I know some people have had a good experience with Wren but unfortunately for me it was the opposite. I should have seen the warning signs from the design stage where it took almost 4 hrs (2 hrs over 2 separate days) to finalise the design. The first available date they had for the fitter was almost 2-3 weeks later and unfortunately they don't delivery on the weekend so I was unable to take delivery of the kitchen. Wren assured me the kitchen fitter would accommodate this so they arranged the delivery for the day of the fitting. On the day, the fitter said he had no time to wait for the kitchen so left. I had other builders on site who agreed to take delivery. I then had to call Wren and tell them to send the fitter back. The problems then got worse - the guy fitted damaged units, cut holes too big, fitted the units unevenly and only did the bare minimum moaning that Wren only pays him £200 per day - so if it's not on the plan it's not his problem. I went to check the kitchen and already things were falling off. I am constantly having to email the installation team and, as a result, I am now on week 2 of kitchen fitting and it's still not finished. Today I went to check again after having replacement units sent and the fitter had drilled a hole in the wall for the glass splashback and left it destroyed. He even fitted the cupboard over the vent hole saying the hole is not his problem - fair enough but he didn't leave the space as per the plan and now I can't fit the vent cover. It's been a nightmare and I feel so sad. I have sent an email to Wren saying I will get a quote to fix the kitchen and suggest they reimburse me because at this rate the kitchen will never be finished.

I am using Wren to design my new kitchen. I like how the designer had suggested ideas and gave me inspiration. I was walked through all the options and given an idea about the cost which was kept within budget. I have since changed some of the design features and the designer has been really accommodating. I’ve had B&Q kitchens in the past which have been excellent but they don’t offer as much of a range as Wren and I like how the units are pre-built. Great deals and interest free option to make it affordable.

I am so glad I chose to buy my new kitchen from Wren at Harlow. All of their staff were friendly and helpful, and their designer Liam went out of his way to help me choose and design a stylish modern kitchen that will work for me and suits my needs. Very customer focused. I would highly recommend them.

Three years since I ordered and this incompetent company couldnt fit a simple kitchen if they tried. Simple galley kitchen, 2 lots of wren fitters, 3 installation attempts and a complete mess from start to now. I would say start to finish but it isn’t finished!! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that values customers. Update: Financial Ombudsman ordered this kitchen to be removed. It has been removed and I am much much happier with my new kitchen. It should not have taken 3 years to sort. Wren also offered me £1000 to remove all social media posts. shame on you wren.

Absolutely Disgusting So my daughter moves into a house that the previous owners installed a Wren Kitchen from the Harlow Store the kitchen is still a current model My daughter and her partner decide they would like to have a dishwasher so they contacted wrens as they needed a new 600 door for the front of the dishwasher. She was informed in no un certain terms that because it wasn't her who had the kitchen installed she would have to pay full price for the single door at £165.00 then was told if it was herself that had the kitchen installed at this address then the door would only cost £65.00 So how on earth is the door valued to be £165.00. Harlow store clearly advertises there prices are lower than Howdens I have a Howden's kitchens and ive never had this sort of nonsense preach to me about extra cost etc in fact I would Highly recommend Howdens kitchen and design service mine is beautiful Give Howdens a Try contact Hertford Branch absolutely lovely people to deal with

Good quality kitchen units. Planning and design was well executed but unfortunately that's where it ends. Water leaking from sink plumbing, drawer sticking and difficult to open, cupboard door hinge problem, worktop edging not stuck properly. While faulty parts have been replaced with no fuss there's no sign of the anyone to fit the parts and cure the problems. Have been promised phone calls to fix a date but alas not forthcoming. Had to fix as much as I can myself but still awaiting fitting of new drawer front and guides. Only been waiting 7 months. Shame!

Lets start with would I buy a Wren kitchen again? The answer is a resounding No and you can see where this review is going. Used the Harlow store the surveyor was on his last day with the company and rude. Was not keen on him and weary so asked for a remeasure but was assured all was OK. In store the designer was new and struggled with the software (not her fault as someone senior should have sat and assisted with her). Saj then took over and talked the talk. We entrusted him with our design and we regret it. The design was very poor and it was our fault for not going everything through a fine tooth combe. Installer comes to fit the kitchen and loe and behold it is 15cm (Mr last day surveyor measured it too small despite us asking for a remeasure) too small and incorrect units have been used and the kitchen looks horrendous. My installer was independent and fantastic so turned the Wren mess into something we could use. As soon as the store have your Money everything is go back to customer service. Various items in the kitchen were damaged. Credit where credit is due the customer services have been brilliant. Jade was the point of contact for us along with other agents we have dealt with and they have rectified and managed our complaints very well. The templator who attended for the worktop was very professional and my installer was happy he knew what he was doing. The external company for the worktop were quite rude and did not fulfil the date they were meant to come and nobody at Wren told us...oh dear.  The whole Wren experience has been poor and nobody in store will take responsibility for anything they just palm you off to customer services as soon as they have your hard earned cash. Read the small print where Wren state they are NOT technical experts and any measuring issues they will not be held liable despite them sending a surveyor round and designing a kitchen for you!!!! It is the equilivent of your mechanic doing work on your car then stating he is not a technical EXPERT should anything go wrong. Appalling to say the least. My last kitchen was from Home base and I wish I went back as their service from start to end was top notch. Don't be fooled by the fancy show room. Avoid Saj who is now at Edmonton. Avoid Wren

