Hadn’t been for two years so was a bit nervous!
But James & his nurse immediately put me at ease & were interested in not just my mouth but also how I had been since my last visit.
Turned into a pleasant experience!

As always, Ball Tree Dental Care staff are very friendly, efficient and competent. I can't say I look forward to a visit to the dentist ( who does?) but they make it as pleasant an experience as possible.

As always, I found my experience at the Ball Tree Dental Surgery very professional for the following reasons.
1/ James my dentist discussed my problem in depth giving me alternatives and after care actions that would help me.
2/ Both he and his nurse were kind and understanding.
3/ Its never something to look forward to going to the dentist but the friendliness always sets me at ease.
4/ on the downside I don't understand why the WC is closed due to Covid , Southlands Hospital toilet are open as are supermarkets and many other other places ?

I went to Ball Tree Dental Practice after being recommended by Jane Boyce. I have to say that it's been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Everyone is friendly, kind, courteous, funny and knowledgeable. I cannot fault the practice in any way, shape or for. Well done everyone. Paul Eves....

My Dentist of 30 years retired last September so this was my 1st visit to see Maddy . Everyone at the Practice were very friendly and Maddy put me at my ease and is a very good Dentist . I have already booked my next appointment for 6 months time and will have no concerns about going. I will recommend this practice to my friends.

I hate going to the dentist especially if it is to have treatment as was the case on this visit. From the minute I was greeted at the door I was made to feel comfortable.
James is my dentist, he is also very welcoming and strikes up a conversation as soon as I walk in. James explained what it was
he is going to do and always asked every few minutes if I was OK.
I certainly feel I am very well looked after here and James is very thorough with his examinations, nothing like my previous dentist when it came to this sort of thing where I would be in and out in 5 minutes.
I would certainly recommend this dental practice to anyone but especially those who have a fear of dentists.

My Dad had an extraction with Ms Ting yesterday at Balltree Dental , he could not fault the staff and service he received. Friendly , professional and got him out of pain! Would highly recommend! Thank you for an excellent service????

Had an appointment for chipped tooth, was asked to wait in car which was fine. practice was running half hour late but in the current circumstances I was happy to wait. Treatment was explained and first class. COVID-19 practices in place and was made to feel very safe while there. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My dentist is Jo and she is cheerful, patient person and a very good dentist. The surgery is always very clean.
I would of given the practice 5 stars but after my visit on Monday I felt 4 was about right.
They lost a star from me because when I arrived for my appointment it was raining very heavily, I was told to wait in my car but as I got a lift to my appointment sitting in a car wasn't an option for me. So I waited in the rain which was a ok for a while but I have mobility problems and the pain from standing outside for 10 minutes was agony. I was pleased to lay down on the dentist chair, never thought I would ever say that!

From the reception staff to the dentist I was treated with unfailing kindness, helpfulness and expertise.

I had an appointment during the latest lockdown and the staff at Ball Tree Surgery were fantastic.
They were following the guidelines to the letter and they were great with me.
I really needed my appointment as during the first lockdown I lost a filling and Jo sorted that out in no time at all as well as an extraction that was needed.
A massive thanks to Jo and the staff for all of their hard work through these difficult times to help their patients

I saw James this week and he was so kind and professional when removing a difficult tooth. I had to have a tooth added to a denture and it needed some adjusting to make it fit properly - again he was very professional and I would highly recommend both James and Ball Tree Dental Care

As a very nervous patient in need of emergency care I cannot fault the treatment I received at the Ball Tree Surgery. Jo the dentist and the other staff put me at ease and the treatment was excellent. Have been unable to locate a dental practice and unfortunately the Ball Tree is unable to take on new patients at this time but at least I am now out of pain. Thank for your excellent treatment.

I have been quite scared of going to the dentist for around 20 yrs, but reached a point where it couldn,t wait any more.
I had treatments before lockdown and now have had a Hygienist visit and now feel very comfortable going, proud of my nashers and happy to return.
Their Covid precautions are very good and i cant recommend them enough.
Dentists have changed over the last couple of decades, so don,t put it off anymore, you,ll be glad you did and Ball Tree are exceptional.

I had a raging toothache over the weekend , I phoned on Monday morning and was treated with a great deal of sympathy and understanding, after sending a picture of my swollen face I was invited into the surgery given my options and had my tooth out , fantastic service and brilliant staff , the lady dentist was very good and it was all over before I new it , well done to all of you at the balltree dentist surgery, thank you so much for helping me.

Overkill on form filling eg. patient details and medical history which should have been on your system and inundated with emails and phone messages. Also worrying having to sign consent form for extraction prior to being seen. Second visit with hygienist I was not given instructions to take my own brushes, so not all treatments could be done.
On the whole I felt safe and that all precautions had been taken and everything explained once I was seen for my emergency treatment/advice which I was very grateful for.
I think under the circumstances (Covid19) everyone did a good job even if a little tedious for patients.

After waiting in car park as instructed, invited into building for appointment 5 mins late. Staff well protected and friendly. Check up no problems. Dentist Jo and her assistant well protected. Ushered out into car park.
No issues. PPE in evidence on all staff. Covid guidelines being followed.

Just went to see Nicky for a cleaning. She did a wonderful job! Scheduling appointments can be a bit tricky and there are only 3-4 parking spaces out front. Saturday appointment availability is a plus so you don't have to take time off work! Would highly recommend after the services received so far.

Haven’t seen dentists but hygienists are amazing, reasonably priced and they do Saturday appointments. Perfect! Followed the hygienist Chris to the surgery after seeing her at her previous surgery, as she is the first hygienist I’ve seen in over 20 years that enabled me to get a grip on my gum health. And I’ve seen a lot of hygienists! She is also super quick which is great as it’s going to the hygienist is not a great experience so the quicker the better in my book. She is gentle though!
Sent my husband to her as she doesn’t take any prisoners when telling you how to look after your gums and what will happen if you don’t! He wasn’t taking any notice of me and now has lovely, healthy gums!
I have seen Jo once and she was lovely and again did a really good, quick and careful clean.
Can’t recommend them enough!

Very friendly and kind dentist. I had my first visit (check up) and it took 30 min as it was proper check!
I suppose to be 10min early but cos of traffic I was on time and I was asked to do some forms. Reception and Dentist weee very kind and understanding and did not even try to rush me. I felt welcome.
The Dentist was very gentle and took time to explain everything.
I would recommend to everyone who are looking for a good dental clinic.
