Despite the lockdown, I was able to place an order for the necessary chemicals to carry out a spring commission. Fortunately for me my order coincided with local work so delivery was very quick indeed.
Very helpful in explaining the different chemicals as they are from a brand I am unfamiliar with. I will become a regular customer, I'm sure.

Hi all swimming pool owners , five star's all the way for Robert Coombes and his team . I have just taken over running a large remote property ,with pool in very poor condition , called Rob next day pool engineer came out ,pool very bad two day's after Rob himself has a site visit, ran me through the system what was needed to be put right. Then Rob made time to deliver a mass of chemicals on very short notice, while looking after his existing clients, bearing in mind the remote location of this property fair play to Rob and the team .

Fantastic experience from beginning to finish. Glen was and is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy to get a sale. Peter and the entire staff involved worked as a team up to delivery and installation - would like to give credit to the entire team individually but sadly do not recall all of their names. Thanks for making this a good experience and I am happy to see that Customer Service does exist after all! From a satisfied customer that is enjoying the hot tub!

Peter and the team were brilliant, they didn't try and oversell me. Their service was fantastic and they helped coordinate my electrician before delivery. In essence they made my life a lot easier. The installation team was first class they explained every feature and benefit and took me through the routine maintenance in simple terms that I could understand and follow. Regretfully I could not give six stars

We had excellent Service and a good price from Just hot tubs/Deep End Pools from Glen, Peter and his team for a new Jacuzzi J235 hot tub we purchased in June this year. Its looks fab and the installation team were great. They booked in the date and delivered when agreed. Great handover from Peter to explain how it all works, and Peter has also been great responding straight away to any further queries we have had. Excellent company and would def recommend!

Dear Hot Tub Purchaser
I have been trying to purchase a hot tub for about six weeks.
From a standing start it’s daunting; there’s too much choice. I started wet testing in St Albans. But this was followed by less than straight forward pricing by the company concerned. This made me feel uncomfortable and that I was being “sold to”.
My second attempt was aborted when the company I was scheduled to wet test with cancelled; on the basis that they were unable to wet test for reasons of health and safety!
In comparison, I mailed Peter and he immediately did everything I asked of him. The simple things, like responding to my emails and answering all my questions honestly and quickly. He managed to strike the right balance of demonstrating that he wanted me to buy a tub from him, without being pushy.
All of the above allowed him to build rapport and trust with me quickly. It took me 36 hours from first speaking to him to placing an order and paying a deposit.
Peter made the difference.
If you want to buy a hot tub, buy it from Peter.

We love the enthusiasm of the staff at Deep End Pools, and it's matched by their knowledge and personable attitude. We started scouting out a hot tub but having spoken to Peter, it was a done deal. Both service and price was excellent, and we have found them happy to resolve any issues or queries without trying to sell unnecessary products to us. OurJusthottub New Forest was installed a few weeks ago by crane, courtesy of Jody who did a brilliant job in entertaining the entire street, and we have found it as easy to maintain as it is to use. How did we ever manage without it? It looks terrific, and suddenly our garden is being used more than it has for years. More than happy!

Customer service at Deep End Pools is very impressive. Every contact we had (from sales to admin to installation) was first rate. The sales guy was knowledgeable and didnt try to talk us into a higher spec we didnt need. Peter in the office responded quickly to emails, found us an electrician and co-ordinated his visits and generally gave a top rate service. The installation guys were great - they arrived on time, got the job done, explained everything to us and all while working outside at -4 degrees. The whole process was made easy by this company - I would highly recommend them if you are buying a hot tub.

Excellent - have bought chemicals and consumables from them several times now and they have always been ready to help with technical advice & are never pushy. I did originally start buying pool chemicals online, but found prices to be similar at this shop but with the big added benefit of face to face help.
