3 hours before my appointment baring in mind I have taken half a day of work the Clinical Director Velile called me and said to me I haven't been drinking enough water I have to cancel even though she didn't know how much water I have been drinking do not use these guys they look the part being on Harley Street, she was the rudest lady I have ever spoken to I took a day off work and had arranged transport all paid for and she cancels on me 3 hours before my appointment shocking DO NOT USE.

Professional staff members who make you feel very comfortable about the treatment.
Staff is also very knowledgeable and when it comes to gut health their invaluable advices and many years of experience gives you a great foundation to start considering a different approach to a healthy long term lifestyle.
Disease begins in the gut and I can not recommend enough to visit Aqualibria as soon as possible.

Very professional service. I loved the online questionnaire beforehand which was comprehensive and saved some time during my first appointment. The staff are very caring and professional and always ask me how I am. They regularly provide advice about nutrition which has been very useful and always helps me to feel better.
I've been to other places before for colonic irrigation treatments before and this is easily the best place. The treatment packages are very good value for money and there is flexibility in changing appointments at short notice which is handy.
Location on Harley Street is easy to get to from Bond Street and close to Oxford Street as well. Can't recommend Aqualibria enough - have just purchased a new treatment package of 6 treatments.

Firstly, the customer service is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly, professional. I have multiple health problems including a heart condition and a series of abdominal issues (including chronic pain). I am now in less pain and less nauseous. I feel so much lighter and energetic! I have suggested this to family and friends as I am so pleased with the results. My stomach is flatter and I’m so much happier!!

My main reason for attending was liver flush aftercare to remove any remaining gallbladder/liver stones that may have flushed out into the gut. I felt in good hands throughout, listened to and respected, and really liked that I was invited to voice my needs which were immediately and perfectly attended to. The heat pack on my liver area felt really good, Vel has a beautiful touch for expert abdominal massage, and the infrared electric massager also felt beneficial on my tummy. At no point during the session did I feel discomfort, or concern about my privacy. The location was very easy to get to. Thank you - I’ll definitely be back!

I am not one to leave negative reviews but I was very poorly after my second colonic in fact towards the end of the session at the clinic and got zero aftercare. I emailed Aqualibria as I was still poorly after a week about my concerns and to date I have still not had a reply which for a professional business is very disappointing and not acceptable.
When I arrived at the clinic everything was going well until 5 mins towards the end. I felt nauseous and pressed for assistance. Not only was I physically sick but then needed to jump back on the bed to release whatever needed to come out. I then started to cramp really badly and my therapist didn’t have a clue as to what to do. She seemed agitated as the next client had arrived. I was not given any probiotics and told to sit in reception or take a walk outside and sit in the open park and get fresh air, it was a cold day even though it was in May. I physically could not walk and there was no concern about my welfare.
I still have two sessions outstanding and would prefer a refund but again no response from the director herself. For me aftercare and the well-being of a client is priority.

The clinic is very convenient location near the tube station from Oxford circus and with great connections with other transport facilities. The staff is very welcoming and extremely professional. The clinic is extremely clean and they always give you a great and professional treatment. You can ask any questions about your treatment and they always with you helping you and supporting your diet and nutrition. Superb colonic irrigation experience at this small London boutique medispa that focusses on digestive health. I booked my first colonic not sure what to expect, having to deal on a regular basis with issues like bloating, constipation, occasional IBS. Like everyone trying to live healthy and eat a balanced diet but going off the rails at times especially when travelling abroad which I do frequently, or in general when life gets a bit too much and I feel the need to wind down with a glass of wine (or three). I felt from the moment I booked that this was a professional establishment that put my safety and wellbeing first. The medical questionnaire was a bit long but I do appreciate the fact that thorough checks are being done to make sure I was safe to go ahead with the treatment (especially after reading some scary articles online). The preparation for the colon hydrotherapy was easy and very well communicated in the explainer videos I received with my confirmation email. I must admit I was still nervous on the day of my visit, however the staff was very empathetic and professional and put me at ease, explaining what was going to happen and how it relates to my issues and once again doublechecking everything to make sure I hadn't ticked the wrong box in the questionnaire. I was pleasantly reassured to learn I could do the job of inserting the nozzle myself and I did not have to reveal myself to anyone. I felt even more positive at the fact that such nozzle was very small. The colonic treatment was pleasant and gentle and I was given a hot pad to make my tummy area relax as well as a massager to stimulate movement. The colon therapist was explaining throughout what was happening and how the water temperature variation would increase the treatment. At the end I was given an energising drink and given a programme to follow which was both easy and encouraging. I bought some probiotics as well as a vegetables and fruit extracts supplement and both have helped immensely. I left feeling debloated, energetic and I just had my second treatment of the course of six colonic treatments yesterday, and the experience was again very positive. I am writing this review as I debated with myself for ages whether I should book for this treatment and I wish I did it sooner ! I hope those reading this review will just go ahead and not wait. There is nothing to it at all ! Thank you to Velile and the caring and professional team for making the experience effortless.

