Excellent service from a great team,from front desk to mechanics,went with a slow puncture expecting to have a new tyre,only to find they could do a repair, saving me money. Service was quick and effortless for saying they were busy. Defo use again.

Very good prices but as usual with tyre places, your appointment time is approximate and they never seem in a hurry. Never had a problem with any tyres or air con regases. I would recommend.

Really quick MOT only waited 40 mins for my VW Golf, friendly service, warm waiting area.
Have had a service here too and it was really quick and efficient.
Being a girl I find a lot of garages try and fob/rip you off, Eden tyres didn’t feel like this and I would recommend to women drivers!

I booked my car into Eden Tyres on the 30/09/20 for 2tyres and an alignment test. The lady who served me was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Everything was prompt and a very good experience. The price was very good and lots of space to sit and wait. for my vehicle. I would highly recommend Eden Tyres to anyone. The guys did a good job and I am very pleased ????.

After being a customer here for 6/7 years, I can honestly say the team are amazing and I trust them more than my actual car dealership when it comes to diagnosing and sorting a problem with my vehicle.
The branch manager is always really friendly and the receptionist Melissa us always, always, upbeat, happy to help and prompt at booking you in. The team here overall are amazing & until that changes I’ll stick with these guys with every car I own.

I have used ETS for around ten years.
During this time staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
I have never had any issues during this time and recommend using them.
When I have needed it ETS have carried out 4 wheel alignment that has improved driving enormously
ETS prices are competitive and if you are lucky sometimes have special offers.

Fantastic service at Eden Tyres & Servicing. They fitted me in immediately without an appointment to diagnose a rattle from my exhaust. 15 minutes later the car was fixed with a repair to a heat shield at no charge. Would highly recommend.

Today I called to get my front tyre repaired because of a very slow puncture. My tyre had been fitted here earlier in the year. Expecting to have to pay it turned out to be free of charge. WHAT A SERVICE FROM THEM AT EDEN TYRES AND SERVICING. WELL DONE.

Just took my car in for a 4 wheel alignment after changing the springs on all 4 corners. Nobody bothered to adjust anything, apparently the rear was absolutely fine and they were ready to call it a day.. until I got them to double check it and they realised it was indeed out and the camber was also out, as expected after I’d undone and done the eccentric bolts on the rear control arms myself the day before. Don’t really understand why they’ve got a guy that can only adjust the fronts to do FOUR wheel alignments when he’s not even allowed to touch the rears as well. Just left the place and my steering wheel does not stay straight at all. When straight, the car pulls to the right, so will have to go back in tomorrow. Overall really unhappy to be honest..
Edit: Went back in today and the alignment was redone by another member of staff who was obviously very knowledgeable. The car is now perfect. Many thanks !

I had 4 tyres fitted which were good. But they have left two wheel bolts loose, not balanced the rear wheels and snapped my wheel spacer. Also not out the plastic caps back on the wheel nuts. Very poor service and left my car in a dangerous condition

Got a puncture on the way to work this week. Managed to drive to petrol station as i have run flat tyres, fortunately. When i tried to pump it up, the air was coming back out just as fast. Telephoned ETS and spoke with a lovely young lady. I drove straight round and they put on a new tyre within an hour. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.
