Lodgis makes the process of finding an apartment in Paris so much easier! It is an extremely competitive market and I've spent sooooo many hours and days when I was finding an apartment on my own a few years ago and wasted so much time on apartments that had so many other people looking or that were fake ads etc. It's very simple with Lodgis, once you put together your dossier once, they can review for any apt available on their site, and the agents are really focused on finding you the right place. Speaking to the apartment I found, my landlord is extremely kind and the process was very organized and straight-forward, they are available for any questions or issues. I might say that the rents are slightly higher than what I would find on PAP or bon coin, but you gain the ease of actually finding a place which was worth it for me. Also the fee is comparable to what you'd have to pay a private landlord anyway. Highly recommend!

I've been working with Lodgis for 2 years now and they've been really great. Easy to work with, responsive when I have questions, and friendly agents. I would definitely recommend working with them and will use them again in the future if I need to rent a new apartment.

After coming in contact with oh so many dodgy Parisian rental agencies, with some bordering on plain scams, Lodgis was a breath of fresh air. Real people that are professional and responsive. The entire process of renting a place was clear, straightforward and unusually modern. A clear recommendation from me

Lodgis made my search for a new apartment very swift and transparent. Sometimes it can be hard moving in a foreign country, however Lodgis made it very easy and provided me with many options that fit my criteria.

I really appreciated Iryna and Ombeline’s help. They were able to find me a great studio in the Monceau neighborhood 17th within a week of my first viewings. They were good with sticking to my budget and extremely responsive and communicative throughout the process. They also helped me with the foreign guarantee paperwork, which was a huge weight of my back. Thank you Lodgis!

It took a little bit to reach them but that was probably because it was shortly before the weekend. After I reached someone at the agency everything went super smooth and the communication was very nice. Thank you once again to Manuela for helping us finding a place to stay in Paris

I have had a good experience with Lodgis except that our landlord never returned our security deposit and the agency has not done anything except send a few emails. They say they can't do anything to return our money. Our old landlord's apartment is still up on their website for a new tenant to rent, which reflects very poorly on them as they do not care if their customers are stolen from by the landlords they advertise for. after several months, Lodgis has done nearly nothing to help us get thousands of euros back. Do Not rent from Philippe Mistre!

Great experience with Lodgis so far ! We had an appartment in Paris booked within a week. Highly recommend for expats - they speak both English and French. Definitely worth the agency fees to find a nice, furnished flat in Paris.

Merci Lodgis! Our "Conseillère location meublée" was helpful and patient in finding a short-term apartment for our family. I highly recommend their service. It is general knowledge that getting an apartment in Paris is not easy. With Lodgis, we got one in less than 2 weeks! Incroyable! Merci beaucoup!

I had a very mixed experience throughout my stay at a Lodgis apartment. First the booking process was very cumbersome with several setbacks. We selected a few apartments available on the website only to learn later by email that they actually were not available. We were then offered a different selection of apartments, most of them in a higher price range. After several back and forth emails we eventually started the actual booking process. At this point everything went smoothly with most of the steps (billing, contract, etc.) being automatically processed. During our stay our property manager was always available and helpful to fix a few issues we encountered: providing kitchen appliances missing or broken, sending over a plumber to fix a leak, etc. However we rapidly realized that the square footage of our rented apartment was much smaller than what was on the contract and what we were paying for. Lodgis sent over an expert who confirmed the discrepancy. Then they updated the contract and corrected the rent according to the law. Despite these setbacks we liked our apartment and were glad that we were able to secure the rental contract remotely. However the last interaction with Lodgis after the checkout really left a bitter taste: They charged us for the replacement of a light bulb that was already broken when we moved in (a picture showing that it was broken was on the move-in checklist, but it wasn’t specifically mentioned in writing. Pay attention when you check-in..) It wasn’t huge amount tbh, but the fact that they billed us and then ignored all my emails trying to sort the situation just isn’t right. They also charged us for utilities at a rate much higher than market price, pocketing the difference.

