Terrible. Hard to get hold of. Refused a viewing because our house isn't on the market yet (didn't realise this was a criteria to be able to view a property...) and because there's already a lot of viewings...
Quick enough to email and call to sell your services but when asked to view a property, not so much. Would not recommend. Made to feel stupid and not taken seriously. Would not recommend.

Very good service here. I've brought my house through the agency and become a lifetime member with them. They sent remortgage reminder each time when my current one is expiring soon. I've done all my mortgage/remortgage with them each time so far. The mortgage advisor Ravi is very hard-working and when I can't find a suitable time to book an appointment with him on weekdays, he even helped my mortgage matters during the weekends.

I have been used Connells Mortgage Services for 5 years. Their Mortgage Adviser Ravi Sharma has been a star to save us a lot of headaches comes to remortgage or buying. Communication has always been easy, prompt, efficient and friendly. Knowing Connells is one of the most mature estate agencies in the UK market, to have someone like Ravi being professional and helpful at all times definitely add great value to their business reputation and images. Excellent service, Ravi Sharma my mortgage advisor at Connells Leicester has been absolutely fantastic he worked through my onward purchase (and the team worked through the sale of my property). He and his team have been very professional ,efficient kept me updated of the progress of my mortgage, he helped me sort out building insurance etc. Ravi is very efficient, simply explains you the whole process and made it look so easy. I am now also a life time member for Connells Leicester. I like to also thank Sam Gale who worked through sale and my purchase he was very efficient keeps you in the loop. I can’t thank enough both Ravi and Sam.

Terrible service from start to finish, little to no communication, incorrect information and very bad service. i am very surprised of the poor experience i had, i thought there was more to the service then finding a buyer to your house. It seems like once that was done we were forgot about. Luckily the manager i was dealing with was (relocated) and Nicola took over and has been great so far. Still not exchanged yet but feel confident Nicola will get it done!
Unless Nicola is personally dealing with your sale i would avoid!!!

Ravi was very professional and responsive to all our queries. At the same time he was friendly and approachable too. His support from start to finish of the purchase process was tremendous and we always felt listened to. He is an asset to Connells. Sure we will come back to him for our remortgage.

Loads of viewings
Was very happy with final sale price.
Negatives/constructive criticism:
Never seemed to be single dedicated person looking after my sale. Just spoke to whoever answered the phone.
First time I’ve sold a property and would have preferred some more guidance on processes etc..
Felt very ‘sales-focused’ as opposed to customer service focused.

They are absolutely lovely! I was able to rent an absolute stunning place, despite using housing benefits. A lot of the other agencies just kept playing about (BEWARE OF Belvoir!) and wasted my time. Connells are professional, get things done in fairly reasonable time and really lovely staff! Would definitely recommend if a first time renter, as a first time renter!

I have been requesting this agency to provide me with a copy of my contract with them for over five times and they would reply when I call, take my details and promise to send the copy but then I receive nothing. I kept waiting for days. They took a lot of fees when we signed the contract so they can provide such services but these were all lies. They not only refused to do my references as promised, but also failed to send me a digital copy of my contract which only takes a click of a button. I definitely do not recommend this agency to anyone.

Really good experience with the team. Just purchased a property through them with tight time scales and Remi Jackson (Senior Negotiator) went above and beyond, chasing both solicitors, hand delivering paperwork and literally running around left, right and centre to make the purchase to go through on time for me! Excellent service from start to finish for our sales. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I very highly recommend our mortgage advisor Ravi Sharma, his advice and professionalism has got us through our sales. Any questions we had on putting our house on sale and even our mortgage budget he has been on hand to make sure we are satisfied. We have always gone back to Ravi for all our mortgages, any questions big or small he will let you know the answer. Very knowledgeable. Really grateful and we will be using Ravi again for our mortgage when it is due for renewal.

We were pointed in Connells direction as first time buyers who had no idea where to start when purchasing a property, which is where we met Ravi. He has been absolutely fantastic in helping us every step of the way! To start he worked really hard to get us a mortgage in principle quickly which was a worry of ours as my partner is self employed. Once this was sorted he helped us sort out life and home insurance, evening going out of his way to use his day off to ensure this was done. We have had nothing but an absolutely incredible experience with Ravi who was very professional throughout the process and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mortgage! If I could I would rate his services 10 stars out of 5, thank you very much Ravi!

Great if you love not being communicated with efficiently. Booked in for a house viewing only to be TEXT by the viewing staff less than an hour before the viewing, when we had already left our home to make our way over, saying the property was no longer available. No phone call or proper apology for wasting our time and they attempted to backtrack saying they told me someone else was viewing the day before and they had made an offer - none of which I was actually told. Apparently the offer was made at 5pm - this does happen, but you could have the courtesy to phone us the evening before and not send a text in the early morning we put aside to view the house. Gutting as we thought they were promising, however feel this disgusting and disinterested service is exactly what we would have been dealing with had we rented from them. Will be avoiding!

The fees are not too expensive they do all that's required of them. Anna and Emma are a credit to the company. They are always there for you when you need some form of assistance

I have privately rented for ten years several different properties with different letting agents and this is the first letting agent I have been with who made the process of letting a house extremely easy for me. Most of the documents were done online, I only had to visit the office once and that was to collect the keys to the property. The admin. Charges etc were very reasonable. The letting agents were very friendly and helpful at all times. Over all a fantastic letting agents. I would defiantly recommend Connell Estate Agents to anyone wishing to private rent.
