The staff are amazing always helpful and friendly.

I brought quite a few donations to this shop for the past two years ,came 2 days ago and the lady there told me rudely how she will take the donations this time but it's only between 9 and 11 that can bring donation,I said I didn't knew ..then he repeated herself again ,as if she was doing me a favour, when there is so many other charity shop.I should've took my bag and drop it to another shop rather than be treated like that.Actually,two different charities are closer to my place than this one.A 'thank you' wasn't necessary,obviously.Don't know why that was such a big deal, when you could see few bags dropped to the little room,and why was needed to be rude.Sorry,last time I went in there.

Amazing lay out and display of shop!! Ver Helpful staff especially Mag simply awesome customer service from her !! Lot's of Amazing furniture and everything one would need to start up a house for the first-time Only drawback they don't deliver further than Hounslow area !! Really worth a peep to help yourself and the hospice!!

Very rude staff. My 1.5 year old accidentally dropped a (used) toy and two parts came off. 2 of the staff members started to shout at me and then criticizing me loudly behind my back before I even had a chance to say a word!! I did not say at all that I won't pay for it (it was priced at 2 pound! and it was still in my hand). They should not behave like that specially in front of little children and in front of other customers. When I went there to pay and pulled out my card, they were shouting again that they only accept payment over £2.50 as it says on the sign, I calmly told them then I'll pay 2.50. They were really rude and they were making a scene for no reason (even the toy was fixable, too!). They clearly need further training or someone more professional to manage them so they will be able deal with situations like this in the correct way.