Recently rented a 1 bedroom apartment via Lodgis (92 Avenue de la Republique), the apartment was great quality, easy to move into and the landlord (Romain) was super nice. Overall, the process was pretty straight forward dealing with the agency, although communication and speed could be slightly improved. I recently moved out to go back to my home country due to the lockdown and covid, and received my security deposit back in full within a week. Overall I would recommend Lodgis, especially to expats looking for a quality apartment in Paris.

AWAFUL AGENCY. They collaborate with untrusted owners. I rented an appartment in 2016 at 94, venue Paul Doumer 75016 Paris and I still have not received the DEPOSIT AMOUNT from the landlord. The company should be ashamed for the collaboration with DISCUSTING OWNERS! I HAVE TO ADVISE YOU AT LEAST TO AVOID THE AFOREMENTIONED APPARTMENT

Since January 2020 I live in a beautiful studio in Paris, which I booked through Lodgis. My experience with the agency was very positive. They definitely made the difficult search and the complicated application for a temporary home in Paris easier for me. Fast and helpful reaction during the search, easy and digital handling during the booking and good support during the stay. Only Thank you!

The agency is really available for everything I needed in order to find an accomodation in Paris. The staff is capable to speak various languages (I made everything in Italian) and all the procedure was fast and effective. I still have to arrive in the accomodation, but for now I have to say that I am really satisfied.

It was really easy to book my apartment with Lodgis agency! I had no worries about the procedure, signing contract, payments, and meeting the landlord. Everything went very smoothly. The agent who worked with me was very quick to respond to all my questions. The landlord was also very nice and helpful even before my arrival in France. The apartment is well maintained and true to the photos posted on the Lodgis website. So far, no issues encountered.

I have recently used Lodgis to secure accommodation in central Paris for the summer. I found their staff to be informative, helpful, and patient. Their online booking system is user-friendly, and their agency fees are on the lower side of what I have experienced with other, expat-focused providers. Would recommend.

DO NOT USE LODGIS. THEY ARE ETHICALLY QUESTIONABLE AND WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. My husband and I moved into a Lodgis rental last September. While the sales team was eager to the point of over-emailing to get my money and deposit, the team to move in was infuriatingly late to respond. We would have to call and email multiple times to reach someone. First, the rent listed was not an accurate representation of the rent. They added all these charges after they sent the lease over. Then, after I questioned, they updated the website. When we were assigned to an agent, Stephane, he moved us in to a furnished apartment with a hodgepodge of broken and mismatched Ikea kitchen tools, disgustingly old and ripped towels and bed linens that we once white. The floors of the building were filled with some kind of putty as a minor repair, and the windows and curtains did not work. In the fall, when the weather was COLD the hot water heater broke. We contacted Stephane, and no answer for a week. We finally got a hold of him (he said he didn’t check his email) and he got our hot water heater replaced after two weeks of cold showers in cold weather. Our doorknobs broke (and due to the antique nature of the door knob, we were unable to fix them), we emailed again also citing our concerns about other fixtures in the house falling apart. Once again, no response from Lodgis to this request. Our fridge, had been broken since we moved in and was cooling at 12 degrees, the safety standard in the kitchens is from 2-4 degrees. We were so worn down by how unresponsive was. I emailed, and once again, we were met with resistance and skepticism. I had to buy a thermometer and send a photo of the proof of the temperature to even get a response. Finally, our last month of living, our kitchen sink broke. In the middle of the pandemic. We received no response. I had repeatedly voiced my concern about the quality and state of this apartment. It had not been maintained or renovated before. Additionally, the apartment was broken into and robbed. I found out the building, which was in the Bastille neighborhood, had been robbed an additional 3 times in the past 3 years according to my neighbors. I contacted Lodgis, their response—I had to fix the damage or incur fees (luckily we had insurance money for this). We left because the owner planned to sell. The company came in and took photos and expected us to be prompt in our communications with them. We moved out two months ago, got the apartment cleaned professionally (although the cleaner forgot the oven), everything was cleaned. We are now in the process of getting back our security deposit. The last day for them to do that is on 8/2, two days from now. I received a statement with charges of replacing linens (which were filthy when we received them, and we bought more for the apartment), and various unnamed repairs. They took and kept 1150 Euros, it seems, to renovate the apartment before selling it. This is absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. While I understand there are charges for Lodgis to keep such as the oven cleaning and payment of electricity, I can’t but help feel like 1150 is some kind of scam or fraud. In reading these other google reviews, Lodgis responds with some BS about their policies and shirks liability and blames it on the landlord. HOWEVER, 100% of my interactions, money, and time have been with Lodgis. I have never been in contact with the landlord. I’ve emailed Lodgis today on August 31, 2020. I’m also writing here because it seems as if Lodgis is more active on google reviews rather than email. I hope that we don’t have to take this to the prefecture and contest it. If you have experienced unjust withheld deposits, I encourage you to post. I can see that this is not an isolated incident. I'm now at a new beautiful apartment via se loger. We pay the same and get way more and have more luxurious amenities. Will update you based on their response.

