What a great lot they are at Andertons! I ordered a looper pedal from them and it arrived (if you discount the bank holiday) the very next day. There was some confusion caused by me failing to update them with my current email address but they dealt with that quickly and with no fuss whatsoever.
The pedal is excellent and they sold it to me at a very reasonable price.

The original guitar that I wanted to purchase from Anderton's was out of stock. The support staff was great. Offered many options, some of them did not meet my needs but they did not give up and together we found a guitar similar to the original that I purchased and am very pleased with.

Great customer service and fast international shipping. Prices are super reasonable too which is why I ordered from Canada! Just wished I would have known what company is used to ship internationally, because I found out it was DHL after already shipped which = big brokerage fee on top of customs. Other than that the product and staff was excellent. No complaints!

Really quick delivery from Andertons and the price was at least £80 cheaper than all other retailers. The unit works flawlessly without any signal degradation to my ears anyway.
It just works straight out of the box no drama.
Would recommend it to any guitarist or singer who doesn’t want to break the bank.

These guys are so helpful. I was looking for a high quality gig bag for a 14 fret parlour guitar. They took the time to measure the bags they had to guarantee a fit then called me back to let me know which one was best. Next day courier service too. Will definitely be buying from these guys again

Very helpful and prompt communication. I misread the delivery instructions for the item I ordered and they helped me so the thing arrived on time for a birthday. I'm so happy with the service and the lovely ukulele I'm going to buy another for my son. The concert ukulele is a thing of beauty with a gorgeous sound, my daughter loves it and has taken to practising regularly. I ordered an electric drum kit from here at the start of the year. It arrived quick and the product was great!!
Unfortunately, a fault appeared with one of the drum pads 4 months on. So I emailed them. An expert named Cody got in touch within 24hrs, was friendly and professional. And within 2 days, they had shipped out a replacement for the broken part.

The original order was processed promptly and delivered on time. When my guitar arrived with a faulty switch (which may have been damaged in transit), the response to my phone call was first rate. The guitar was exchanged within 2 days! Absolutely superb!

We travelled quite far to visit the store today with the aim of trying out a few guitars as I was after my first guitar, and was planning on spending around £500. However when we arrived, after queuing outside, we were informed it was appointments only, and you have to know exactly what you want, so browsing is not allowed. The young man we spoke to was friendly enough so I don't blame the staff but this is not very clear on the website. We had been browsing the website prior to visiting, and I checked again after our visit, and the bit that says about appointments only was in a small print link. This should be made a lot clearer on the homepage, to prevent customers travelling all the way only to be disappointed.. I will be visiting GuitarGuitar in Epsom instead, hopefully I'll have a better experience there.

Impeccable service, Bought the Chapman ML3 BEA standard, asked for an inspection on the guitar, had great communication from the team at Andertons and even received a call to clear up some details about my request. The guitar arrived in perfect order, setup and ready to go, its an absolute bargain in my opinion amazing neck and the tone that comes out of it is immense. Andertons is the only place I shop for gear and for good reason.

I was travelling to the UK for a couple of months and didn't want to carry my guitar with me. Andertons sold the guitar I wanted to use in the UK but it wasn't in stock at the time. It came back into stock about a week before I was about to leave so I ordered it and scheduled the delivery for the day I arrived. It shipped the day before and was delivered the next morning. I was extremely impressed with the shipping. The guitar looked exactly like the advert and I'm very pleased with it. It's probably one of the cheapest new guitars you can buy but it works perfectly for my purpose. Andertons had it competitively priced especially with overnight shipping included. Please continue producing your YouTube videos, they are informative and entertaining :-)

Placed order on 31 March, which wasn't processed. Replaced order on 1st April, nothing on site indicated item was not in stock. After week contacted and told not in stock. But should receive order late April. Rechecked on Fri16th/Sat.17th. Informed that video camera ordered would not be in stock until mid May. I wouldn't have placed order if they'd informed me at outset that they didn't have it in stock. Appalling customer service, an appalling business. Clearly happy to grab money & just hold it I'm their account. Cancelled order today. Let's see how long it takes to get refund. I bet it won't be as quick as they were in getting my.money into their account. Also typical hidden delivery charges unless you live in the South of England despite having Free UK delivery writ large on their ads & website. I am disgusted by this business.

I chose Anderson's as it is a well known shop and I like the reviews and such like on YouTube.
I bought a Line6 relay and got a really good deal on a Bstock item and that was great.
I ordered on Sunday and got an email Sunday evening to say delivery was on Monday.
12.30 on Monday it turned up in a giant box packed really well.
Really impressed with faultless service and as a gigging musician I will definitely use them again.

Really quick. Found what I wanted and it was delivered very quickly. Trouble is that I never even got a confirmation of the order and there was no order history on the account I set up. The first I knew my money hadn't just disappeared into a black hole was when the items arrived. Very very well packaged, I must say. I had to email them to ask for a receipt. Which they supplied quickly enough.

This review is based on my most recent order. I was charged for my items but did not receive them. After three weeks I was told that one of the three items I had ordered had been discontinued and another would not be in stock for a further eight weeks.
It would be better if Andertons did not take money until it had dispatched the items. As it was, I was left without my purchases AND without the money to buy them from somewhere else.
It was a very disappointing experience, particularly as I had to chase up their customer team for updates, but I should note that previous orders have gone smoothly. Still, I'd not recommend Andertons for the reasons stated above. Musical equipment is expensive, and the risk of not receiving the items and being out of pocket is too great with this company.

Easily one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long, long time. From the website being super-simple to navigate and find what you need, no faff. The order process was really simple, with no glitches, and on placing an order at about 2.30pm, was chuffed to bits to have my bit of kit arrive the next day with the courier. Even the packaging was great - environmentally friendly, and easy to open. Then the after-service contact was friendly in tone, no pushy annoying marketing ploys, and even on ringing on a Sunday, to ask for a VAT receipt - no bother, was assured one would arrive before the end of the day. I mean, what's not to like?
To be treated as a valued customer in this manner, is pretty rare these days. I feel like I've had exactly the same service as walking in the store, even though I'm a hundred or so miles away.
Thank you Andertons! You've been on my radar since my years working in the audio industry years ago and hearing about your excellent reputation. You've just picked yourself up another regular customer. Cheers!

I ordered a sire bass, unfortunately there was a small defect with the guitar.
I emailed Andertons who responded promptly with did I want a replacement bass?
I was amazed and also very impressed with their customer service.
The replacement bass arrived on the date I specified, they also took away the other guitar at the same time.
I cannot praise this company enough. I would have liked to visit the store, however Covid 19 does not allow free movement at this time. But if you do get a chance to visit the store then do it. I would recommend this store to all Andertons Rock.
