Vincent and his team helped me in selling my property in one week. Right from our first meeting for valuation Vincent was extremely professional and displayed confidence and sound knowledge of his job. Unlike some other estate agents he took time to know our requirements and wasn't pushy at all like a sales person. Apart from him his team is extremely professional as always on the ball during the entire process and took time to call and check the progress and also to keep me update on the process from purchasers side. The photos taken of the property were extremely good quality which did justice to display the potential of our property. The whole sales process was very smooth and I would highly recommend Vincent's to anybody looking to sell their property.

We put an offer in on a house that got accepted on Glenfield Road. I'd called to view the property again but got no response so I called again and Alex said he'd check when they were free (obviously didn't check the first time) He called back saying his boss Vincent had sold the property for a higher offer as I didn't send him my bank state meant to show funds. I'd told Alex id need a few days for some money to transfer into my account and he said that fine there no rush just send me your mortgage in principle and solicitor info so he can take it off the market which I did straight away. It took me 5 days to send them proof of deposit. Why didn't you call me to ask if I could put a higher offer in?! From the sounds of it Alex didn't even know that Vincent had sold it to someone else. Incompetent of doing their job. I've asked for the manger to call me and it's been 4 days and still no call. Alex said I can put a higher offer in if I send him my proof of deposit which I have and still after 4 days he's also ignoring me. very unprofessional to say the least! The least you should do is call back and apologise.

Where do I start... first off they did not put our deposit into dps which I believe is illegal, when we asked for the paper work for it we where told they will sort it, when we asked if the deposit was put into dps we where told it's safe in a bank( so they could gain interest on it) we had to pay £150 for reference checks yet they only checked one of us so where did the other £75 go.... in Vincent's pocket of course, we where looking for a place to stay long term and we where told by them that this is the right place yet 2 months into the contract the landlord told us he was selling the house when we leave after the 6 months and that the Vincent knew he was selling the house, hmmm more lies again mr Vincent, you need to stop riding around in your flashing car over compensating for something and learn how to do your job properly because one day you will mess around with the wrong person.....

A very disappointing experience. I wanted to sell my house quickly, and managed to find a buyer, and eventually reduced my asking price. After speaking to my buyer it seems information was not passed correctly from buyer to seller, by Vincent Estate agents. Also AFTER the sale was agreed, an advert for my property went up on Zoopla, over 1 week later. This was probably to meet contractual obligations. When I questioned this, I was told there was not enough time. Now the advert, for my house, went up on Rightmove quite quickly, so the pictures and description was already done. I imagine it would not take over a week to advertise the property on Zoopla. A 3D floor plan is also promised with your advert on Zoopla and Rightmove. When I asked why this was not done, I was told it was a 3rd party company that carry this out, and they may be busy, and it was out of Vincent Estate Agents control. Over a week later, AFTER the sale was agreed they arrived. I asked them why it took so long, they told me they were only instructed the previous working day to come out and do this job!! After my house was sold, on the day we were to complete, I had to ring Vincent estate agents to find out what they wanted to do regarding handing keys over!. I had more communication with the Estate agents who were handling the house I was going to buy!! I called again, and spoke to one of their representatives, and asked for the manager to give me a call back. This was over 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for that phone call. Really bad experience, poor communications and would never use them again!! Think twice folks! p.s. The reason why it did sell so quickly was due to myself reducing the asking price way below the market price. This again, I feel, was due to information not being passed correctly from buyer to seller.This is after I had a a conversation with my buyer, who also agrees that information was not passed correctly. Update - in the space of a year - more and more upset customers. Keep up the good work Vincents!!!

Tried to ring these people, the phone went straight to music and then was cut off. Not a good way to conduct a business.
