Nobody will answer the phone

We have purchased a property from Swan Homes while it was being built, we agreed a delivery in March but only got the keys in Jun due to construction delays. Second Swan Homes have agreed to transfer the plot with parking as agreed in the sight plan which to my shock was not honored, a parking slot just came up from no place and occupied 50% of the agreed parking. when discussing this with Adrian he refused to admit the breach and was finding all excuses that he terms and conditions have not been breached which is completely against the drawing and agreed plot plan. Third if you think about purchasing a property from swan home do not trust that you will get the developers maintances, since swan homes do not honor the terms of the developers agreement and do not provide a 1 year warrant on the property. It took us six months to get a non functional WC fixed. and till date the cupboard hanging rails have not been fixed. although committed by Adrian the Honor that he will do it. The Post box keys where not handed over and we had to replace the box. Secondly we have to forget about the warranty for the home, it took us six month with constant follow up with everyone in copied to get the WC repaired. The cupboard rail was not installed and Adrian the Owner promised to do it and it has not been done even after a year of taking over the property. Over all I think the company is a scam and the Owner has a bigger ego where he thinks he is the only person who understand construction and is not willing to give in or admit errors or even respond to emails if the lawyers are not in copy. If anyone wishes to purchase a property from Swan Homes better think twice there are much better and honest developers. Review 2: 14 October 2020, nice to see some positive feedback about swan home from the owners family and staff, just a prove that the company and its management are fake my offer still stands to whom ever requires any prove of the above and more I will be happy to provide them with document / email and more of how dishonest the company and its owner is.
