I recently had a covid test completed. The process was fast and not the least uncomfortable. I received a reminder text of the forthcoming appointment, which was great, as I have a poor memory. The staff were friendly and professional. At the end of the visit the nurse who administered the test wished me a pleasant holiday (the reason for the test) & seasonal happiness. It was nice to actually go to a Doctors and be treated as a person and not a number.
Top marks all round.

Can not recommend enough. They helped me during a very stressful time to arrange urgent Covid test. They were genuinely empathetic and arranged a nurse to come out of hours to do test who was not only professional but lovely.
Their actions restored my faith in human nature and I would definitely call on them if I need any medical help or advise in the future.
I have NEVER reviewed any business or service previously but their care and service was so exceptional I had to share!

GP circle were very professional and extremely helpful and responsive. However Sutton Medical Consulting Centre who were contracted to perform the service were rude, unhelpful and scruffy. Not what I would expect through a organization that describes itself as a premier consulting centre. I may have used the service again but not with this provider.

Excellent professional service received. Easy to book on-line. Had to change time of appointment which was also really easy to do. Sample taken on day of appointment at Wednesday 3.20 pm, received results back Friday 2.30 am . Communication throughout process was excellent.

My wife and I used Your GP Circle services for a Fit to Fly Covid Test in Dec 2020 and the experience was quite good.
The online booking process was easy to use, we got the confirmation through email instantly after registering and even received reminders for the appointment through email and SMS. Getting to the Sutton Coldfield centre was straightforward, had parking available so no issues there too. The facility was quite clean, the staff was polite, friendly, courteous and helped us through the test patiently along with test instructions that were quite easy to follow.
Experienced no issues at all from start to end, the test reports were made available before the promised time. A pleasant experience overall, definitely RECOMMEND Your GP Circle!

We had the flu jab for my son who is in Year 8. He is eligible to have one at his GP surgery due to his asthma but we really didn't want him missing school. When we realised GP circle do flu jabs for my son's age, we were delighted as the convenience of an appointment in the evening when it suits us was great. Service was professional and hassle free. We will definitely be using GP circle again and I have already recommended them to my friends and neighbours.

I booked the PCR test and Travel Certificate to fly to Europe on Christmas and everything was so smooth and easy with GP Circle. I received the results less than 49 hours after doing my test.

Fabulous team. Friendly, helpful, great service. I booked a short notice appointment to get a PCR test. Same day appointment infact within 2 hours of calling on a Wednesday evening. Results came back first thing Friday so I was able to fly on the Saturday. Highly recommend this practice. 100% covid safe staff were cleaning waiting room chairs after every person.. 2metres between seats and all wearing masks. Thank you to all and have a peaceful, safe and Happy Christmas ???? ????????????

We needed PCR certificates to fly abroad ASAP and found Yourgpcircle online. We emailed them late in the day, but received a quick response and, to our surprise, they were able to offer us appointments which perfectly suited our schedules. They were also very communicative via the telephone and made sure we had all the information we required. Further to this, our test results arrived in less than 48 hours which is amazing compared to other providers offering testing services. We found the pricing to be reasonable, the doctors to be professional and kind and the overall service to be efficient.

Excellent service provided by A+ Pharmacy at Bordesley Green & Your GPCircle. My appointment for a PCR test was booked quickly, everything was well organized and I got my results after 1 day. I was notified with reminders of my appointment and the steps I had to do and the person who took my swab sample was very professional and helpful.

I visited Ashfurlong Surgery for my fit to fly covid test at the beginning of December and I cannot fault the service. I received confirmation of all the details when booking, a reminder text a few days before and another text on the day. When I arrived for my appointment, everything is covid safe and the nurse who assisted me with my covid test was very helpful and polite. I did my test on the Tuesday and received the results first thing Thursday morning (certificate showing negative result and doctors note). Unfortunately, we were unable to fly to our destination but if I ever need a private covid test in future I would definitely use this service. Thank you!

If I could give 10 starts I would. After being let down by Useless Parcel Services where they decided to ship my covid tests to Germany instead of Ireland I needed to urgently get 2 same day covid tests and came across these guys. The price did seem high but boy it was money well spent and in all honesty in hindsight it really isnt that much when you consider what is involved. They guy administering the test was great, very chatty and friendly and really put you at ease. And then onto the admin side, I was panicking abit come 7pm so I sent a Facebook message and had a reply straight away informing me that the results had been received and the team were preparing the certificate and reports. 9pm and still nothing and a reassuring message back saying they dont clock off until the final report is done, 20 minutes later all was good and reports received. If I need tests again in the future these guys will be the first port of call. Thanks for everything.
