Not open half a day than after queuing 10 minutes realised there's no diesel and only one pump is working. Most of the time pay at pump not working :(

Dose not honer shelf prices. Brought a product shelf price was lower than I was charged. If I hadn't cheaked my bill before leaving wouldn't of noticed. But the person serving refused to refund.

Good petrol station. Has an air/screen wash machine. Has food to go. Has a costa machine in the store. Has a mini car wash machine next to the store. Friendly staff. Open 24hrs.

Rude lady behind the till demanded I pay twice for petrol, saying that a card payment had been declined after getting me to sign the receipt for the completed transaction before discarding this receipt. Payed with cash and she didn't give me a receipt for that either. I should have refused but felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. Completely ripped off and will not be returning. Go somewhere else is my advice.

It was ok but I don't think there was any shampoo in the carwash. Even though I asked in the shop about when it was topped up. Looked cleaner. Didn't wash my car very well. I also couldn't be bothered to tell them. (Again)

Have decided to keep their drinks fridge turned off. Used to stop here to pick up some cold ones on the way home from work but now don't, since the fridge has been off for 3 weeks now. Guy who works there just shrugs his shoulders.

Plastic gloves at the filling stations have never been a reliable occurrence for me - at any fuel stop in all 6 counties I have driven in. Giving the whole establishment ONE STAR just because of those gloves feels, to me, a little meanspirited at best, pathological or at worst driven by an ulterior motive.
It's a gas station. Average gas station. I didn't like lack of the "pay at Pump" option, but it seems this option is not as ubiquitous in the UK as it is in the US. They do have a customer restroom (loo), which is far more important IMHO. The prices are a penny or two higher per 1 L of fuel than at a Tesco less than 1 mi away. ATM is always a bonus Open 24 hrs(!) - not many are.

I try to avoid this place, even though the fuel isn't the most expensive on the market.
Sorry to say this, but it's a filthy service station. I mean the doors are dirty, and the adult magazines are dirty and shouldn't be seen by children.
