If you are one of those people with dignity, don't go to this centre and choose a different one. Staff there are nasty, unprofessional, ignorant and rude. Making inappropriate comments but not answering questions you may have, especially the "one with a pony tail" funny looking fella with extremely bad attitude. The centre itself is also not impressive and requires some serious renovation. I can understand high level of security and the checks, but definitely not Staff approach to those, who come for the test. I guess they lack enough intelligence to understand that it is thanks to their immigrant clients that they have a job and income. I am extatic about the fact that I don't have to ever see these inhumane beings

I went there on a Saturday to do the life in the UK Test. The doorbell wasn't working so I had to call them (on the landline, which hopefully they picked up) so they could come and open the door. Bad start. They came downstairs and pointed me to a sign on the door they said that phones had to be turned off, which I did (but they didn't ask me, just pointed at the sign, which I found a bit rude). Throughout the visit they only said necessary words, for the rest they kept pointing and signing to me, which was very annoying! The staff weren't nice or welcoming, and they were borderline rude. The place didn't seem looked after and they had very old PCs (with 4:3 monitors!). Since I was there to take a PC-based exam, I was definitely not impressed! Needless to say I don't recommend this place.

I was really worried after reading all the negative reviews here, but I was really pleasantly surprised. The staff was lovely and professional. The centre was also very strict about social distancing and other covid measures (hand sanitiser, temp checks etc), which I really appreciated.

Very good health policy with social distancing and hand sanitizer and workstations being clean-up after every candidate. Also very nice and helpful staff on site. The testing conditions were excellent.

This place is the worst center you could ever take an exam.. it feels like you are in the prison, the staff are not polite, not friendly, not professional, disgusting center. It feel like a military zone or a prisoner and the warden. The invigilator is very distracting and talking so loud, and when the system is down they will bring one silly board for you to read even thou they are distracting you... and keep saying keep you hand on the desk like you are a child. I would love to give a zero star for this Center. The center is very very poor considering the amount £50 and then seat on a local lesson Chair in a remotes village in Africa. You pay that amount and get to the center then you in for a discomfort. Please UK Visa and immigration you can do better. DVLA Center are palace where this Center is.

Worse and rudest staff I ever saw on this place. I wish I could give zero star. I can not believe how they surviving with this kind of very very very poor and extremely rude services. If anyone taking any of there services suggesting that try any other options but definitely not with them.

The centre is old and dirty. One of the employees was very rude with people undertaking the test, and during the covid pandemic he allowed a queue to be created so he can flirt with a lady taking the test. Very unprofessional and embarrassing for the center.

Extremely rude guy who attended to me yesterday. I got spoken to like a child. He had zero patience. He didn't give me any chance to explain myself. I got told off for ringing the bell twice, his entire attitude was intimidating and oppressive. He complained he was doing me a favor and that people like me are never grateful, he kept whining about how he did not have any money to pay for staff and how his staff had to go and pick up their kids from the nursery! all within the earshot of people doing their exams! extremely unprofessional! My test was at 6pm! why allow your test center be booked if you do not have the facility to cater to people??
The entire experience really got me flustered, thank goodness, I didn't let it affect my exam.

There were three guys there. Two guys were very rude and verbally abusive, extremely lack of patience. One guy was nice and professional.
I first got shouted at for ringing the bell twice. Not sure why I deserve that.
I was playing with my phone before entering the test room, and got shouted again for not turning off my phone. Before I could answer, the guy interupted and said he doesn't want to hear and kept shouting to me for how much trouble I caused him. And kept interagating me and also not allowed me to reply to him questions like what you've seen in a military camp.

Called to inquiry and the person that picked up was absolutely rude from the moment the call was answered. Why would PDA hired a unprofessional monkey that has no manners or courtesy. I would STRONGLY recommend not wasting your hard earned money at this centre until they get rid of the people that looks like they don't want to be there or seriously give them a rigorous retraining on how to speak to people like a person.

Extremely professional staff members on site. Booked my life in the UK test and had a test there during lockdown where hygiene and safety measure was in place at high quality. I'm very happy with the step by step guides that staff give you. Smooth and easy. In and out. Spent just about 15 mins inside.