I have NEVER experienced such disgusting customer care from a "well respected" company. Everything going fine, finalise and pay all seems fine. Day of delivery missing items so I call customer service who say they aren't on my order...the designer had taken items off without clearing with me. Then go into store to find out what has happened, management basically told me its my fault and my problem I need to go home and sort it out myself. Wouldn't offer any support to me and could not see why I was so upset and frustrated. I then have multiple dead end conversations with them and no resolution. So I phone customer service with my designer Laquann, who has to go home mid phone call as his shift has finished. So leaves me waiting for customer service who then cannot order my missing items without the designers approval. Another day wasted. I cannot describe how RUDE the manager Sieta was. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such a bad excuse of a manager. She shouldn't be a manager. No customer service skills, no empathy, no compassion. Didn't care my dream kitchen was ruined, just that she got my money. My mum also had a seizure in the store (brain tumour related) and no first aider came to her help... even though a staff member was informed. Manager didn't even ask my mum if she was ok, it was another staff member that did. She couldn't even look at us when talking to us. RUDEST MANAGER. DO NOT BUY FROM WREN KITCHENS HARLOW.

My wife and I spent over four hours having our kitchen designed whilst looking at the various options throughout the process. The sales person was nice enough but every now and then the manager who wa referred to as the "Boss Woman" kept poking her nose in which was really annoying. Once the kitchen was designed the Boss Woman then took over and basically tried to get us to sign on the dotted line there and then or the deal being offered would disappear. I even stated that I would be getting the kitchen fitted myself but she insisted that it was better to leave their fitter in the price and I could remove this service later on. Told her implicitly that I would not be signing on the day at which point she walked off in a huff. My wife and I went for a coffee to think things over and decided we would like to make some alterations to the design. We went back and discussed these and were told that we would be looking at an extra £3500 for what was basically a colour change. The Boss Woman was really rude so we decided there and then to walk out. I have never ever in my life experienced such an unprofessional, rude, couldn't care less sales person. And this is the manager!!!

Went to Wren’s to look and get ideas, had a hassle free first visit, then about a month after popped in with my husband, then we made a design appointment. Greg the designer listened to everything we said and said we’ll design with all the extras you would like in the kitchen and if it’s over budget we’ll strip things out. It came in under budget with all the extras we wanted and we now have our fantastic kitchen installed and love it so much, can not fault anything with Wren’s it was an amazing experience.

After having a bad experience at their stevenage branch of Wren when going to get a quote for my kitchen I went to Wickes to get a quote in Hertford and due to the price and great service I placed a deposit down to hold the price but decided to give Wren one more chance I went into the branch in Harlow to see if I could get a better deal or better quality kitchen from them for my money. We were met with a very pleasant member staff as we were looking round and also the woman who helped us design our kitchen was also very good but that's where the great services stopped I did make it very clear with the sales assistant how much I had to spend and what I already got from wickes so when she quoted us for an up-market range which was 4k more then I budget for she then showed me the range she thought she could beat wickes price on which was very similar to the wickes kitchen I already have seen but when the price was more or least the same as wickes we told the lady we wouldn't be able to deal today we would need to think about it as it was not much cheaper then wickes only £200 cheaper the store manager then came over and instead of her asking what they can do to get us to cancel the wickes order and go with them she choose to lecture us on how we should of been clear we went to wickes and placed an order which I was happy to cancel if I got a much better deal and we have wasted 2 hours of her staff time which I couldn't belive she said cos I made it very clear I had a price with wickes from the beginning and Im here to see if I can get a better deal with Wren or more for my money they failed to do both which meant I didn't jump at placing an order with them without thinking about it being in retail management myself felt the store manager attitude at the end was not what i would expect from a manager in her postion and I will be not given Wren a 3rd chance

We cannot be happier with our kitchen. The advisor in-store what very helpful with the outlay and options available to us as our kitchen is small. All the extra units and space saving ideas gave us a lot more storage than we thought we could achieve. Only one issue and that was too much Tek wall was ordered,so we overpaid and had to wait until delivery which was 10 weeks before they would refund us and this was nearly £500. My advice make sure someone else checks qty and volume ordered before finalising and paying cash.

