less than 1 star,,, its my 2nd time still same service, offered me service plan for 2 years, 30 per month which i do not have to pay anything on the day of service, but they charged me 178.80 extra, claiming they diagnose some fault, but i did not authorise them to check or do any extra work,,, this is ridiculous, they are CON people.

AVOID AT ALL COST. "Mercedes-Benz Retail Group is the UK’s largest official retailer of Mercedes-Benz cars. The workmanship is awful! we found screws in the rear footwells where the car had replacement door handle LED lights replaced. The door panels have not been fitted on properly, advised of work carried out which clearly haven't been. Like the majority of the reviews on here their customer service and workmanship is very poor.

Good Customer Service they provided it to me however wasn't happy with the service they provided to my car, gave them the car with 3 Dashboard lights on and when i came to pick up one of the light was still on and then he explained me something in his own technical language which didn't make sense to me and said we will have to book the car back again.

I took my Mercedes a class for a recall repair on the steering wheel , got it back with a ripped leather trim which seats behind the dash board. I told staff I could not Believe what I was told ‘ it was already ripped’ even tho I still showed pictures which I had luckily taken before while posing in my car. Manager still fused to take responsibity. Staff giggling in the back ground. How sad and pathetic that a brand like Mercedes employes such unprofessional and incompetent staff. Reported to police for criminal damaged next step head office. If that does solve my problem civil courts and possibly criminal courts and I will not give up until I got a fUll apology from this branch for wasting my time and causing damage to my joy and pride.

Not bad at all..staff are very friendly..free drinks while you wait..but didn't you used to have free cans of coke?..Now its just diet..and who drinks that huh?...I was in and out very quickly with a free lift to Stratford Station..thanks very much..I will be back.

Utter disgraceful staffs and management. Staff shouldn't be allowed to operate under the mercedes benz. Mercedes Head office , need to come and do a mystery shop on this particular store. As they seem very unknowledgeable or have a very in helpful appoarch towards there clients. My rear light bulb cluster which is a common fault went on my car. So i called MB Stratford the stafg member ( Asian) didnt take his name advise me that I would need tobe book in my vehicle which there was a 2 week wait just to look at the fault and see if it covers under warranty. I explained that I use my car daily and require this tobe looked at urgently, advised me there was nothing hehcould do. But to book in 2 weeks time for them to inspect the car. Even thou he knew this tobe a common fault on the w204. I explained to the member of staff that what waswi meant to do in the mean time. Not work or use my car and wait a further 2 weeks just for a inspection.I asked of there was anything else that could be done. The member of staff showed no empathy towards me or my issue. If felt as if he just wanted to hang up the phone.Considering my car had no rear lights as it is illegal to drive without them. Member of staff seemed not at all bothered or showing any empthay towards my issues. So I had no choice but to purchase the parts from there parts department and take my vehicle into a independent local garage to fix the issues. This was completed , and I returned to the Stratford mercedes, and requested to see the manager. I was meant with Micheal, whom advised me that that was correct. That there was a 2week delay I stressed to him what I was meant to do in the mean time. To my amazement there was an alternative . Which was advised by mucheal. But not the member of staff with my initial cobtact, that I could have called MB breakdown. And they would have arranged for a replacement vehicle under this issue. So my point is here, staff working there need to ensure they are making customers aware of alternatives. If I knew this why would I go and pay an independent gaage to fix the matter. When it would have covered me under my breakdown Personally this store has very bad reviews, and tobe honest I agree. I shall be writing to mercedes head office for a full settlement of my cost occured which could have been avoided . And also all the stress it caused me and not being able to wrkw for 2 days And would like a full review of the operations of that store. As it just seems they forgotten the meaning of service and taking care of clients.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Brought my car in because the lock on the door stopped working ( on a brand new CLA), they took two weeks to fix it, no one called to give an update and they damaged the door whilst it was being repaired. It took them two months to rebook us in to fix the damaged they caused, they kept the car for a further two weeks, again no one called to give an update. When I collected the car the petrol was empty and the screen was also empty, both were full when it was dropped off and the there were additional devices added to the Bluetooth and I found parking receipts, the mileage was on 2577 when it was dropped off and it was on 3226 when it came back! THEY GAVE AWAY MY CAR AS A COURTESY CAR FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO USE WHILE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING REPAIRED!!!! There staff are rude and unprofessional, this is suppose to be MERCEDES BENZ!! Never again will I use this branch or buy another car from Mercedes Benz, I will stick to BMW next time!!

Worst dealership ever!! Avoid at all cost. I wwnted to change my windscreen and they told me to pay for it first then book my car in for service. I went and paid for the windscreen and they told me they dont fix windscreens anymore and that i should take the windscreen myself and take it to another retailer. Ridiculous service, they never pick up the phone.
