Had the full MOT. Very thorough and professional, good value. Service very personal and tailored. Not quite sure why I've never done it this properly before, but will do it again, every year, with Prime Health.

Always a very supportive and professional environment . Where you can get support under one roof whether it’s GP , physio or specialist consultant . All the staff from reception , DRs to support staff are very helpful , efficient and have time for you . Gives you great peace of mind always .

Excellent facilities, easy to get to and pretty much immediately available. However, I have seen a GP who spent about 15 minutes with me, wrote a referral for an ultrasound that evening and a week later, I haven't heard from her. The consultant radiologist was brilliant, we went through the whole process slowly and thoroughly, so I wasn't worried about the report. But, as they were pretty quick to ask for the payment the following day, and no report a week later, I called the reception to ask about it. The lady was very quick to tell me that the GP I saw will be in the following morning and when I asked if I could have the report emailed to me to give it to my regular GP, she quickly dismissed me and said they can't do it until I talk to a GP that saw me. I don't think I will be going back there. I will definitely try other private clinics if I need anything done quickly and promptly.

Need to consider patients with knee and back problems. The chairs are too low and difficult to get up from.
