Great experience overall at Shurgard Kennington. I needed a short term storage unit for a couple of months before a move and this ticked all the boxes. Very helpful and professional customer service from Siham and her colleagues. Would definitely use Shurgard again if needed and can highly recommend this business.

So the people are very friendly and professional I would definitely recommend storing items there. However, if I was to state anything negative, it would be that I think you can get lost quite easily in the storage units as there are no directions on the walls. Not even directions for the fire exit (not that I noticed). No directions as to what number storage unit is situated within the building. Other then that it's great.

Fantastic help from all the staff, especially Sufyan. A really efficient process obtaining the storage space unit which is clean and easily accessed.
Sufyan took the time to show me different units. Very easy to navigate around the storage facility and lots of trolleys etc. available to help transport items.
I highly recommend Shurgard Kennington.

Great Customer Service at Shurgard - Kennington!
Popped in to get a price list, instead was taken to see the unit by staff member Rachel, she was very informative and really found out what our needs were, and how much stuff we had to store.
Was going to try the competition, but we had such a pleasant experience we will be storing our stuff here.

I made a reservation via the website. The T&C's clearly state that the promotions Shurgard run are valid for 30 days from the reservation date. The lady from the Kennington branch called me back and refused to honour this, and was extremely rude and patronising on the phone. Terrible customer service at a time when everyone is struggling, avoid. This may explain why they were investigated by the Advertising Standards Authority (easily searchable) for their dodgy promotion tactics.
Edit: After posting this review, I received 3 missed calls and an email from the Shurgard Kennington manager. They apologised for the confusion and offered to honour the promotion, however the disgusting way in which I was spoken to by their employee means they will not receive my custom. I have consequently received a better quote from another storage company and will be going with them (the difference in customer service levels between Shurgard and the other company is astounding).
