Very satisfied with the service and care we received. We called in the middle of the night and a doctor arrived on time to have a look at our toddler. The consultation went very well, and we exchanged several follow-up messages and calls directly with the doctor in the next two days to ensure all was going smoothly, incl. getting a prescription for a pharmacy nearby. Exceptional availability and responsiveness.

We used on 2 occasions and both times had the pleasure of having competent GPs. On the second visit, the GP has also followed up with us, free of charge after the 48 hour window post which consultations are chargeable (nice gesture). It’s not cheap which is why the 1 star is reduced.

Everything about this company is shocking. They do not answer calls. They do not return messages. They do not respond to emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They offer a COVID 19 postal swab test at vast expense and fail to communicate or send out results. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not use!!!!! Ordered and paid for a home visit by the gp to administer a COVID test for my 9 year old daughter. Was sent a text with the confirmation and time the gp would be coming. At the time he/she was supposed to come, I received another text saying they have been delayed but will be here between 8.45pm and 9.15pm. I made my sick daughter wait up for the test but they never showed up. I called the number (which I was unable to get through to the whole day - kept cutting me off) only to be told that the appointment was cancelled as they don’t cover the area. I was never sent any communication to say this. Baffles my mind!!! I suppose I’m lucky they refunded my money!

I was really disappointed, sadly I can't say I recommend Doctorcall. I used the COVID home test kit and It took me 9 days to get results, and that is only because I called every day (past 4 days) and begged for someone to help. Most times, I experienced quite unhelpful and rude customer service and every time I would be promised a call back that never happened. I had to completely revise travel and miss family events due to being forced to quarantine as a result of this delay and when emailing them with feedback, I did not even manage to get a reply for the poor service & delays or a refund.

Avoid. Paid for a COVID-19 home test, which was received after 5 days, despite 1st class post. I hand delivered my sample but never received the results. No response to call, emails, web form enquiries or tweets.

Booked an appointment over the phone on a Sunday, got a text confirming Dr would visit between 2 and 3 pm, no one showed up, tried to call several times after 3 no one knew where the person was, then at 2am in the morning some person rang our doorbell waking up the whole family up including our 2 infants regardless to say I didn't let them in. I have tried calling to get my money back for the last 4 days, no one answers the phone, appalling service, will complain to relevant authorities, AVOID!

COVID TESTING - STILL WAITING FOR RESULTS ONE MONTH LATER AND NO COMPENSATION. Please do not use this company, I am yet to receive my £120 COVID test results from over a month ago. Worst thing is, they seem to have increased the price since I’ve ordered, so knowingly increasing the price for a service that does not work!? I think it’s awful and wouldn’t recommend them for anything else because of this. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a Covid test on line £149. It arrived, I sent it off and have heard nothing since. They don’t answer emails and all phone calls go to an automated answer. It’s now 16 days since I sent the test back so the result is irrelevant. I want my money back!

COVID TEST- I was very apprehensive about going to Doctorcall because of the reviews and asked them about it too, they said they had switched labs recently and the new labs were super efficient. The staff was really patient with me (i asked them LOADS of questions just to make sure if this was the right choice). The doctor was really friendly and helpful too. I’m glad I chose doctorcall for the PCR covid test because the results arrived the very next day.

It has taken 5 days to get the covid test delivered at home after sending it out, it has passed 6 days and still haven'\t received the results, got a call back from them or any reply on my email. Shame on you Doctorcall, if you can't cope with work do not accept more work than you can get.

The delay in getting the results from that DOCCALL of the COVID-19 today; caused me too much stress and a lot of losses in time, money and effort ... not only for me; but equally for my family. I lost the flight and ticket for £300 and other fees and costs; like car parking for a month at Heathrow = £118 and petrol of £66 to drive my car to Heathrow airport today ???????? I paid the fees ( £ 198 plus taking one working day off ) for the 2 tests for which I attended the clinic on 18/09 at 09:00 ... The tests in Paris get done both for total of Euros 55 !!!!!!! In Manchester for ( £ 198 ) They let me down ... even if the results are back tonight or tomorrow morning ; the next flight is 6 days from now; by then the tests results will not be accepted ... then I will have to pay again £198 with unpredictable time when to get the results back ... They were not professional and I lost all confidence in their practice ... When I booked the tests; on the website and on the phone promised and confirmations made to get the results back within 48 hours; which did not happen. I regret choosing your clinic ... Shame on them ...

