Recently completed the first 3 days of the DBT 10 day course. I can honestly say this is some of the best training I have been on. The facilitator was fantastic, energetic and enthusiastic about his subject; this tied with clinical examples and practice made the training much more applicable to my practice. Had an amazing experience in my DBT training with a really talented facilitator Andre. I ended the program with not only the knowledge, but the confidence to run DBT groups and implement the skills in a counselling room. Would highly recommend and enjoyed learning by doing.

DBT Essentials course provided very good introduction to DBT. The lecturer Adi was very knowledgable about topic and gave many helpful examples from his clinical practice. Would recommend this course.
