I've been to Relax twice now for neck, shoulder and back massage sessions with Alex. I'd highly recommend their services, I'd never had a massage before, but they were very welcoming. After the first session I was surprised about just how much better my neck and shoulders felt from just the introductory massage.

I had my second Pregnacy Massage carried out by Alex. Firstly I was a bit hesitant as he is a male therapist.He turned out to be excellent in his job. I felt so calm and relaxed afterward. He is a great and respectful guy. Most recommended to ladies who need a bit of TLC. :)

Also my first visit for a deep tissue massage.
I talked about my problems and Alex saw me. He has the most wonderful healing hands. I felt like a new person after massage.

All the staff at this welcoming urban retreat are lovely, I was looked after beautifully and the service is amazing. lots of treatments to choose from and easy to get to from all parts of the city, the bus stop is just outside too!

They're selling great Groupon deals online which they then won't redeem. Specifying the voucher is Valid Mon-Sat 10am-8pm & Sun 10am-5pm is the reason I bought them, so I could use them after work. Saying you can only book weekday mornings after purchasing is not acceptable. I wouldn't have bought them if I had known I couldn't use them.
Change your voucher terms and conditions. It's a con.

My first visit to this new Salon.I booked in for a full body Deep tissue massage. Very clean and cosy salon. Nice quiet , tranquil ambient.
He asked me where on my body needs more attention before start which was nice. I have massages regularly.
Alex has a wonderful healing hands. I found him respectable and polite.
I have rebooked to see him next week :)
I recommend this salon to all.

I went to Relax salon to get a deep tissue massage. I was told I would massaged by a man- fine by me. Until he started the massage, that is. I have had countless massages in my life but I have never felt as uncomfortable as that time. The way his fingers slid between my buttocks and almost touched my private parts- hugely unprofessional and almost abusive! When it was asked to turn onto my back he left my breasts completely exposed- what the hell?? I will never, ever ever go there again and I discourage anyone from doing so. I left feeling shaken and unhappy.

The overall experience was brilliant, really would recommend the Aromatheraphy massage here. Went for my first massage and was treated very well by Alex, he was very knowledgeable about what would work for you individually and felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout the experience.

It was good. Not a perfect massage, I preferred more working on my shoulders but I might mention it next time. It was a quaint, cosy little place. Very friendly so you don't feel awkward because stripping off to a stranger is awkward enough. I will definitely give it a go again.

This is a direct review of the customer service received from whoever responds to their Whatsapp messages - not of the treatments or the salon itself. I saw a deal on Groupon and discussed a booking via Whatsapp - I was given an offer with the same price as Groupon and went in the store to book. The slots had already gone so we were unable to book. But because of the good reviews and great price I once again contacted them through Whatsapp and made sure the offer was still up on Groupon to try and book again. When discussing this via the same Whatsapp thread as the previous conversation, they raised the price and when I showed proof of the earlier conversation and the current Groupon offer, they said 'subject to availability' and then explained they had given the slots away 'regardless'. Of course it's their right to change things if it states 'STA' but to deceive people by just making up prices as you go along doesn't bode well. I have no comment on the treatments themselves and other reviews clearly state the treatments are great - this is purely a review on the rude customer service received and the miss-advertisement of the offer.

nice cosy salon. inccopetent, useless and untrained staff. went to do my eyebrows which mine are very thick and couldnt make it to my usual one so went to this and left with one eyebrow where the beautican made an accurate hole in it and the other one no hair left except at the end line. made my paris trip miserable .before that i went for a facial she barely touched my face the massage was a nightmare . would i go again? of course not and you shouldnt either. this salon should really be closed or change staff. making lives miserable with their unskilled workers both owner and beautican pffffffffff what a bunch of......
