Purchased a pair of earrings two days ago. One of the pendants fell off upon my return to the hotel to open the box. I returned to the store today and got a replacement. And had them on my ear this time. Found out that one of the pendants went missing on my way back to the hotel. I was excited to purchase ”handmade jewelry” but very disappointed with the product quality.

Je me suis rendu à la boutique aujourd'hui à 11h (heure d'ouverture supposée) j'ai attendu jusqu'à jusqu'à 11h20 mais la boutique n'était toujours pas ouverte. Je travail également dans le commerce et je trouve inadmissible qu'on n'assure pas une ouverture à l'heure. Dommage.
