Haven House Hospice Shop

In my opinion its the best charity shop in Loughton. Quality goods at a fair price and so tastefully laid out in colours and size. Pleasant environment and lovely staff.

Supporting an amazing charity. I love popping in on a regular basis as the turn over of stock means you can find a great item every day. The items here are often high quality. Branded clothes that look like new, great home decor and lots of toys. If you're looking for a charity to donate to this is the place. The money raised here is put to great use, supporting the children's hospice. They rely on support from the public.

Haven House are brilliant and do what they can to take whatever items you have. Samantha, the manager, was exceptionally kind and incredibly helpful when I was clearing out my Grandmother's entire house. She did whatever she could do be of assistance and made my difficult process so much easier. It was a complete relief to know that she was so happy to take items that would have otherwise gone direct to the skip. Her warm, compassionate and friendly persona brightened up a very challenging time. Thank you Samantha and Haven House - keep up the great work.