This has probably been one of the best things I have done to improve my health. I've had colonics before at a detox retreat so it was nice to find somewhere in London to go to. So I've just been to Aqualibria and my experience has been no less that excellent. The staff are welcoming and friendly and for me the most important thing is that the therapists are fully qualified, they were professional, kind and listened to my concerns and were helpful in providing additional information. I have regular colonic hydrotherapy treatments at Aqualibria, which has helped my digestive issues a lot. Since moving to London from Italy I suffered from gastrointestinal problems - poor diet, lifestyle choices… I am a property investor and I lead a pretty hectic life, often eating on the go and entertaining investors on a regular basis. All this left my digestive system in bad shape. I contacted Aqualibria looking for professional help. I'm a trainer of his organization and I know he visits Aqualibra when he is in London, so I was sure the place was the best to go. The owners Daniele and Velile understood perfectly the path I was on and what I wanted to achieve. I will definitely be back next time I'm in London. I felt very well looked after throughout all my treatments and all my questions about the process and about detoxification in general were expertly and patiently answered. My experience at Aqualibria in one word was excellent.
I initially booked an appointment at Aqualibria, as I was previously experiencing severe lack of energy and pain and general discomfort in my abdominal/stomach area. A friend suggested that I should try colonic irrigation at Aqualibria UK. At my 1st session, I was very impressed with the level of customer service and how informative the therapist was as she thoroughly explained the procedure to me. After 4 sessions, I will definitely continue to have more colonic irrigation in the future, due to feeling less bloated, lighter, and more energetic.

Perhaps I have been spoiled in the past by incredibly professional high standard treatment's, but this one didn't make the grade.
I agree with an earlier review, the website etc is all very professional and shiny but the service was just okay for me. I was dealt with by a pleasant woman, who when asked, "didn't have her certification with her". But she assured me she has been doing Hydro Therapy for 4 years. That wasn't my question. I would have expected to see certificates on the wall of the clinic stating that they were in fact certified to carry out Hydro Therapy.. It is extremely important after all. The treatment didn't feel so cleansing. The very small clinic is actually at No7 Harley street and the entrance speaks volumes. Hasn't seen fresh paint in some time.

My girlfriend has been suffering from Ibs and Candida and emailed Aqualibra to find out if colonics would help, she had a reply within 20 minutes that evening. Around 9pm. She was advised to have 1 colonic a week for four weeks, totalling £380. After her 3rd colonic in 3 weeks she started to suffer severe constipation and emailed Aqualibra to see if anything other then yet another colonic would help move things along. Funnily enough, after taking a large sum of her money, the team haven’t found the time in the past month to reply to the 3 emails she sent asking for help. Safe to say we won’t be using their services again.

