Thank you Bespoke Carpentry London for the lovely cabinets. Marianna was excellent at advising us on the best design and very patient as we took 4 months to finally confirm everything and go ahead. Dennis and Charlie did a fantastic job of building the furniture, showed up when they said they would, took care and got the job done to our satisfaction. They even came up with a good looking and practical solution for a small awkward space in our kitchen and now we have a practical spice rack. Chris was very careful at painting and we are happy with the end result. We really do love our cabinets! The only suggestion would be to offer customers an option for soft close hinges on the doors.

Bespoke carpentry could not have been more help! They were very responsive from the beginning of the project and moved their busy schedule to accommodate our deadline... Marianna gave us some excellent advice when designing our alcove bookcases, Paolo was fantastic to deal with and Dennis and Charles did a great job of fitting everything. We were impressed with the professionalism and how quickly everything came together. One minute we had an empty living room and then the next it had all come together. Highly recommended.

The team were absolutely brilliant, lovely guys who tackled every problem head on. Not sure there were any straight edges for them to work from but, Dennis and Charlie created a really brilliant under stairs cupboard for us and a separate alcove cupboard. Fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced - what more could you want. Will use again and recommend to all.

The team were very friendly and communicative and fulfilled the brief completely. From start to finish took five days (including a further cupboard the other side of the chimney breast). The team worked into the mid-evenings to ensure that the schedule was met. They were very COVID aware and always masked. The initial visit for measuring, also included useful and practical advice to ensure that the best possible solution was created. Thoroughly recommended.
(It's worth noting, that common to a lot of shelving - so not a complaint! -longer shelves might sag with heavy books - currently 5mm over a metre length so a little extra support might be of benefit).
However, the build is otherwise solid.

The turnaround from me seeing an ad for Bespoke Carpentry to me having a fantastic wardrobe built, decorated and full of clothes was super speedy. The whole team were hugely responsive and did everything they could to make the whole experience a really good one. Bespoke Carpentry London made two custom shelves with glass doors on the top and wood doors on the bottom, on either side of my fireplace. They did an excellent job and made the cupboards exactly how I wanted them, taking details like outlets window spacing etc. that I hadn't thought about into consideration. I have a curved wall to ceiling transition and the cupboards fit it exactly! They were very communicative throughout the entire process and did the job quickly and too a high standard. Most importantly, they were very considerate and kind towards my kitten, being very careful not to let him outside the flat or into the paint!

I hired Paul recently to make me a cabinet and shelf unit in my front room as well as a storage wardrobe in the hallway by the front door. He also painted my front room for me including the woodwork. I am extremely happy with all of the work, the level of craftsmanship and finishing is really superb. He is friendly and has a pleasant manner and he is very knowledgeable... he also has a great eye and therefore he is very helpful with suggestions as and when necessary. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anyone who wants and appreciates a high standard of work doing.

We hired Paul to do a number of different jobs around our house. Unlike several of the other builders with whom we met, Paul actually listened carefully to exactly what we wanted and took the time to think of the best solution for each part of the job. When it came to the job itself, Paul finished on time and clearly took great pride in his work - in fact his standards were probably higher than ours! He and his team were also a pleasure to have around the house and he will definitely be the first person I contact next time I need any similar work done.

Company fit bespoke cupboards and floating shelves in our alcoves. They listened carefully to what we wanted but they clearly do this type of work all the time as they had real expertise.
They worked really hard and completed within a couple days. A very high standard of work.

Had a truly great experience with Bespoke Carpentry London. I have a very awkward under stairs storage space that I wanted to make more useful by finishing and adding hanging space and shelves. Marianna, the designer, was super helpful, responsive, had a can do attitude about everything, and was super understanding about all of my concerns. The carpenter and painter (Dennis and I'm not sure the other name) came on time each day, communicated with me perfectly, and we're super responsive to my paranoia of builder's dust and covered everything and cleaned along the way. The end result is beautiful. Highly recommend.

They were extremely reasonably priced, and did a very efficient but also immaculate job, asking careful questions both before and during the job, and delivering exactly what we were after. I contacted BCL about a bespoke storage solution for the under eaves space in my loft. The lady that came to measure was quick and efficient and had lots of good suggestions about how to use the space. The carpenter Dennis was excellent. Prompt and conscientious. Ensured all surfaces were covered protected and cleaned and hovered as he went along. Delighted with the results which exceeded my expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Fantastic service all round.

So pleased with the result I then had a shaker style one built in another room. Highly recommended - worth moving home just to have new wardrobes built!

Friendly and helpful initial design visit and not pushy (unlike a well known wardrobe company that I also had a visit from). Carpenter and painter were very efficient, even in some of the hottest days of the year. Really pleased with the result - the wardrobe looks just like the design and fits so well into the space that it looks like it was always there and part of the wall.

Bespoke Carpentry London were extremely professional and adapted their design on the fly when new issues became apparent as they were building it. They stayed late to finish so that they would not need to disturb me more than was needed.
When I realised they had not drilled plug holes due to a miscommunication, Paolo returned himself to do them personally.
As for the painters, they are complete perfectionists, spending several days painting, sanding, infilling and repeating that process until they were happy - frankly I was happy at the end of day 1, but they weren’t until day 3. Paolo himself came to inspect the work to make sure he was happy with it too.
All in all, you get what you pay for with Paolo. A professional team that go beyond the call of duty and leave you with a fantastic end product.