I was worried I'd have a bad experience after seeing some of the reviews, but taking my Life in the UK test was easy and well organised. The team working was friendly, and the covid safety practices were easy to follow and kept everyone safe.
The test took me only a few minutes in their computer room, and the experience was seamless.

I had my exam in this test centre today as soon as I enter the black bald guy instead of hi..hello.. start shouting on me , I prepared very well but he made me very upset however, I passed my exam but he is treating like he was my childhood teacher. Very very rude.
Please avoid this centre. Can someone teach him some manner...

It is not a safe place for public especially in the current COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. Poor ventilation. Narrow rooms and corridors. It is impossible to maintain a safe distance, especially in the corridor when two people pass each other. Old building ,
not suitable for what it is used for .

The Staff was polite and very good communication.But the software they used was fault and I had to press F5 from the keyboard all the time to refresh I Still managed to pass the test but a person like me with learning disability loose concentration very easily,make this a very bad experience.

My concern is that I had very bad day with two things firstly there system running very slow until you press F5.. 2ndly the Questions is 24 and its only 16 Questions you can answer and the rest Questions isnt add to your results this very annoying and have not see such exam in my life and its make me distracted to fail..I even ask them why they said the questions is 24 so how come its only 16 Questions i can answer they don't even talk sense or be professional i don't advise anyone to do exam there because the centre look like fraud centre ....and isn't look professional ..

The guy who checked my details today 22 May in morning was rude. Learn to be polite please. We are paying you to use the service in efficient way. Leave your ego at home or before you enter the building at high street. Rest was fine such as location.

Not recommend it place. I booked my life In The UK test in this center. The guy who is organising everything doesn't have any patience. He was talking in a bad way to everyone going to do their exams. Choose another center if you can.

Well, today I did the test in these small facilities, above all they are good people, but there one of the workers, was arrogant with me, autocratic...And autocracy doesn't make part of the British society in that formal representation... I PASSED ... luckily I prepared myself for that but the stress it was visible and stirred a bit my confidence before start that exam. I think some workers don't like what they do, even though it's easy work. I advise this individual autocrata to leave his job and give way to a better educated and understanding person.

PDA Lewisham have really lovely staff that supported me through failing my maths test 5 times before passing on the 6th attempt.
Due to their approachable friendly manner I felt comfortable enough to keep returning to retake. They really did contribute to helping me pass !!

I haven't had any issue. Be aware the rules and follow. Simple. The workers are professionals, efficient and nice. To take a test is easy and they get the queue move fast as possible. I haven't waited long to take my test. And I would like to highlight the staff is professional, efficient and nice. Thank you for the good experience.
As I arrived much earlier than my appointment the security advice was to come back later. I had a nice lunch in the market and enjoyed the nearby park. The whole day was a positive experience. If you arrive early enough I would recommend the same.

The staff is extremely professional and efficient. There is little to no down time as you wait to begin your examine. The staff explain how the test should be taken and leave you to it. It’s a small testing facility and it’s absolutely fit for purpose.

I did my "Life in the UK" test there, and it was a positive experience (aside from passing the test). It is a small facility with limited staff, but well organized and efficient. The staff were all polite and friendly, and I can recommend them.

Have attended this centre 3-4 times now and has been brilliant. Previously I tested at Croydon which was not a pleasant experience. Before coming to this centre I was unsure due to some of the reviews I had read but a friend re-assured me it was a good centre and how nice staff were.
I attended the centre once on a weekday wasn't bad but the black staff member seemed to be a little intense.
The other 3 times I tested on a Saturday and was really a great experience the white guy at the centre is brilliant, helped me to feel very calm, has this way of taking your mind of the whole testing situation just by talking to you and making you laugh or smile. He always seemed to remember my name and welcomed me with a smile which made me feel even more welcomed than I was and just made what may of been a stressful experience a really nice and calm pleasant one.
I really do recommend this centre to people.
I do wish to point out that when attending for my test, I was shocked and disgusted by how some people spoke to the staff and the disgraceful attitudes displayed towards them as well. They are doing there jobs and following conditions placed on them by government departments.