AQUA-LIBERATING! This review has been long overdue. I have been to Aqualibria once in the last year when I came to visit London, I have been having troubles with irregular bowel movement, constipation and bloating since coming to UK for a visit. I am not sure if it may have been the weather or the increased dairy products to my diet since visiting the country. Nonetheless, I'd say they've liberated me from my stomach pains and would have come back for a couple more sessions if I had enough time to stay in London. I will definitely come back on my next visit and highly recommend their services to my friends and relatives.
About the clinic/my first visit:
They provided in-depth consultation and thorough explanation why things are the way they are and how colonic hydrotherapy can help me and my case. I realized then that I have underestimated the importance of my colon health until they've explained to me. I have never been more conscious of what I eat and my bowels ever since.
After our 1on1 consultation they led me to the treatment room, surprisingly cozy and relaxing because of the aromatherapy prepared, felt like the spa. They provided me with everything I need, everything is disposable from the gown I wore to the to the tube used for the treatment session. There's also an accessible sink next to you to wash before and after the session. There is a small hanging area for your things inside the room. They also provided me with a heat pad and stomach massager which was greatly helpful with the cramps felt due to bowel movement. There's also a transparent pipeline to your side to help monitor and understand the progress you are making during the treatment session. The therapist educated me what's come out and helped me understand what's going on during the session so you will not feel scared or nervous at all, in fact, you'll be enlightened and encouraged after hearing the benefits if you dedicate yourself into improving your colon health.
After the session, they provided me with a small fizzy electrolyte drink to replenish - tasted like fizzy Gatorade. Surprisingly my once dry chappy lips before stepping in is plumped immediately after session - believe it or not! I didn't know I was that dehydrated until I saw what it did to my lips. Well, of course, after this you'll realize you'll want to drink up more because it is quite a pricey option for immediate rehydration.
I loved most that they gave me health and dietary recommendations after the session to follow up for continuous improvement. I felt they were sincerely concerned for my well-being rather than just dealing with me like typical businesses out there.

Be aware, as previous reviews state – very pleasant ladies taking care of you, but the treatment itself is NOT STERILE! I've done the treatment 2 years ago. Shortly after I've got massive eczema problems, lasting till today ( this has been proven by several allergy tests, my immune system is barely existent thanks to flushing my body by irresponsible people ). I've never suffered before with any food/environmental allergies! It does reset your immune system if people involved in the process of colonic irrigation do not know what they are doing! Same experience as one of the reviewers, the owner could not produce the certification! Shinny page, nothing else! STAY AWAY!

my first visit at Aqualibria happened on the 1st of this month, which happened to be the first day of the year! what an AMAZING way to start the year. i was treated with such professionalism, cared for so delicately and really made to feel special. i had never had a colonic before (and was slightly scared if i am honest!) but both Daniele & Velile filled me with such confidence that i was going to be fine and helped me through the process. what an excellent clinic! i will recommend to this to all my friends, i am a model so for me its extremely important, and should be for us all, to make sure we are looking after our bodies properly and detoxing when needed! and boy! did i need a detox! thank you so much for looking after me sooooo splendidly, i cant wait for my next visit. :) cant recommend highly enough! xxxx

I went twice for irrigation the staff were very pleasant through that but they kept trying to sell me stuff which really put me off. If it wasn't other treatments they were trying to get me to have it was tablets of some kind. I ended up being convinced to buy diet start max pills which I really wasn't too bothered about which cost me £40 and all it done was give me diarrhoea. I never lost a single pound in weight on them. The thing that has bothered me the most is that I have phoned the clinic and emailed them asking for a refund for the pills as I had to stop taking them after 10 days as I couldn't cope with having diarrhoea everyday and they haven't had the common decency to return my call or reply to my email. Where is the customer care in that they just want your money and after that who cares.

I went to Harley Street expecting this to be a great service - to have a supportive and relatively high class experience. It was my first time to do this, and I was really nervous about it. The clinic was hard to find on a Sunday afternoon, without clear instructions, and the doors were closed with no clear labelling of the clinic. The reception lady had a very unfriendly and rude manner in general - I didnt feel cared for. She didnt care to leave the door open for me when I had quickly to go back outside for my friend, leaving us waiting outside for a while. The flooring tiles were coming undone in the consultation room, and the state of the toilet was horrible. Walked into a toilet that hadnt been flushed, with an excruciating smell (no air freshener), no hand towels after washing hands, used paper towels overflowing in the waste paper bin, and toilet handle was sticky. I felt that I'd locked myself into a not a very good arrangement that I couldnt get out of (because they will take the payment anyway) for my first time, so I was freaking out. I think the main consultant lady was nice enough and, tried to make me feel better, but honestly, I didnt get the feeling she cared deeply in the same way, I have experienced with other practitioners... The room was nice enough, with dim lights, calming music and some Buddha statues (still it was minimal, could have been even better with some more love put into it). I tried to make the experience better by apologising for feeling so nervous and upset and to make conversation, but I couldnt manage to make the connection, and really get the feeling of being cared about. This is important, because having a first colonics session, after a number of years of living, can bring up emotions and makes you feel vulnerable. I was trying to go for and pay for a much better experience. I definitely wont be going back there for my next sessions. I didnt have any good advice specific to me given afterwards except to tell me how many more sessions I needed, and it was not explained why I should be taking the probiotics afterwards (I had to work that out myself later). Way, way below standard for Harley Street. Overall it was an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

