Suppliers Be Warned A business built on fake reviews and lies.

If you want to enjoy your student experience, avoid this company. Both 5 star reviews here are from the company's directors who changed their name to improve their public image. The fact they would do this, instead of addressing customer concerns, tells you all you need to know

Be mindful: 5* reviews here come from owners/directors of Marble Homes. That they need to review their own properties tells you about their business practices. Money-motivated and unfair. My honest recommendation would be to avoid lodging with these entirely!

my advice - STAY AWAY from their properties. The homes were not properly cleaned when we moved in, things were already broken e.g. the TV was not properly secured on the wall, taps were not working in the bathrooms and nor was the heating. The mattresses were already damaged and for a student home there was no space for storage. Additionally, I would not agree that this property was a walking distance away from either of the universities. Staff are very rude and unhelpful, as seen in a previous review I strongly agree that the staff are all hungry for money rather than delivering a great service, all in all i'd say there's no need living here at all its complete and utter stress from beginning to end and the staff just want your money !!!! BEWARE

Great company, we love the property that Marble Homes made we live in. Would definitely move into another of their homes again.
