Made a blind item purchase with them based on trust. Purchase was done through their chat/message window on the site. Their service is excellent and would go out of their way to make the transaction most convenient for you wherever you are in the Globe. In my case I’m located all the in Asia, parts arrived in 8 days. Used parts I purchased is exactly as described in the pictures. Items were packaged well and safe(ordered parts w glass). Will definitely be doing more business again with them in the future. Highly recommended for those that need hard to find car parts.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Great to take your car somewhere you know everyone has specialist knowledge and a genuine interest, as well as having a look around the JDM used parts shop and the in house builds on show. I'll definitely be bringing my subaru back here. The pricing is reasonable and the service and turnaround time was excellent.

After nearly 5 weeks of searching, I was told by a friend of mine to give these guys a call, and what a blessing that was. Probably best service I've received in a long time. Need some arch liners for gtr and they managed to source me some and all the missing parts I've struggled to find.

This review relates to my experience of having two Lambda sensors fitted to my Toyota Estima 2.4L. I was really impressed with this company in every aspect. Polite, courteous, helpful. I ordered the sensors myself from Toyota and dropped the car off on Monday 23/09/19. I then collected it the following day. They only charged me for half hour labour which totalled £39 including VAT. Toyota main dealership wanted £100 straight away to find the fault plus two hours labour at £85 per hour + VAT. I would recommend this company to anyone and will go back there for future repairs.

I brought a turbo, which was sold to me as a td04. its not a td04 and when asked for a refund was told that i will lose over £100 as a handling fee. Now I'm stuck with a turbo that is so no good and not worth the money that i paid for it. not the first time they has messed me around and will NOT be using these guys in the future.

Ordered a few parts from Saj and Jack yesterday. Cannot describe how helpful they both were. I managed to get everything I needed for my Subaru and still was able to find more that I wanted! Wasn't expecting to see how professional the shop actually was with three beautiful cars sitting inside!
Defiantly would recommend anyone to visit if they have an Evo or Subaru! You will always find what you need.

I would highly recommend Saj and his team at Jap Performance without hesitation for their great craftsmanship, creativity, honesty, peace-of-mind and commitment to quality and great customer service. I handed over my 1995 GTST Skyline to Saj and his team 12 months ago (in-and-out). The result is a tremendous achievement, on track and on road! Saj listened very careful to my initial brief, totally embraced it and kept true to it throughout, always giving me guidance and offering creative solutions. Saj showed total commitment (and loads of patience) to deliver my vision without ever giving nothing but outstanding customer service and qualified advise. A company is only as strong as his workers and in this case, the entire team (special thanks to Emanuel) has delivered equally elevated customer experience. Finally, Saj has always made available his vast network of suppliers without hesitation, i.e ECU mappers, body shops (massive thank you to Carlos, a Magitian when it comes to body work), Japanese companies, etc. Thank you Jap Performance and see you on the next project.

A non trust worthy company with an owner that play the friendly card but reality is he sell overpriced bad parts, JPP has a surprising follow for how bad it is. They can't fix cars to save there life and they screw there customers over. All the good people that work there leave. Not to be trusted. Always likes a cash sale. Best bet is amber motorsport.

Phoned for an item. Was told next day delivery they haven't put the right address for the parcel company. Phoned to find out and was lied to as they said lost in transit when I'd already spoke to tnt and they told me they had been given the wrong address. Customers car now waiting another day. No recite still and no item.

Beware of this company. I've had a few dealings with Saj and his assistant manager. Saj Sold me a category D car for waaay over the actual value, without being open or honest about the cars history (leaving me £6500 out of pocket). If your considering buying a car off them MAKE SURE YOU USE AN HPI checker as they move bad stock that have been written off before. Also the assistant manager is very rude and abrupt / unhelpful. The parts they sell are second rate and overpriced considering this place is just a glorified scrap yard for jap cars. If you have to deal with these crooks, be very careful..
