Unfortunately I have to share with you my experience with this place. I had a recall for my Sprinter van and after booking twice I was not allowed in the reception room as I do not wear ????. This place only accepts masked people. They offered me to bring a chair out and let me wait outside in the yard. I said NO and took my van’s keys back and left. The next one I go tomorrow said they have no problem with me not wearing a mask while waiting.

This Mercedes showroom is always very busy, however, service was v. good. I was looked after by Service Adviser Mr Thomas, who kept me updated from the moment I dropped off the car. Well done Team.

The initial client advisor was rude and unprofessional but when I raised the matter to Anthony he was able to sort the matter and provide a exemplary service. The management need to monitor and review some of the client advisors as they dont seem to embody Mercedes standards.

A very easy and efficient experience. I dropped my C43 AMG off in the morning for a service at around 8, received a video vehicle health check by 10am and collected it by 12 after it had been valeted! My service manager for the day Anthony was very thorough and explained everything. Would definitely recommend!

I had my E Class serviced here on the 14th of July. They forgot to reset the service reminder. I called 9 time with no answer or call back. So I had to return with the car. On the 3rd of August the washer fluid warning has come up. Obviously not topped up. Now I'm thinking what else did they not do. I will not use Stratford Mercedes again.

Would give zero stars if possible. Mercedes quoted me a 1 day turnaround for a service/minor repair. I still do not have my car back nearly a week later. Poor communication regarding the issues, no explanation for the delay. Now I am in touch with someone who quotes me one price in one phone call, and then calls back 20 minutes later with a different (higher) price. I have said that I would like to speak to somebody more senior - this was yesterday morning - I have not yet heard back despite calling and emailing in and despite the fact that they have my car! The person i'm speaking to has refused to copy in a more senior member of staff into our correspondence. When you call their number, nobody ever answers. It is also not possible to leave a voicemail. You can leave your number and are then told to hang up. I've had much better customer service, clarity and communication from local mechanics. In the emails I have received, no prices have been given which means I am reliant on phone calls with someone who seems to give me incorrect and conflicting information each time. My car is from 2005 and I love it. I had been considering investing in a newer model but this type of service puts me off the Mercedes brand. I don't want to be reliant on these people.

From the moment I walked in, both Anthony and Thomas made me feel very welcome. I dropped my keys to Thomas at reception and by midday I had been contacted by Anthony who explained that the service on my car was complete. Later that afternoon I made my way to the showroom to collect my vehicle where it was looking brand new again! Thank you!

Me and my partner would like to praise the lovely lady called Davina who made the first part of our experience a wonderful one. However it a shame that our service advisor shaakir let part of our visit down we had seen him with another customer where he was very rude and we were hoping he wasn't the one that would be dealing with us unfortunately he was and had the same attuide with us. We will be making a point to request any other advisor next time we come in and we highly recommended Shaakir to go on a customer service training course and learn how to speak and treat people.He rushed us out with limited information and very rude and abrupt and disinterested in anything my partner had to say, He is a huge disappointment to the Mercedes Benz (customer service) brand. The most disturbing act is Shaakir asked us to leave a good reviews and we would get looked after and we also over heard him make the same request to other customer's it makes you wonder about the reviews that are positive that are written about him are genuine as we can say this is not case at all. Mercedes Benz Stratford we really recommend you address this as you have other proffesional staff that do work there as we have witness and experienced this individual is really letting the brand down.

I have to say reading the reviews and dealing with BMW for 3 years before I purchased my e class I wasn't expecting much. My E Class developed a problem in that the boot would not close (its an automatic/soft close) anyway called on Monday was able to book an appointment for a drop and go for Wednesday (today). Came in at the booked time, Spoke to Andrew and Thomas (one at reception and one who looked after the vehicle for me). I was told that It could be a variety of 2 different issues however they will have it looked at, if parts did need to be ordered it would have to be done the following morning but he did say hopefully that wouldn't be the case. Got a call around 4 hours later to say the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Perfect, Thank you!

Pretty clueless regarding questions I had. Went in for a free vehicle inspection just coincidentally came out with a puncture other than that clean bill of health. Usually a video is supplied of the health check none provided. Will be using alternative dealership from now

Worst customer service ever and I mean this from the bottom of my heart. Starting with the lady at the reception who has really bad communication skills and all she does is make up excuses to hang up. Then moving on to the staff who work there they are full off lies and none of them are experienced or have customer skills. One staff said my car would be ready by mid day the next day but when I turned up unexpectedly because of the lack of communication from the lady at the reception I found that my car has not been moved or touched and it was the same way as I left it when I dropped off the car. Then after seeing me one of the staff moved my car into the bay to get it inspected and when I asked them all they said was that they were busy and apologies for the previous staff who said it would be ready midday. They promised a courtesy car but at the end they didn’t provide me with any and thinking about it why the heck am I paying £500 for a service in which I don’t benefit from. One staff I respect is the driver who dropped me off at Stratford station. ???????? NEVER AGIAN WILL BE USING THIS LOW MERCEDES GARAGE AGAIN

I give my car for service and couple of mechanical problems. They promise me if any charge out of service the team will call you. I didn’t receive any call , when I collected my car I noticed they didn’t sorted the mechanical problems. I discuss with manager on duty. He was very rude and not looking for very professional. I was totally disappointed and not expecting this type of service from Mercedes.

They said they were doing a full service and they did not even check the electronic. If they did they would have seen that the time was incorrect and cannot be changed, an error Mercedes know about. Now I cannot use the satnav or radio at all. This occurred two days after the so call "...service". I am going to have waste another day going back to the showroom to get it fixed. They claimed they had clean the car which they did not as there was grease all over the steering and the floor mat still had leaves that came from my driveway. While I appreciate the thought of the free car cleaning, please don't claim you have done it when you have obviously not. I am not giving the. one star as they do offer a drop off service, some nice coffee in the building and you get 1 year of breakdown service.

I advice all customers of Mercedes don’t go to the service provided at the Stratford Branch. I went to them on Friday for a booking. They told me it’s a one day job to change the filter for the air conditioner. They said they’ll check on that day and check my cars condition and let me know if it’s a easy job. They called and said they haven’t checked it yet. I called them several times and they didn’t pick up and went straight to a voice asking for my name and details. They kept my car there for three days and a half. They only had to remove and install and replace the air con and it totalled £100.10. A job that could have taken a couple hours, they took four days to do. They have very bad and appalling service. I sincerely advise customers not to go there. They don’t even deserve a star.

Car on service contact, was booked in with a check / drop off time efficiently . On the actual day everything went like in the adverts. Arrived, was directed by a man in car park where to park. Went to reception and booked in. A few mins later I was greeted by a service rep. Went through detail quick and efficiently, got loan car and was on my way. Received a call in the afternoon as I was expecting and went back after work to collect my car all clean and service, and just as efficient as in the morning when I dropped the car off. 1st time at Stratford won't be last.

Staff particuarly by the name Thomas are extremely rude, technicians are incompetent. I had my Mercedes GLC serviced here twice and have had bad experience both times. As a result of a poor service, ad blue was spilt over the side, engine oil overflowing but the main issue is my car began to shake as a result of a software update. No courtersy car offered and took 4 visits before they acknowledged the problem. Stay far away from this branch.

booked in my c class for a few repairs( mainly for my driver side window which would not close properly. they kept my car for three days and told me that the repairs had been carried out and my car was ready to collect.after collecting my i realized that nothing was fixed and everything was the same as before. when i called back to enquire why this was the case i was told someone would give me a call back.I awaited someones call but no one bothered to return my call. not great service!!!! would rather go to another branch further away for better service.