The whole experience of wrens was brilliant the staff are always very happy and helpful I must have gone back to the store at least 10 times changing things it was never a problem with them they listened to my needs and wants excellent. The quality of the cupboards is far superior to any other stores and the delivery of the goods went very well 1 item was missing but the delivery guys made a phone call immediately all was sorted out can't say anything about there fitters as we had our own fitters even they remarked about the quality of units and how strong they are.so the overall experience was for us 10 out of 10 excellent

Had an appointment booked and your designer calls you afew hours before to ask of your still attending. I confirmed so on followed questions. 'How will you pay....?' Was the final question. When I replied I want the quote as I need to figure out what is cheaper per month, borrowing money on mortgage, loan or interest free credit Saj turnt funny and said that his store manager (Sieta) said we was 100% buying on the night (which was untrue) Ignored the attitude change and said we would see them later. I then got a phone call ten minutes later saying he spoke with Sieta and that I promised I would be finalising on the night. Again after denying he said can I do him a favour and reschedule as I won't be finalising. Since this awful experience (which is a total shame as the first lady I spoke to in the store was lovely, Liz I think her name was) I have had a very different experience in Wickes. Generally interested in designing a kitchen that will suit and are not hard selling and zero pressure.

Had a good experience with wren kitchens right the way through from designing our new kitchen to fitting. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and everything was done on time. The electricians were brilliant and friendly and the fitters just got on with the job in hand. A few small issues along the way with doors but they were quickly resolved. Our new kitchen looks wonderful and works perfectly.

Service offered by our designer was perfect, couldn't have asked for more. We were kept in the loop at all times, kept updated throughout and only had a few minor issues on delivery but these were quickly rectified after a short phone call. Would highly recommend, especially this branch. Other branches seemed too pushy on the sales side whereas our designer / salesperson was more about what we wanted not what was most expensive.

Wren representative on visit: Saj and Wren on floor manager: Charalambos I compared prices online to find the most competitive and suitable kitchen solution for my new buy to let property. I wanted to keep costs down so the best price was offered by Wren by miles. I got in touch by phone and with some careful restructuring and crucial advice by Saj i managed to secure a price within my budget and also was able to purchase my appliances through them. I was invited to the showroom in Harlow to complete the sale and sort the payment options. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the care taken in presenting their product throughout the store and provided me with tea and biscuits were after a long journey was great. I realised on entering the store my kitchen selection was the lowest price option as I wanted but I did not expect to be treated with such care and kindness which shows this company and it’s staff treat their customers equal no matter your budget. I later learned the Saj the rep had only been in his role for a few days but this did not reflect his extensive knowledge. He personally went 1 hour out of his way to ensure I confirmed everything ready for my delivery date in this time sensitive refurbishment. Wren definitely knows a thing or two about great customer service and training their staff to the highest level. Had a great experience from when we walked into the show room in Harlow. The designer was quick and advised on how best to utilise the space we had. We went for the Jpull in pebble grey but what I was most impressed with was the delivery and customer service afterwards! The delivery was on time and the team did well to place our items neatly and after inspection of our items the customer service was quick to replace a scratched door with no extra cost! Great company and would recommend!

0 STARS if I Could. Where do I start.... Quick to take your money and false promise on their deliveries. Let down by J Rotherhams. Still waiting for the installation of my worktops (3rd Attempt now). Haven't even got to the wall splashback yet, which I'm sure will take another 3 months to resolve after another 6 attempts. Worktops keep coming damaged and brought back exactly the same as they first came. Great Quality Control system in place I see.... I call everyday for updates and get false promises that someone will call me back and give me an update. No return call is ever made within the 3 months dealing with them so far. I've told them to cancel my worktops and refund me. Wren has stated we can't cancel as the worktops are in production...... I find out today by Rotherhams that the worktop has not even been returned to the warehouse (5 days later) where I was told that the worktops were going to be inspected by their Head Of Quality Control. I was told by their installer who also spoke badly about J Rotherhams stating their quality control was not good and they've had customers even getting installed on their 10th attempt. Very bad at communicating and giving wrong information. Even when asked to speak to management as I wanted to escalate it further, they stated that there is nothing management can do so can’t put me through. Basically telling me, deal with it. Disgusted..... Stay Away from Wren and J Rotherhams. Will be spreading the word on how bad these 2 companies are.

Great experience with Wren. Sales designer Michelle was informative and helpful, listening and helping us to realise our ideas without being pushy or giving us the ‘hard sell’. Before we finalised the designs and order in store we were given a ‘virtual reality’ tour of our kitchen which was amazing. It really helped to visualise our decisions before making our final choices. Once ordered the communication about the delivery was great. We asked to move the timescale forward and were accomodated. Delivery was efficient and the plans easy for our installer to follow. 30862312

Used Wren kitchens at our old house, couldn't fault them. Had them again for new property and a complete nightmare from design to fitments and installation. Used a Wren kitchen fitter which was included in the price, we now have an issue with a waste trap that was installed by them. Wren now saying it's not their problem to resolve. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Wren Kitchens messed up the order, delivered wrong units,damaged ideas, Wrong Measurements and these are just a few things that has happened. I would strongly advise no one to use this company and there product itself its cheaply made!! If I could give -1 Star I would!
