I visited a relative at the home I was impressed. I met 3 members of staff, all of which were polite and enquired who I was. I signed the guest book and was escorted to my relative. Her personal carer enquired who I was and made an entry on my relative notes. Her room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the visit and I was happy that she appeared happy.
