From the first call it was obvious that they know what they are talking about. They were knowledgeable and empathetic putting myself at ease as they explained the full process to me.

I would highly recommend the Harley Medical (Nottingham) Clinic to anyone wishing to get dermal fillers! They managed to achieve the exact lips I wanted (I asked for 0.5ml and definition in the top lip) whilst looking so natural and subtle. Staff were so lovely and professional! Would definitely return for another treatment.

Went for laser hair removal - Stress free, felt at ease and very professional. I was glad that they made the decision to have a second test patch appointment due to uncertainty, rather than simply brush it off and go ahead without double checking. That really stood out to me. 100% would return.

From the first consultation, there was no pressure just a lot of lovely, caring, and knowledgable staff who genuinely want the best for you. Once booked everything was so smooth, I had to re-arrange a couple of appointments due to work and it was never too much of a problem. It just got sorted straight away. The day before my procedure I got a phone call making sure I was okay, making sure I was taking everything I needed with me, and to wish me luck. This as you can imagine put my mind at rest that my hospital bag was okay, but also made me feel a sense a re-assurance that they do care and want the very best for me.On the day of surgery and at Highgate, I cannot praise the staff enough or the place itself. Again nothing was too much of a problem for them, the receptionist was fantastic showing me around my room, explaining how the day is going to look, but also having a normal conversation with me when she could evidently see I was highly nervous. The nurses were FANTASTIC, before and after. You press the nurse call burton and they are there within the minute. I had never been put under by general anaesthetic before so it was a big worry of mine as to how I will feel, the nurse in theatre was again FANTASTIC, he put my mind at rest and even managed to make me laugh when I was absolutely terrified. When I came back up from surgery, as said before the aftercare was amazing.The day after and discharge - the hospital gave me everything I needed before I left, tablets, instructions, and a wish of a speedy recovery. Also on that day the nurse from the Nottingham clinic rang me to make sure everything went okay, that I had the after hours number, and again a wish of a speedy recovery. They day after a call from the lady who booked the whole thing for me to check the same things, again the level of genuine care is phenominal.1 week after surgery (the point I am at now) I had my first post op appointment to see the nurse who removed my dressing - AMAZING LADY. She comforted me on how everything was healing, she again made me feel so comfortable and cared for.Finally Dr Allwin the surgeon who has performed my breast reduction is FANTASTIC! He is so experienced, so lovely, listens, cares, professional this list could go on and on and on. He explained the whole procedure to me, I had no questions after his explanations and he was so so so thorough. I know to him this is his job, but I think he is a hero! He makes people fall in love with their bodies all over again. He will give his years of advice if he thinks you’re asking for something that won’t suit, nor will be achievable through surgery. Just an amazing surgeon, an experienced surgeon, and a lovely caring person. I cannot personally thank him enough for what he has done for me, and for what the Harley medical group has done for me.Amazing clinic, amazing staff, amazing surgeons - what more could you want?.

I couldn’t recommend the Harley Medical Group more!! I stared having lip fillers 2 years ago and did so much research before booking my appointment as I was so skeptical of something going wrong or ending up with duck lips!! but I am so happy I made the right choice! The staff are so accommodating and friendly, customer service is deffo second to none!! Dr Constantinos is the surgeon who does my lips and he’s just incredible! He makes you feel so comfortable from beginning to end, and is amazing at what he does too!! People I’ve never met before are always amazed I actually have lip fillers as they are SOOOO natural looking and I’ve now got 4ml in mine! Having my lips done was the biggest confidence boost and I can’t think the HMG more!! Admittingly you pay more than you would anywhere else, but you’re paying for 1st class procedures performed by 1st class surgeons, 1st class aftercare and most importantly 1st class results!!!! you’d be stupid to go anywhere else!!! I first visited The Harley Medical Group Nottingham clinic in March 2014 for a consultation regarding rhinoplasty, which I had wanted for years but was too young for the procedure. My consultation was with Annette, and my pre-op was with Gemma (who also removed my splint the week after my operation). They were both extremely lovely, reassuring and professional which made me feel much more at ease. I was given all the necessary information, including an emergency contact number should I have needed it, so I was really prepared for my procedure and the aftercare. The clinic is small, and the waiting room has quiet and gentle music, as well as biscuits and hot drinks - making both me and my parents feel more relaxed prior to the consultations. I had the procedure at Highgate Hospital in London and my surgeon was Dr. Allwin, who I met before my pre-op to discuss what exactly I wanted done to my nose. He explained what would happen during my surgery and how I would need and open rhinoplasty to allow for more intricate work. He did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with my results, I would definitely recommend the Nottingham clinic to anyone who is planning on having cosmetic surgery!

I first went to Harley Medical in Nottingham in 2009, and enquired about Rhinoplasty, but at the time I was one year under their age limit to have surgery. I then went back in April/May 2014, regarding the same procedure of Rhinoplasty again, which I still very much so wanted, which I have just recently had done in June 2014 ( usually waiting lists are a lot longer, I wanted the procedure as soon as ). The clinic itself is small and personal, Melissa the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. My initial consultation was with the clinic manager, Annette, I did feel as though the consultation could had been a bit more thorough, however she knew I was 100% going to book the procedure and that I was already rather knowledgeable on the surgery. As I was fortunate enough to have the funds there and then for the procedure - £4800, we booked it for 4 weeks ahead, I paid for it all in full 2 days after seeing Annette. Usually you have to wait a while longer, however I was just lucky to have a date so soon. I had my pre and post op check ups, with the nurse, Gemma, such a lovely lady who puts you at ease. She also shared the special moment of the reveal of my new nose with me, as she removed my splint ! Only down side was for it to all be completed in such a quick time, I had to travel to Cambridge to meet my surgeon - Dr Alwin; however it was a pleasant journey and well worth it. The surgery was fantastic, I had it done at Highgate Hospital, London. I am so so happy with the outcome thanks to an incredible Surgeon !! Overall the Nottingham Clinic itself is easy to get to, very personal and I would 100% recommend anyone wanting surgery, to go there.

Done a lot of research about the procedure I wanted, the surgeon told me I couldn't have the result I wanted and called me deformed,when I started crying they basically told me to wait outside in the rain so other customers didn't see, spent over £100 to get there, worst experience of my life.
