People is working in Heathrow Branch has very bad ATTITUDE and RUDE.
I booked a Cultivator for my garden to have next day morning. On the day I had a call from PAUL asked me what time you can come and collect, i told him at 10:00 am.. He told its fine you can come and collect. I went there on time and told him i came to collect the Cultivator. He told me the driver is around the Conner, will be in the branch in 5 minutes. I waited almost 30 minutes nothing turned up.
I asked him what is going on, He told me you can go home and he will deliver to me in 15 minutes. I waited till 11:30 AM, nothing is arrived.
I contacted to Paul asking what is going on He said "DO YOU WANT THE Machine or NO????? . He is very rude and giving customers to FALLS PROMISES.