Finding and booking an apartment in Paris is normally a very challenging task because you need to go through interviews and provide a lot of documents, which means you usually need to be in the city. With Lodgis, finding an apartment that suits your needs is the hardest part. After you find an apartment you like, a consultant will start the paperwork right away. You can send the required documents online. It's really a great agency if you're looking to book an apartment for a short or long term whether you're in the country or not. The consultants also speak a variety of languages, which is extremely helpful!

I've just rented an apartment in Paris with the help of Lodgis and I must say that all the staff has been brilliant in every step we needed. It would be great to find Lodgis in other countries, as I move every now and then and I had never found an agency like this. Everything was so easy...

All staff I have had contact with from Lodgis have been extremely helpful in the process of securing an apartment. They have guided me through the process and answered all my queries consistently, which was especially important to me as I am not familiar with the French processes and procedure for renting. Overall I have had a great experience with this agency and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for somewhere in Paris, especially if you are not a French citizen as they have English proficiency too.

I must say my accommodation finding was only easier because of the agency. The have a vast selection of apartments for all budgets and with affordable agency fees as well. No hidden charges and the images of the apartments are the exact of the house. Special mention to Robin for his continuous support during this phase of house hunting. Very humble and explains all the aspects without any delay. Kudos team!

Friendly staff ! And Responded fast and got my apartment quick ! In two days I am checking in ! <—— this review was before I checked in and I gave them 5 star but in reality they deserve 0 star. Lodgis the worst place to rent apartment ! Updates: I asked to see the apartment they say its new apartment and in two days you can check in at it. I got excited and they ask to pay infront and I did pay infront (deposit, rent, agency and other fees!) After check in, the apartment didnt have elevator as it was written in their website. So I checked out the next day. I asked them to get refund. They say that I will get security deposit + other fees but not the rent !!! And they say that I wont get my rent until someone rent the apartment !! It was their fault, the apartment should have elevator but it doesnt ! And elevator is necessory as am here for medical and I will need elevator. Another thing, I asked to have fan and portable AC because it was very hot in the apartment but they say that they cant offer fans. I asked them to speak with the owner to see if he can provide portable AC, he agrees but buying it through amazon and will deliver in two weeks! My advice for you, if they say because you are renting one month its not possible to see the apartment or if they say its new flat as pictures and ask you to pay. Dont pay ! And check with other agency that will let you see the apartment before check in ! I paid 5200 and got back 3550 ! Dont deal with them or if you have to. Dont pay until you check everything !

Their estate agents offer incomplete information and little help once you move into the flats they are supposed to manage. They ask, without proper evidence, for so called flat repair money, just in order not to return the safety deposit.

After searching for a flat in Paris for 3 months LODGIS were the agency who finally solved my nightmare. The agent has been very friendly and responsive. Additionally Lodgis is the only agency who I have contacted in Paris who makes a real effort to understand the individual needs of their clients by providing them with support in their native language. All together it has been a great experience and I can highly recommend this agency.

After 2 months I am still waiting for the refund of my 350 euros "ménages" caution. All they can do is telling you "it's not up to me" (why should I care about your responsabilities split?!) and "oh I don't know when you will be refunded". Are you serious?! Your answer is not correct : the "états des lieux" clearly states that the apartment is in satisfactory cleaning conditions. Hence you are in a judicial state of abuse. You should spend more time working rather than being on Google. Sincerely