One of the most stressful experience i ever had when it comes to testing and hospital or customer service. My Covid test was not only not received on time i was given the wrong dates every time i asked and treated with terrible ignorance, put on hold and genuinely not given a time of day. For the amound that they require for their services they do not deliver AT ALL. If you want to do a covid test choose ANYONE else as this is just bad..

This is a ridiculous company. I booked an appointment for a Saturday and got To the clinic and it was the wrong appointment scheduled. I then asked for a refund well before the 24 hour period and no Reply or refund of £150. This was on sept 8 and now it’s sept 23. Every time I call the phone is busy and no reply To My Email. Not reliable .

Avoid if you need Covid testing- results never delivered. I basically charged myself an extra £150 to self isolate, with no more knowledge on whether I had Covid or not. In retrospect I found I have colleagues whom used the public NHS home kit service and got their results instantly. Symptoms appeared on 21st Sept. Started self isolation. I needed fast resulst for a few reasons so thought, why not pay for timely processing by a private establishment offering 2-3 day turn around Ended up ordering from DoctorCall on 23rd (at the time believe it or not, there were very little bad reviews, oh how that has changed with in the last couple of weeks). Recieved test kit within 2 days on 25th. Posted immediately, royal mail confirmed it arrived at testing facility on 26th. Nothing since then. I am still awaiting any response after emails, the phone line diverts as "staff dont know anything about testing cases", fine, but then have another phone line.. No response to emails... Why advertise something you cannot provide... Why pay for a premium service when the NHS does a better job... Have already requested my refund as my 2 weeks are now essentially over...

DO NOT USE. 4 testing kits with a 2 day delivery yet it's now been 8 days. I'm questioning if i've been scammed. Update: random email giving me my "requested refund". I never requested it but just for them to deliver the ordered products. I should have gone elsewhere immediately and not wasted 12 days.

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud I'm very outraged and disappointed! We had ordered a Covid-19 test on the 13/09/2020 and it took 3 days for it to arrive 16/09/202 we sent it back on the same day as our little boy had to be out of school due to regulations upon a cough and temperature symptoms, since than we are still waiting for the results back we have been emailing, calling and not even once we have heard back. they were very responsive and quick to take the order (money). DO NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN

Antibody home test kit took 5 working days to arrive, result took 3. I was charged £50, not bad considering the circumstamces. The Lab that actually sends the kits out & does the testing was firstly over demanded and then was recently ordered to stop sending kits out so it could be monopolized by the Government. So if you didnt get a kit you might as well complain to Cummings .

Terrible service and Adam! After buying Covid Elisa test they shipped after a week and now they said they are not going to provide result using a stupid excuse; they continue to sell the kit thought they cannot provide test result! I discourage anyone to use them and I will report my claim to the consumer legal entity. Ashamed!

Superb service, we’ve used DrCall on several occasions and found their doctors and customer service to be of a high standard. Yes, there is some waiting time, however this is offset by the convenience of the Doctor coming to your home fully equip with most drugs and therefore saving you from leaving the house to visit a pharmacy at all hours. That includes antibiotics and injections. Would highly recommend them.

Total Rip Off. £165 for a short GP home visit is ok but charging £50 without asking for a referral nobody needed or wanted and which was also wrong and written on a piece of "toilet paper". When asked for a refund operators did not have any mandate. Total joke.

Dr Paul Sheehan came to the Hotel where I was staying and was extremely attentive, caring and interested. I could not fault his diligence and thorough approach. His assessment of my problem was confirmed through the tests that he had organised for me. He came fully equipped to examine me and I appreciated his kind and gentle approach. The time he spent with me was also thoroughly appreciated. As I travel to London a couple for times a year from Australia it is very reassuring to know that I now have a contact in London should I need one in the future.

My child was poorly and did not want to leave the house. I googled for a visiting doctor and this wonderful company was the first company on google. The doctor came in no time and was wonderful. Then when I needed a follow up appointment they were so helpful and arranged an appointment at their Harley street clinic. Again they were professional and understanding. I would recommend them with all my heart.

Not only was the doctor extremely rude, the guy was a moron. He had to google symptoms of my illness and ended up giving a completely wrong diagnosis of my illness. Fortunately, I realised this guy was an idiot and went to the Princess grace hospital around the corner and finally got the correct diagnosis at the same price. All in all, this place has doctors that are so incapable they would diagnose a patient with the flu when he has cancer
