The Lambeth Spine Centre

I cannot praise Dr. Wilder enough here, and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. He doesn't only treat the affected pain area(s), but deals with the whole person, taking a holistic approach to the healing process : this may manifest itself in correcting one's own posture, diet, exercises and lifestyle for example. I have returned to him after a 2 year pain-free gap for a few sessions, to put my lower back to rights & to put me back on a healthier life regime. I have complete faith in his relaxed & unhurried professional manner.

I would recommend the Lambeth Spine Centre to everyone, as a IT professional I've suffered from various neck/back and wrist pains over the years. These came to a head earlier last year where they started to affect my sleep and work. As a result of the treatment I've received I'm proud to say the pain is gone and I'm sleeping well again, and the post treatment exercises plan is helping to ensure that they don't return in the future. Like i said great job, I'm a pleased customer.

I have had lots of problems with my back over the last 14 years. The last time I had a serious 'event' I was unable to walk, stand or even sit without being in excruciating pain. Three months down the line and my back feels stronger than it has in years. I have a physically demanding job and have been given excellent advice on how to limit the impact to my spine and minimise the risk of further damaging my back. I have seen a few Chiropractors in London over the years and although I don't live that close to the Lambeth Spine Centre I will always use this practice from now on. I trust Dr. Brian Wilder, he has my back!
