GPS have managed our property for us since 2009. Since then they have overseen three tenancy changes and each time we have been delighted with their service. They vet each applicant thoroughly and advise us well. They carry out regular inspection checks and advise us if any laws or regulations change that we need to know about, and they ensure the gas and electricity checks are done when they are need. We live at the other end of the country and so rely totally on the team to keep our property well looked after. Once a suitable tenant has been selected the team also ensure they are kept happy by responding promptly to any maintenance issues that come up. We found GPS through one of our family who lives abroad and has had a property with them for many years; and they in turn heard about GPS from a neighbor. We ourselves have recommended them to a friend and are confident that they too will receive a professional, friendly and helpful service.

Have dealt with Garry and his team for the last 6 years as letting agents for multiple properties. As a landlord living abroad, I cannot express the level of comfort knowing that these guys are in control of your bricks and mortar. Always diligent, fair and realistic. Super prompt and quick to respond, and really good at sourcing great tenants. Now we move to sell and already one property has sold, the buyer was found through GPS existing network without advertising and successfully negotiated through to closing with few issues. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to put their trust in this team.... M

I don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion i will so people are aware prior to them visiting this company. Firstly i will advise that if you are nonwhite, do not use this company. silently racist with the fake smiles. Secondly they invade in your privacy by asking you the most ridiculous questions like you are a school kid Finally they refuse applications because they know very well it's non refundable and twist the whole story and make you feel bad. Who in their right mind tells you that your application has been successful and then comes back to ask you some unbelievable questions and then tells you that you can't have the property Please do not bother responding to me in the name of trying to be professional. you know exactly what you are doing. Will never attempt using this company. To Answer your review, this is a distortion of the truth. I have a record of our conversation where you stated that our application fees is non refundable since we were not successful. so don't let me expose you. In regards to you asking me to remove my review, that's my honest personal experience with your company and as such i will not be removing my comment.

I have been a client of GPS for several years and as a landlord who had a bad experience in the past, I went to GPS on the referral of a friend. The past years have been trouble free, their service is personable and professional and their tenant selection is very thorough which is great for me as a landlord. Very happy customer !!!

GAZUMPED !!!!!! Really unprofessional team of people! Went to 2 viewings , put an offer in on one which had NO OTHER offers , this got dragged out and I was getting fobbed off...........then was told the landlord had gone with the other applicants - What other applicants??? Could these be the applicants which put in a higher offer AFTER we had applied??? Second property we went to see , had already got an application going through so didn't we feel like idiots when we called up to put an offer in. Waste of time! Steer clear if you don't want to be gazumped and have your time wasted! Will be reporting to ARLA!!

Do not bother enquiring if you have disibility. I attended the office after not having any response to my email via rightmove. I am a customer who has a disibility. Unfortunately, I am out of work and my work option are restricted and limited therefore I have to rely on Housing benefits to support me. I do work when I can when the suitable position arises. I had in possession 1 months rent, 1 month deposit, however I am eligible for paper bond via council due to my disibility, refernces, guarantor etc. I was immediately denied application stating that the landlord wanted employed only. I must point out that this is discriminotory and illegal as per the Equality Act 2010, protected characteristic disibility, I was treated as a non suitable applicant, a lesser applicant, my money was not good enough albeit the young lady was polite, however I seem to have the assumption that if i just put 6 months worth of rent down, they would have done business, money talks. I was indirectly discriminated against and denied viewing and application simply because I will have to rely on HB due to disibility. I must also point out that I am drug free, alcohol free, smoke free, pet free, clean and presentable and could furnish any property independently. Landlords need to take note and base potential tenants on individual circumstances and take judgement from face to face meetings, these lettings agencies are becoming an intergral problem and making obtaining rental very expensive with associated fees, which by the time youve paid everything up front, you could have paid a deposit on a mortgage. I did not leave this office feeling welcomed albeit my details(name and phone number only) was taken to pass onto the landlord however, i doubt this happened and heard no response since. I felt very embarassed when i left to which the Agent soon as heard Housing Benefit did not want to liaise as I had not met the illegal set criteria by a landlord who doesnt know the law and lettings agents should be reminding these landlords of their lawful duty to not discriminate tenants. Denying people because of disibility is the same as deny people because they are of a different colour, race, sex, religion etc

Not good service they have taken£100 off our deposit cos we have not cut the grass 3 weeks of rain and they was a bush in flower in October when we moved in now it's not flowering god it was winter what a company
