I dont see a reason to give these sort of establishments any 5 star rating! They simply doing the basics overpriced stuff no exceptional customer service.
But i do find a reason to give a negative rating.
A useless garage running empty hot ovens with not hot food! How is that possible they run out of food before 7 am??
Everyday is the same story, i mean can you provide the basics even though i have no other option but to purchase your overpriced food!

How can this garage be dearer that Heathrow and Gatwick. The pump registers0.84p before any fuel even comes through the pump. Gatwick shell garage fuel is £1.22, Heathrow virtually the same but this garage completely takes the mick. Even esso is a lot cheaper. Nothing like being robbed on a daily basis

This garage is amazing. I visit here regularly and all the staff go above and beyond in terms of service. Always made to feel very welcome by a lovely lady called Joanna. Always greeted with a welcoming smile and brightens my day up each time I visit. Her customer service skills are exemplary and her warmth is genuine. If only other shops and garages could be as friendly as these guys, the world would be a better place. ????????????

I downloaded the APP to allow me to pay at pump, for some reason it didn't work. The lady in the shop was quite rude as by wanting to pay with the APP I had locked the pump, which annoyed her. Anyway, I went round the corner to a different petrol station and use that one now. I have deleted the APP.
