As I was visiting Brighton for the weekend, I thought I’d indulge in some self care! I have just had an aromatherapy massage with Mary and I have never experienced such deep relaxation! Mary is a warm, caring therapist and her knowledge of aromatherapy essential oils is incredible. Mary knew what combination of oils to use for my needs and she was able to let me choose the aroma too. Feeling completely at peace, with every part of body in total balance, smelling wonderful and feeling even better- I can embrace the week ahead with full throttle. I can’t wait to book again. Absolute bliss. I can’t recommend enough.

A very peaceful and relaxed environment. I have had several treatments including reflexology, shiatsu and a specific leg message to help with sciatic pain.
