really poor level of service. Slow to respond to queries and questions and expensive to use. Actually held paying money back from my deposit and failed to give me a reason why 4 weeks after I left a property under their tenancy. I would be concerned if I were a tenant in using them or Frank Innes who they are responsible for.

To all customers thinking renting from this fraud company I would I advice don't avoid at all costs countrywide shouldnt  even be operating as a Management Service or letting agency they lie give you false information told me I had rent arrears fees of £180 then they changed it to late payment fees. Don't let them try there bully tactics after 3weeks of disputes via email they decided to waiver the fees more like there was no fees. They tryed to take the fees from my deposit over all it took me over 5weeks to get my deposit back after providing evidence at the start. The property manager Rianna richson is a lier she changes her stories  very unprofessional and bad management the case is been taken further to the ombudsman and legal action has already been taken.

Clueless chickens , hard to get hold off, slow reply on email and nobody helps. Just pointed in random directions instead of dealing with the problem. These and bainstowe Eve's working hand in hand to scam me out my deposit. I left the property how found and was ready for someone to move straight in. Inventory check was lazy and nothing was electricaly checked, oven didn't work. Wiring was shocking. Would never ever use these or bainstowe Eve's again, have made my life hell and left me out of pocket for £625. The reviews on here are there for all to see it isn't just me that feels this way.

Absolutely awful. Firstly when I rented the place they didn't do a proper inventory, a 5 year old could have done the job they did, they listed just whatever was in the flat. Didn't safety check anything, the hoover literally set alight when used. Luckily only inside and didn't set the flat alight. Then when I left, they withheld the deposit, claimed they hadn't heard from the Landlord despite the fact that it is in the report he submitted evidence, or at the very least they submitted a reason why he was keeping the deposit without his contribution, which is many kinds of wrong. They disputed that a TV and Hoover was missing, both were in the flat. They were also so incompetent, that they claimed I broke the window, then submitted the report from the company that fixed it, stating that the window wasn't broke through negligence or misuse. Absolutely, god awful, please please please, never use this company. I am so glad they never got a penny after I left as I was awarded the whole deposit back despite the fact they lied in their dispute, because they were so incompetent at lying in the dispute. But it has taken 4 months to get here as they refused to cooperate.

I dealt with Frank Innes Estate Agents in Mansfield. From the day of the property valuation to completion I could not fault the team at this branch. I was informed immediately at every stage of the procedure and the team were proactively chasing all associated parties to speed up the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone....great job.

I be careful if you over pay to Clive Watkins, if you cancel with them you never get your money back, why won't Countrywide make Clive Watkin give me my money back? So poor on standards, all the awards but cannot pay tenants back.

I would give this company zero stars if it allowed me to. They are dishonest, deceitful, sneaky and make up policy as they go along. I am a landlord and cannot advise people strongly enough to seriously consider using alternative agents. Even if I had a shed to rent I would not give it to this bunch of con artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

God awful company who have been skirting responsibility since day one. Broken toilets and water coming through walls take 2 months to fix. My landlord ended up switching estate agents it got so bad! Have a clause that they can keep your deposit if you don't write to them to formally request it back within 28 days. 16 days after I locked the door I am still without a deposit. Told me it's not worth making a complaint to official bodies. Looks like I'll have to take my landlord to court for it at this rate even though they have nothing wrong.

The service from countrywide itself was only measured in my review of a branch staff member called Megan Johnson at the west bridgford branch. She went above and beyond and did her very best to secure us a property. Her colleagues sadly did not have the same work ethic nor did they have customer service skills I would expect from a member of staff and we felt as if we were not important to them at all. Fortunately Megan was proactive and so we continued with frank innes for this basis

We have been paying our rent on time since we moved into the property, but now they are saying we are in arrears and are adding further charges. Nobody had been prepared to resolve our problem and after lengthy phone calls nobody seems to know what's going on, but the charges keep on escalating. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

Blundells (Crystal Peaks) were absolutely first class. In what is the most stressful thing I have done in a long while, I only survived the house moving process and kept sane due to the help and assistance of all at this branch, particularly Chris. From confidence building advice at the initial valuation visit, through polite and timely viewing appointments from the office staff to skillful negotiation to complete my sale. I thought it was over then but I couldn't be more wrong. It's the next stage where this Estate Agent really showed they were No. 1, calming my nerves through to the most important point of Exchange of Contracts. In my case it involved changing Solicitors half way through!!, nearly losing my seller and the house I was buying and most importantly a lack of communication from all other parties (except of course Blundells were always there to chase them and inform me). Can't praise Blundells (Crystal Peaks) highly enough.

We sold our property via Frank Innes (West Bridgford) last summer . We were very impressed with their professional and friendly service. From the very first meeting with Tony, who explained to us the whole process without any hard sell, to Sharon who took the fabulous photos that really showed how great the property was, through to Faye, Jack and the team who kept us informed at every step of the selling process. It is well known that selling/buying a property can be stressful and it is a credit to Frank Innes that at least this part of the process for us was incredibly easy and one less thing to worry about in the chain. I would absolutely recommend them! A high street and online presence, very professional and great rates.
