sad thing is I couldn't find my fave wide leg trousers otherwise great, got a nice baggie for £6 (not on sale) really stylish shop but it's for your wider choice of clothes like jeans and easy going t-shirts rather than the goth lolita which I prefer although great prices????

Very big shop but the range of clothes is very small, there's not much to choose from as it's all the same stuff with a slight different style. Unfortunately I pefer the one in Nottingham

Fabulous store with great stock. Excellent customer service from staff who are working under very difficult circumstances due to coronovirus. It would be nice if other shoppers were more considerate as regards social distancing and using hand sanitiser on entry. Thank you to all staff who are doing all they can to make shopping as safe as possible at Primark Derby.

Message for those whom won't cant or basically don't want to .... remember some of us work mon to Saturday and weekends at certain times are the only Chance we get to visit certain stores ????.... wish I hadn't of bothered...... total muppets

Fantastic service, the customer lift is out of use though so unless you can find a colleague it is difficult to use the service lift. They have disabled accessible tills which prevents waiting in the queue. Just wait by the till with the wheelchair sign and they will serve you quickly.

Hadn't been here since Covid started. Was pleasantly surprised how safe I felt in Primark. Staff very friendly & helpfull, found everything I wanted & more. People were social distancing & everyone wore masks.

One in /one out ... entrance on the 'assembly rooms square' side..exit opposite farm foods... Social distance = Once in there you're on ya own... but not too busy and no queue..

Legendary Customer service, not!! Undersized clothing, returns policy unsympathetic to the Covid situation, why would I make an unnecessary journey because they limit it to 30days. Avoid this one!!

Used to go here back in my day, my ex swore by the place, many a weekend i'd be picking up any quirky item. Then after a mid life crisis and figuring out how the washing machine works, I decided to buy branded stuff instead, that did not shrink in the wash. For what they are they are great, not my cuppa now but a lot of people still some nice items.

Some Primarks just feel like a jumble sale when you walk in this does not. If you're a canny shopper it is possible to come out with a real bargain, there's a lot of stuff in there which maybe isn't so good but you can't argue at those prices. Every now and again though there's some good stuff at great prices, just give it a look and you may get surprised.
