Bought a brand new Duble deck oven from them, it was advertised as a pizza oven, but did not serve the purpose! called them, they took the advertisement off their website and never agreed any compensation! been told you need to contact Lincat them self! whilst i purchased it directly from Nisbet!

Shocking service. Phoned Around 15 times to rearrange delivery and never called back. Delivered when we were closed. Tried to charge us an extra delivery fee even though we told them our opening time’s.
Never received our orders.

My boyfriend and I went in to look for a bread lame (knife for cutting dough) as a present for Christmas. It was about an hour before closing and all the staff members were clumped together chatting near the tills. While one staff member was very polite and helpful when asked about the item, another staff member said under their breath ' Why don't you just use a normal knife like the rest of us?'. I don't appreciate this very rude comment and will take my money elsewhere in the future.

It was a quick trip in the city to get pants chef jacquets shoes, and got a good customer service, the lady was very helpful. I will be back for my chef knives next time. Recommended

I am so shocked with there service . Over two weeks aft chasing them around for repair parts engineer turned up without parts and aft 5 minutes left . We are running business and our Owen is Broken aft 4 months .still under Warranty but unfortunately wat is use of warranty if they can’t sort this out it’s from April till now I am ringing them every other day no luck it’s 2 months . Wish cud give them 0 rating . Will cancel my account with you .

Everything you need for kitchen you will find it, even for home or a business is a good place to have a look. Very nice collection of knifes with wide range quality/price.
Chef clothes and shoes are available to try before purchase.
The only thing i don't like is the V.A.T is not included in price, disgusting surprise when you see something of 33£ but really is 41£

I visited to look around, and look at knives. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful, spent as long as I wanted helping me try the different knives, talking about the differences between them and giving me tips. I have almost no knowledge, and I'm sure came across in that way, but he was nothing but encouraging, friendly and polite. I came away with more to research (exactly what I wanted), and I'll be back soon to pick up a couple of new knives.
