Had a viewing with Clan Living and obviously impressed with the house so signed with them. Definitely no regrets, excellent service and landlord is really responsive. Has a gardener and maintenance man who attends regularly if needed even for small issues. Only complaint I'd have is that the projector screen is hard to see sometimes during the day but then again it is a massive screen so give and take

Henri, the landlord, is the best landlord I’ve ever seen in Loughborough. He’s quick to respond to any issues you might have and will always try to find the most convenient and least expensive ways to sort out issues, a real life saver in many situations. And do I need to mention the houses are amazing? My only complaint is that the house could’ve been a little bit cleaner when we first moved in. Apart from that, 10/10 would recommend????

Have rented with a few student accommodation agencies in Loughborough and Clan Living was by far the best. The houses themselves are impressive but really appreciated how well you are looked after. The owner was a Loughborough Uni student so goes out of his way to make your experence great

I’ve been renting in Loughborough for the past 4 years and Clan living was BY FAR the best renting experience I have had during my time at Loughborough. The landlord Henri was so lovely and was constantly doing his upmost to make sure we had the best experience we possibly could whilst under his roof. If there was ever a problem with the house he would have someone put to fix the problem ASAP, the quickest time was within 10 minutes of reporting a problem! Not to mention the maintenance man Ted who came over to the house once a month to do the gardening etc. I couldn’t recommend this Letting company enough, although it is a little more expensive than I have ever payed for rent before, in the end it worked out to be well worth the money with everything you get included and how well you are looked after!

Clan Living is a small student agency but doensn't mean the quality isn't amazing - quite the opposite. Thoroughly enjoyed renting with them so would recommend to anyone else looking for houses in Loughborough.

I was a last minute acceptance to Loughborough University and because of COVID didn't want to go around any houses in person. Henri was super helpful in organising a video, remote viewing and helped me sign a house on very short notice. Really iimpressed so far with Clan Living hope it continues that way!

We were a group of 6 who wanted a house with as many bathrooms and ensuites as possible and henri was really helpful. we signed for the holt drive house and loved that everyone had an ensuite. amazing house and the experience was really calm and pleasant.

Lived in Asheigh Drive a few years back and had the best experience. Spilt a whole mug of coffee on my mattress (oops) and it was profesisonally cleaned within a couple days and I was only charged half of the cleaning cost. The landlord gets what its like to be a student, which made life at lboro so much easier

My daughter stayed in York Road for her second year. It was an amazing, impressive , luxurious house! The bathrooms are of designer quality, the fittings are all top of the range! And I must mention how much we both love the designer rads!!! The owner Henri is a wonderful person to deal with, he is calm, attentive, kind and always there to help! Thank you Henri for the wonderful experience year my daughter had in York Road and for my peace of mind as her parent! Will recommend you to anybody who goes to Loughborough!

I spent my 2nd year of university here and it just made my overall experience of student life even greater!
Top quality facilities (projector, sound system, jacuzzi, table tennis, outdoor areas), and of the highest quality rooms. The location is also ideal as it is in between campus and town centre which makes walking distances perfect for both.
The owner Henri is just a great down to earth person and understands exactly what its like to be a student ;) , and communication with him is excellent.
Would be really happy to stay here again in my final year of university :)

My son spent his final year in housing through Henri. From the outset Henri was warm, welcoming and very attentive to detail. As a parent it's very comforting to know that your child is in a safe, clean and modern living environment with an attentive landlord. I can't speak highly enough of this service and Henri, would highly recommend.

Amazing student house in Loughborough! The property was perfect and the designed very well for students. It had everything you could ever want making it the best experience.
Communication to the owner was perfect and meant if there were any problems they were sorted so quickly and with the smallest of interruption.
Would recommend for anyone who wants an amazing student house.

My daughter rented with Clan Living in her final year in the Paget Street property. The house itself is absolutely fantastic however the level of customer service from Henri was brilliant, before, after and throughout her tenancy; and really made me as a parent feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend to any student or parent looking for accommodation at Loughborough.

I spent my second year of university at this house, and it was amazing. Hot tub, projector and a DISHWASHER, what more could a student want. But in all seriousness, the landlord was great, great sized rooms and great living space. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lived here for the academic year 18/19. Firstly it’s a quality house, I’m very confident in saying you won’t find a nicer student house anywhere in the country. On top of that Henri was a very attentive landlord, we had a couple of minor issues in the year and Henri had them all fixed within a day. He also checked in a couple of times just to make sure we were getting on good and responded quickly to any questions we had via text. Top house and top landlord

I lived in Holt Drive when I returned for my final year from placement. Hands down the best house I've lived in, really well designed and our friend group had some amazing times in it. The owner was really lovely and importantly was very easy to get in touch with and was responsive with all our requests! Would highly recommend.

Can't rate Clan Living highly enough. House was incredible, featuring all the students essentials and the crazy additions (jacuzzi & projector!). Henri was a great landlord, extremely responsive, professional and handled everything we needed. Don't hesitate to pick Clan Living for a year :)

Was with clan living for Final year at Loughborough Uni, it is literally the opposite of what normal student housing usually is. The House was unreal and in mint condition and any issues were dealt with really quickly which made uni life so much more stress free. The guy who runs it is really decent and friendly and I would advise any students looking for student housing to try be with clan living before they use any alternatives!

Lived with Clan Living in my second year and loved it, the whole house was fit with everything we could have wanted, the projector was especially good for movie nights. Any small repairs that needed to be done throughout the year were seen to immediately. Both product and service were great for the whole year.

Cannot recommend Clan Living enough. I had the most amazing year, the house we lived included the coolest furniture, modern facilities throughout and we had a jacuzzi in the backgarden! Clan Living also provided me and my friends an extremely smooth and stress free service from the second we did a viewing to the minute we left the house. Again i cannot recommend Clan Living more!!

Spent my 2nd year of University at a Clan Living property. The experience was not one to forget, luxurious and spacious rooms with the added bonus of a hot tub and table tennis table. Not only was the property great but the landlord was always on hand to deal with problems. Would 100% recommend the Clan Living experience.

I lived at the Holt Drive property and it was honestly a great experience. Partly because of the very luxurious home but mainly due to how amazing our landlord, Henri is. I can guarantee that you won't find a better landlord in Loughborough. Any problem or query we had as individuals or as a house he got them sorted ASAP, even if we needed assistance at awkward times e.g. Sunday night we had a problem with our hot tub and he got someone to come round within an hour.

I lived in the York road property during my second year of studying at Loughborough. The interior of the house was finished to the highest quality making it a very enjoyable place to live. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately and Henri prioritises his tenants' wellbeing. He is easy to contact and very responsive. Having lived with Clan Living I would highly recommend choosing to live with them to further your University experience!

Brilliantly ran operation.... Was sceptical when choosing accommodation for my Kids after halls but Mr Hamm was incredibly professional and The son has given excellent reviews! Defiantly more expensive than average but in my opinion 100% worth it based on the quality / experience.
