My mother often goes to this branch of the BHF and she has had a great experience. The staff in this branch are always helpful, friendly and polite. She has had a much better experience in this store compared to others because of the great attitude of the staff. Thank you! It feels good to help a noble cause by making donations/purchases and this is made a lot easier to do due to the people that work here

I have tried to donate a perfectly good sofa with the one part at my sons house as we have no way of transporting it my son lives in the same postal area and 6 min drive away from me they refused it for this reason I thought this was all the the good of the Heart foundation charity I wouldn’t have thought any charity is in a position to refuse items that are in very good condition

Always have a good range of furniture and tested electrical goods. The stock seems to move quite quickly so there's always new stock in. Delivery can also be arranged for a fee for the larger items.

For merchandise, remains to be seen: looks quite good. For service, abysmally bad. I went there on Saturday, for a replacement for my sofa which had broken (had been new 7 years ago), as I couldn't phone and I found since then that they routinely never never answer their phone - I have seen them ignoring it both days whilst I was actually standing in the shop. I had to pay full price for the sofa I was interested in and they are to deliver it today but whether this happens God only knows. I also don't know how to 'trace' the delivery. I even had to pay for the delivery before it happened. I was told only at the end that the sofa couldn't be guaranteed at all, and today, when I went there to enquire re delivery, the only person was not in uniform and said he was 'sort of' in charge.

Bad customer service you ask questions and they reply you back in a very rude way . I was going to buy some of their item but after the rudeness by the person that is supposed to give me a good service and help me I decided not to buy nothing anymore and never go back there. It's a shame .

I arranged for a pick up for a 3 piece leather sofa in very good condition on the 30/11/2015 .
However re confirmed this on the day they had no record of the booking , also stated that they will call the van driver and call me back.
No such call or pick up happened, a waisted day
Dont use this store donate to another charity as they are incompetent.