As a student and part-time model in London, I live a very fast paced life. Yes I am young but I am often working too many hours, not eating clean foods, occasionally partying a bit too much and when I have exams, not sleeping enough.
I have been suffering from IBS, bloating and constipation since puberty, and I have tried many diets to resolve this problem. I tried colon hydrotherapy as a last resort because I tried so many other things unsuccesfully. I thought why not. I chose Aqualibria because of the positive reviews on social media and the professional website. From the moment I enquired about the appointment, everything has been very professional. I was booked in only a few days later, I completed the medical info online which was great so I was positively surprised that when I got there, I was not made to wait but I went straight in for my appointment. The therapist was already aware of my situation and made some simple recommendations, some of which I already knew but it was good to understand how it all clicked together and how what I eat affects how I am going to process it. It is kind of logic when you think about it so I dont understand how I did not make that connection before. The treatment was really pleasant to be honest and not painful at all. During the treatment the water temperature was changed and I felt my organs were working hard to eliminate all that was inside. At the end I felt reenergised and so much better.
I made some tweaks to my diet and I have now gone back 3 times as I am doing a course of treatments. I wanted to make this review to give credit to all the team of therapists at Aqualibria for looking after me as I am feeling so much better and I feel as if they have become friends and they are always smiling and congratulating me on my progress.... I really feel looked after and understood and not judged for what I am going through and it also made me more aware and wanting to help other girls in a similar situation as me. Do not suffer in silence, but ask for help and I recommend Aqualibria 100%... Thank you so much for giving me my zest for life back ! Love you girls, Ilaria. <3

I decided not to do the procedure 10 hours before its start, made a call to cancel, I'm sure, even if it would be 12 hours before procedure she would 100% ask half an hour questions on the phone like : Why do you wanna cancel ? and so on.
So i sayd could You please cancel, and .....she was asking me questions and I had to give the answers why do i want to cancel, i know that as soon as she heard my plans with one hand she was holding the phone and with another hand, quickly running to her laptop- she took money from my account, as she had my bank details, because it's is necessary when you register for an appointment., so the call was finished, i did not know that she was that quick !!! to take my money off, so i transfered money to my other card and didnt realise that 95 pounds gone from my available balance, called the bank, saying lost my card to them, to be able to change my long card details, and they said that 11.17pm the money was taken by her, i compare the time and it was one minute after i made a call !!!!

I have been visiting Aqualibria since 2005, and over the past 8 years have received nothing short of the highest possible standard of service and overall support at all times.
Velile and her team are supremely knowledgeable and experienced and have created a welcoming, comfortable and relaxing environment from which I never fail to leave feeling revitalised and centred.
My regular visits to Aqualibria have become as essential part of maintaining a healthy mind and body; particularly relevant for someone who suffers from food intolerances and hormonal imbalances. My discovery of Aqualibria all those years ago has been transformative - I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I visited the clinic Aqualibria because of I suffer from IBS and sometimes my symptoms get worse. I also celiac and this does not contribute positively to my symptoms. From the moment of the consultation, I knew I was in professional hands because Vel the director was aware of my symptoms and was telling me straight away what I knew I was doing wrong, but I have not been paying attention to. This was a great reminder to be more disciplined with my diet. The treatment - which I know have had done twice - was very painless and I would say even pleasurable in a weird way as it calmed by IBS almost immediately.
