From start to finish Moto Rapido were absolutely brilliant, I dealt with George who was very helpful and informative about the bike I bought. These guys are exceptional!! A fantastic and highly skilled service department. While in the area my bike developed a problem. Calling in on the off chance,They squeezed it into their busy schedule to resolve the issue, getting me back on the road, even keeping the workshops open until the problem was fixed!! hows that for service . During which time I had a chance to witness the sales and parts teams both of which gave great customer service.to every person who came in during that busy day.
This is a first class Ducati dealer, I can see why they are so popular and have an outstanding reputation.

Had bike serviced here, but the bill ended up being £180 more than stated at the time of booking, without any major additional parts being used(2 spark plugs and a couple of nuts and washers). After spending £700, I would have expected to have the bike returned to me clean and shiny, but no, I was not even granted that pleasure. Fortunately the bike works better than before, apart for the clutch than now feels like it slips a bit. I am very disappointed and I will think twice before using them again. Fortunately there are other Ducati garages in reasonable range.

I’m very happy with the service received from moto rapido. I live in Australia and I received a great assistance for a gasket I needed for my motorbike, better than buying locally.
The price was competitive and the service super, I would definitely shop again even though I live far away.

Great customer service! I was immediately approached by the sales manager as soon as I walked in. He was more than happy to walk me through the various features of each bike I was interested in, even though I made it clear from the start that I wasn't going to be buying anything yet.
There's also a small upstairs area with some Ducati clothing and spares. Hot drinks are also available with a place to sit.

I have known and used Moto Rapido since I saw them at the Ali Palace racing show about 15 years ago. They worked on my 996 and I bought a 2012 Multistrada new from them. I have just part exchanged my 36000 mile reliable Multi in for a 2015 DVT version. I was very pleased with the service and easy dealing experience with George. I am looking forward to further good experiences both with my bike and the shop.

I purchased a Duacti StreetFighter from MotoRapido in August 2017. It had 8k miles on it and cost me £7,295.00. I trusted that they would be honest about the bike but this was not the case.
The bike is not fit for purpose and was mis-sold to me under false pretences.
The exhaust seized up, the kickstand switch malfunctioned, the tyres were close to wearing out, the indicator switch also seized up. I had to completely change sprockets and chain as they were in terrible condition.
I have since made several complaints and tried to contact them but they have completely ignored me. Unfortunately now I have had to involve other organisations to get my money back and to be taken seriously.
Please look elsewhere for a reputable dealer, just because they sponsor a rider in a championship doesn't mean they are honest.

I had some very unusual and difficult to diagnose issue with my MTS1200ST. Some other Ducati dealer kept my bike for 2 weeks and finally...gave up. When I left it at Motor Rapido, Paul found the issue and repaired the bike in just a few hours!
Many thanks guys for such a professional service. This is exactly what all Ducati dealers should do.

Bought a Ducati Multistrada second hand from them. Julian handled it very professionally from the initial phone enquiry to the point of handling over the key upon pick up. I had an issue with the front brakes which I raised with them, they agreed to collect the bike from my place and repair it at no cost. Will come back to them again for my next Ducati.

I have said it before but you guys are all round the best in the business. You always have time to help and talk and sort out my problems or purchases. Nine out of ten times the most obscure part is in stock or in my postbox within three working days.
The service department invariably gives an immediate answer or connects me to a workshop technician who knows ALL the answers and ALWAYS says "ring me back" if you still have a problem and I have done so many times and no one gets flustered or disinterested until the problem is solved.
Nothing is too much trouble (and I didn't even buy the Panni "R" from you either)

MotoRapido have been fantastic from day one, in particular Stuart who has dealt with our somewhat challenging requests.
We took our bike in a few days prior to going to The Isle of Man TT, with a problem that needed immediate attention and they ensured this was fixed within the short time frame given to enable us to go on holiday in time. They liaised with our warranty company to get authorisation which was very time consuming. We recently came back with another problem which they dealt with and completed in a short space of time. They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy, and always work around our needs, by far the best customer service received so far.

with their after sales service . my bike happened to be one which had a wiring loom problem (ducati have done a re call for this in the usa) and from the time of discovering this on the dda when it went in for it 1st service within 48 hours I had the bike back with a brand new wiring loom fitted a custom map was dialled in too,couldnt be happier you wont find a better ducati dealer , thanks lads, dell ahmet .
