A bad experience !!! I ordered some material but not only different things arrived but even missing things ... so I contacted them they assured me that the missing goods arrive after a day instead two days have passed nothing has arrived and they have not even contacted me to warn me.
I called back and they told me that the goods arrive in more than a month, a truly shameful way to work.
I felt made fun of
I will never buy anything in this shop again

This shop is one of the largest catering equipment supply company in Brighton. You can find everything you need if you require to run a kitchen at home or in the restaurant. You can buy all those equipment at a reasonable price + VAT. If you are VAT registered company, then you can save the tax when you procure the equipment. It is also a pleasure to shop there.

Don't let the word 'catering' put you off. There's a ton of great stuff here for foodies, hobbyists and for everyone who likes to cook at home. All our food preparation equipment is from Nisbets, and we save a lot of time by using their professionally curated kitchen tools. Plus the staff is super friendly which helps if you're not exactly sure what specific type of appliance or which brand to go with.

Fantastic service from Nisbets Brighton branch. I was in desperate need of a new serve over counter, they managed to source the model I wanted, price matched with another website and then arranged for it to be delivered within 3 days (which considering the size of it was unbelievable), and they have also arranged disposal of my old one for a nominal fee.
They really went out of their way to look after me and cannot recommend them enough.

The one day delivery is a lie. Even if you order before 8pm they do not deliver next day. The website advertises next day delivery but it is a lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I cannot fault the service of the Brighton Nisbets. (which is a rarity in Brighton I assure you)
We had in issue with a bottle fridge which was purchased for an event which could have been disastrous but the team at the Brighton branch were SUPER helpful in getting me a replacement first thing on a saturday morning with just minutes to spare, even helping to load it on our van.
I dealt with the online and in store Nisbets teams and there was good communication between all parties which made the whole process painless.
Yes there are cheaper companies out there and i've used them in the past but when the brown stuff hits the spinny thing nothing beats good old customer service and willingness to help.

Pretty poor service . Spent allot of money with the company but had huge problems getting anyone to deal with a very late delivery. The companies strap line is next day catering and i realise it takes longerfor largeritems however it states Still on the website two to three days delivery and im still waiting for the item. Despite numerous calls to nesbits with the promise of updates on the late order ive had nothing and im still £1400 out of pocket with no product in sight. Im in the process of refitting a catering unit with an estimated cost of approx £20000 and they have lost this refit to a competitor im afraid due to lack of comunication and generally poor after care. Also with a bit of searching the product was cheaper elsewhere anyway, shop around people. Dan , Earl Alfresco, Winchester worth noting this was nesbits uk not the brighton store specifcally.
