Despite the fact that their website says that they open at 09.15 they were shut when I arrived at 09.40 this morning. Therefore I went into town to Curry’s PC World where I bought my accessory. I cannot recommend an organisation that isn’t interested in its customers and I will not go there again. So much for keeping it local.

I've had several dealings with ITTOGO and always found Steve to be efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Steve solved a problem with my computer that another retailer told me wasn't possible to fix. ITTOGO completed the repair the next day. Keep up the great work Steve.

I bought a hard drive from ITToGo after a discussion,. The staff member that served us was very helpful. we said what we were after and he didn't try to over sell or use forceful tactics. He answered all questions asked and gave advice freely. He was polite and said if we needed any additional help come back and see him or phone him which is great customer service. The hard drive was also well priced after some research on the internet. Thank you for the help ITToGo!!!!!

I took my laptop there to get it fixed and it cost a fortune to fix, when my friend could have done the exact same thing for free, instead of charging an overly priced £80 for something kind of simple.
They put some free software onto it as a gift for me, and they were all useless and things I could have goten for free anyway, so that was a waste. Plus, the free software they gave me, they didn't fully install them and they were just saved in a file on my desktop so were useless and they were causing virus warnings!
It took about a week, maybe longer to fix my laptop, yet my friend could have done it in an hour!
Now I'm starting to realise that some files are missing from my laptop. Eventhough the guy said he would backup my files for me. I have lost some music files and they now can't be played on iTunes because the file can't be located so they are basically useless.
Not impressed at all sorry!
